Avoid if you were to use the bunk beds

It is nicely renovated

1. The bunk bed is a nightmare. First, you have to walk outside from one of the main bedrooms to find the bunk beds, this also means you need to go through another bedroom to use toilet. Second, the beds are super small. I mean it is not only narrow (which I can accept for a bund bed), but also super short in length. If you are above 170cm, and use a pillow, you have to bend your legs the whole night! 2. The instructions are super long and I found it very difficult to locate the important information among the repeated and very long messages. 3. The thermometer (for the bunk beds) is actually very easy to use but the instructions and warnings from the messages make it very difficult. I am a programmer and I spent an hour trying to turn on the floor heating for the bunk beds following the instruction. It actually took 2 minutes to solve if you forgot about the instruction there. 4. The larger bedroom is cold at night.

Perfect seafront apartment with luxury beds and furnishings in the best location and with parking.

This is an exceptional apartment in the most perfect location. Right on the seafront with private parking and super quiet, we slept like babies! Everything about the space was high end and the bedding and mattresses were so comfortable. Stunning bathrooms and lovely amenities, the whole place was so fresh and clean. The bunk bedroom, whilst fairly small, was a great addition that the kids loved and so cosy too. We will be back to stay longer, the hosts were so welcoming and the communication was great.

Beautiful quality holiday home

Neat and tidy, walking distance to Pier and eateries in the centre of Brighton. Lovely and quiet stay with allocated parking spot just outside. Quite luxurious.

Stunning property, with every amenity you could ask for, top fixtures and fittings, don’t think you could find or ask for anything more spectacular as far as the property is concerned. Its directly opposite the seafront with off street private parking too. perfect location.

Amazing apartment I. A wonderful location

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen and en suite were highlights. Very helpful owners

Layout was a little awkward and people living above were noisy at night (although this obviously was not the owners fault)

If was Comfortable and classy, nice to stay together as a group and amazing location. excellent hosts and easy check in

the decor was amazing, so fresh and clean, the beds were so comfortable, coffee machine was an added bonus. The car parking space right outside was fantastic as we had to pay £65 in the local carpark for 2 days. we couldn’t ask for a better location right opposite the beach. I’m from Brighton and would definitely stay again.

The only quibble I have is the ‘den’ room where the bunk beds are, can only be accessed through the main bathroom, if I was travelling with my children i would have felt uncomfortable having to go through the courtyard to get to them and likewise if they wanted a wee in the night. It suited us fine as the group we were with.

Great holiday apartment

The style and decor of the accommodation and the fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen and lots of additional thought, i.e. supplied towels, hand washes, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls etc.

Bedroom 3 was not really ideal for use for children as it was accessed via main bedroom french doors across the patio area. I felt that for fire and security issues, I was not happy having children sleeping out there. Fortunately, as I was the only parent with 2 children, we managed to work it so that we used the 2 main bedrooms. For other families, this may be an issue.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It really suited our family and we loved all 3 bedrooms including the Den which was such a restful and cosy room. The apartment is lovely and quiet too for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are amazing and everywhere you can see the attention to detail. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we could have possibly needed. Overall it's a stylish and super-comfortable place to stay, we can't wait to come back, it's the best place we've ever stayed in Brighton.

great location but don’t expect to use den with bunk beds - it’s really a 2 bedroom property.

great location and living space beautifully furnished. main bedroom and bathrooms lovely and very comfortable.

sleeping in Den was horrid - it was cold and cramped and outside of main building so not really suitable for kids and given the beds and space is only for little ones - doesn’t work. also sofas in living room were most uncomfortable. kitchen didn’t have some basics (chopping board, strainer etc). hosts had so many instructions and requirements that made it all stressful. instructions on heating wasn’t clear and thank goodness smoke alarm didn’t go off because instructions weren’t clear at all!

Luxury well equipped apartment in an amazing location. We loved it!

This is a lovely apartment of the highest quality. The fixtures and fittings are all high end and there has clearly been a lot of thought into the design. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in! It's super-quiet yet in the most central location. The parking space is such a great benefit but you can walk everywhere. We can't wait to come back, thank you.

The best apartment we have ever stayed in. We loved it!

This is a great apartment. We loved our stay. PERFECT location, a quick walk to everywhere, and the parking space was a Godsend. Beautiful furnishings and the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, with luxury bedding too. Spacious and well-equipped, we could not have asked for more. Thank you and we will be back soon.

Great value and better than the best hotel in town.

This is a stylish and luxurious apartment in the perfect location. Everything is nearby and the parking space was a real bonus. We really appreciated the high-end touches such as the bedding and facilities. What an amazing value, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brighton now we've been here.

This is a fantastic apartment in the perfect location. We loved the attention to detail and the high-quality bedding and facilities. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious. Absolutely wonderful apartment in an amazing location. We loved our stay, super clean, fabulous beds and luxury bedding. Beautiful bathrooms, great kitchen and comfy lounge, we couldn't have asked for more. Lovely hosts who communicated with us very well. The parking space right outside the apartment was a real bonus. We loved Brighton but the apartment was a bit disappointing

The second 'double' bed room was barely big enough for one person. I was jammed against the shower when I attempted to use the WC and had to be freed by my son (which was alarming as I couldn't get my knee free). We didn't need the bunk room, which was just as well. It smelled musty and damp. The owners already have apologised for the poor state of the bedding in the other bedroom.

Absolutely stunning.

It was beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location, right on the seafront only 10 minute walk from the Lanes. Having a free off road parking space outside the property was a bonus. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Loved it all but the steps down to the front door could be tricky for the elderly.

A beautiful apartment ideally situated for fun times in a fun city.

Communication with the hosts was impeccable and the apartment is beautifully appointed inside and out, with beautiful decor and scrupulously clean. We only had a short stay but it was so comfortable and only a 10-15 minute walk into the throb of Brighton.

The den, which would sleep the 5th and 6th person is very small, so great for children.

The beds were super comfy and linen felt luxurious. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has good facilities. The coffee machine with pods:).

Our hosts John and Simon were amazing! They were extremely helpful before we arrived and during our visit. Their attention to detail in the property was incredible, the quality of the fixtures and fittings were second to none. The biggest compliment I can pay them is that it truly was a home from home. Location was superb with the added bonus of having a parking space outside the door. Fabulous apartment and attentive hosts, would not hesitate to book this property again!
