Passable

The room for 15000 tenge wasn't served with its bed and bathroom needs. Had to ask to fix all the needs and lost of time instead relaxing. At night it was cold, and I couldn't use air conditioner because there was no remote controller 🙄. They didn't informed about the time of the breakfast and we went late and couldn't benefit.

Definitely recommended for a stay in Taldykurgan.

Friendly and efficient staff, once we found the hotel. Breakfast, for Kazakhstan standards, vs English standards was excellent. Oatmeal kasha (porridge), fried eggs, bread, cheese and cold meat. Tea or instant coffee was no problem for the excellent and friendly cook / waitress. TV worked well although the internet did not. Fridge and kettle in the room were a bonus. Everything was clean and well up to European 3-4 star standard at European 1 star prices.

Although the Booking.Com photograph shows the entrance to the hotel, this view is not possible to see unless you are standing directly outside the entrance. The view one gets from the street, whose name was recently changed, is of the steel boarded side of a garage or storage shed. I suggest that the management adds an extra sign, affixed to the side of said garage / storage shed which says "This is parking for the Park House Hotel" and an arrow showing the way to the entrance. Further, the sign at the roadside leading to the side street to the entrance needs changing from Park House HOSTEL to Park House HOTEL.

good place to stay

overall I would recommend this place to friends. clean nice place to stay. the restaurant above doesn't bother at all. they stop music at 11pm.

Anna from reception is very friendly and supportive, a real problem solver 👍

They don’t have coffee in their restaurant. Restaurant is dirty. Facility is old itself and location on the map is not correct.

My first Taldykorgan hotel experience.

I liked that the room was spacious and the stuff, although they did not speak English, was very helpful.

The rooms were very dark. Some of the lamps, lights did not work. And those that worked did not give enough light.
