This was a totally relaxing stay. The condo has everything one needs.
The only drawback for my geoup was the trundle bed. The listing says twin but they are full sized trundles. I traveled with my elderly parents so that was difficult to navigate. Also the carpert needs shampooing. Everything else is spotless.
It was a short walk fro.

My family, 2 adults and 3 teenager stayed in Tybee. Great location, easy walk to the beach, beach not crowded, great fishing spot, pools were nice, place was clean new and beautiful.

The quietness of the neighborhood as well as the beach was so peaceful. I can definitely see us coming back here in the future. I would only recommend providing a Keurig for the unit. Pods are easier to pack. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The location is wonderful, great beach access. It suited our needs very well and was very clean. There is a great view from the large, covered balcony. The pools were very nice with plenty of seating. We had a great first trip to Tybee and will definitely be back!

The location and condo were lovely. Very clean.
Would have liked to know the type of coffee maker (regular drip vs K-cup (it’s a regular one for future guests) ahead of time. Kitchen had only the most basic items (would have liked a larger sauté pan for breakfast and any kind of knife). But overall very happy with our time here!

Great location for family trip. North Tybee is nice and quiet, yet there is plenty to do.

Great place
Great place to get away. The apartment could use some upgrades and it only had the bare minimum for dish soap, cups, towels, etc but if you come prepared then it’s a great place! 30 second walk to the beach and very relaxing!

Sisters Trip
My sister and I needed a quick get away and this place was perfect for that. Easy access to the beach and close to different restaurants but secluded enough that there was space between everyone on the beach.

Great Location, Unit 34A needs a little help
Nice location, cozy and quiet North Tybee beach area. Unit 34A needs a little tlc, the light over the kitchen sink doesn't work, the laundry room door won't stay shut, there is no lamp in one of the bedrooms(we were able to move one from the den into it), there is paint peeling and the sink doesnt drain in the master bathroom. The sofa bed/couch is worn out completely(springs are very hard and the padding is worn flat0, and this unit has no wifi. The solution from management was to try to join neighboring property wifi. We paid a premium rental fee for this unit and they had a policy forcing us to purchase rental insurance in case "we damaged " the property. We incorrectly assumed the owners had taken care of the unit and had nice new furniture and appliances and things were in great shape and they wanted them to stay that way. We will take this unit off our list if we decide to come back to this location, which was a very good spot on the Island.

Lovely beach vacation
The location is wonderful! The place is a bit dated, but still nice. The one downside was how much we could hear the upstairs neighbors. I'm not sure if they were particularly noisy, or if that level of noise is normal.

Nice Place & Great Location
Wonderful location. Enjoyed the large balcony with views of the ocean. The property was great and we really enjoyed the pools and they were never overcrowded. The place was nice and met our expectations for what we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay.

Overall Nice Stay
The location of this property to the beach was great! The beach area was very nice not a lot of people. The condo is an older model and you can tell. The furniture in living room is not the most comfortable. The bed in master is a full and not a queen. There was some minor things, but it didn’t ruin our family trip. The location made it worth it. Also liked that they have some outside showers which is nice to help rinse sand off. Overall we had a nice time.

North End of Tybee at Light House Point
The north end of the beach was very peaceful. There was great space for social distancing.
The condos were an older complex and could use a little face lift but sturdily built. We were disappointed the pool was only open from 10 am to 6 pm. We really enjoy evening swims and could't do that. Our unit was maintained but believe the hot water heater needs a good flush as when we first turned on the hot water, the entire unit smelled of sewage. It finally got better over time and with use. The ceiling fans reminded me of home, blades covered in dust :) Enjoyed having the washer/dryer and had plenty of room for 4 adults in the unit.
Overall, our stay was nice. The pandemic put a kink in hours of restaurants and things, but we were able to see and do all of the things we wanted.

Close to beach / Tired property
The condo complex is solidly built, has good parking and nice individual decks, but it is seems to be full of older individual condos. There is a fair amount of construction that was mildly annoying during our stay.
Our condo was just as the web preview stated, but when we arrived it was clear that updates are needed - showers old and grungy, kitchen counters were peeling, it needs new hot water anode (sulfur smell). those were tolerable but the bed sheets were stained and had some hairs on them. The battery in one smoke alarm was low and caused it to chirp, so I had to physically remove all three from the ceiling wires mounts to stop it (they seemed to be connected in a circuit). I called the property manager but never received a return call or fix.
We will likely return to Tybee/Savannah, but I will look to a different condo.

The property was just as described. It was very clean and had decent furnishings. There was a short walk to the beach and our room had a good view of the beach.

ADA Title III Compliance
As a rental company I would assume you would be familiar with Americans With Disabilities Title III but I was wrong !!
There was absolutely NO mention of 54 stair steps to go from the parking area to the condo AND NO elevator!!!!!!! Oh, pardon me, there was an elevator but it had been broken for months
Since I have just recovered from a broken knee and have had back surgery and my sister-in-law just had knee surgery we were absolutely appalled that no one had informed us of these problems for disabled and handicapped guests .before assigning us a unit on the top floor .
After checking in and given 2 keys we climbed the 54 steps 4 times to unload the luggage (2 up and 2 down ) and then 2 more times to go down to pool and back up. Exhausted, hot, thirsty, and needing to get dinner, we were hit with yet another surprise ......the key would not unlock the door!!!!!! The second key was locked up in the condo as well as our gate key.
We called the emergency number and the lady said they were at graduation and it would be 45 min. before they could get there !!!!We texted owner, NO Response!
We sat and waited just short of an hour and finally a gentleman arrived with 2 new keys.
We expressed our total dissatisfaction with stairs, distance to the beach (it is advertised as being oceanfront which is VERY misleading since it takes at least 5 min.to reach the water, no handicap accessible ramps, elevators, and a parking space so tiny the driver has to back out to allow other passengers to get in.
He agreed with everything we said and said the elevator had been out of service for months and many warnings had been brought up at the HOA meetings to no avail. He then said we could move to another unit in morning.
By this time, after showering and dressing it was 9:00 pm, I am diabetic my sugar took a plunge. So needless to say our 1st night of vacation was only a night we wanted to forget.
Day 2 .....Rental Co.told us no where to move us since we booked through Home Away. When I mentioned complaint with ADA they eventually got us another unit with ONLY 14 steps!!!! SERIOUSLY...we agreed to move because we had no other choice .
For 2 hrs we repacked clothes, groceries, pillows and beach floats, towels and made 2 trips up/down 54 steps and headed for new unit.
Again we unpacked and tackled the steps moving in as fast as possible to try and salvage what was left of the day (it was then noon!)
We should be refunded 2 days we lost
