Not comfortable and was dirty.

It was close to our destination

It was dirty, hallway smelled. Carpeting in hallway and rooms are very dirty. Air conditioning did not work well. No hot water in shower. Breakfast was medium grade. Eggs were from powder, tasted terrible, but presentation was good with breakfast layout.

Not a pleasant stay.

Close to Kings Island

The smell was horrible walking through the hotel, check out was 11am. Went outside to get something out of my truck at 9:30am and had someone already trying to get in the room to clean. Had to tell her 3x that there were people in the room still sleeping. Finally we started to get our stuff loaded up about 10:30, and one of the guys just went in our room without asking and started getting the sheets. We weren’t even out of the room yet.

Hotel was old run down. It was so wet, it was nasty. Good accessiblity to attractions and amenities.

it was accessible to the tennis. The room was clean the microwave and mini fridge was convenient

The pool was so cloudy I dare not swim in it. The ac unit sounded like it was raining all night but kept temp comfortable. The worst things were the breakfast and musty smell The waffles did not cook properly The only yogurt was blueberry and I am allergic to blueberry The bagels were dry (stale)and I was not able to cut. The floor and carpet were wet ,not damp but wet.Even clothes in the closet or suitcase were soaked after first night.My friend and I could not breathe by morning due to dampness. I would not stay in comfort inn again.One staff at check in and out otherwise never saw a staff.

Basic stay at a budget price.

Location. 3 or so minutes from King's Island.

State of the bathroom and beds. Tub didn't drain properly and the hot water was terrible. It took 3+ minutes to actually get hot, stayed hot for about 1 minute, then went cold again for a couple of minutes before finally getting, and staying, hot, though at an only moderate temperature. Beds were far too firm. I am disabled with a bad back, and the beds were too firm to allow a good night's sleep. The first night there I wound up with around 3 hours of sleep. The second night was a little better, with about 4 or so hours, but only because of exhaustion. The only other problem was a severe lack of outlets near the beds. 2 outlets are nowhere near enough.

My stay at Comfort Inn Suites was decent.

Yes, breakfast was good. Location was great!

Pool maintenance could have been better. The water appeared to be a cloudy. At breakfast the orange juice was a little sour, and the eggs were strange to me. I didn't care for the eggs. In my opinion the eggs would have been better if they were just scrambled.

The reviews are totally wrong. The room was a disaster! The furniture was destroyed and scratched and a complete mess. The bathroom was not clean! I was so disappointed!

The location was good that was about it

The facility was dirty and smelled, the rooms themselves were dirty and needed swept, the bed linens were dirty with what looked like urine and blood on the sheets, the toilet was dirty, and there was something all over the night stand. We took the pictures down to the front desk that we took when he said he wasn't able to come up and look. He said there was nothing he could do except give us new sheets for the beds so we could remake them so we asked if we could just change rooms and were told that wasn't allowed since we already checked in. Breakfast was just biscuits(which were hard) and gravy which was way too watered down and cereal with warm milk that was left on the counter. There is also a $50 charge for taking food to your room as the notes say in the facility. We had reserved for 3 nights but only ended up staying 1 night until we could find new rooms for the other 2 nights. (We have more pictures but it would only let me post 4)

The location was the best thing. The breakfast was good. Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant.

The pool was cold and older. The stairs smelled like mold. The linens were stained.. not just in our room but also my family that was staying there in a different room.

will not be staying again very disappointed

managers will lie and refuse refunds. they never came in our room to clean once the entire stay. pool is gross and small. AC went out and there’s no maintenance after managers leave.

Clean and comfortable place to stay in a convenient location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, we were minutes away from Kings Island and there were plenty of store and restaurant options. The staff seemed nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

It would have been nice if breakfast was extended to 10. There were so many people crowded around the breakfast bar all at once that I would have preferred to wait until it wasn’t so busy to grab a bite to eat. It was also extremely annoying that I had to keep having my room keys reactivated. I got locked out of my room three different times because the keys stopped working. Thankfully my room was pretty close to the lobby so I didn’t have to go far to get them fixed.
