Overall, it’s a great property. Loved having a fenced back yard and patio.

Two parking spots big plus! Short hike to the beach. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable stay.

Desperately need new pillows. If you are going to restrict temps...then put in ceiling fans or provide a couple box fans.
May a big comfy chair or live seat instead of the extra table. It would be nicer when renting just the bottom.

Comfortable place. Felt very safe. So nice to have a washer and dryer and access to the outside bathroom.
Only wish beach chairs and umbrella was provided for use. The rental place on the island was way overpriced.

Great place!
Loved our stay. Adorable, roomy and only a couple blocks from the beach. Mid beach location was perfect - not too touristy or crowded.

Great location near the beach!
This property is just a few blocks from the beach and was super easy to find. Plenty of parking, two full bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Additionally, the backyard is great for a dog to run around and a fire pit to hang out in the evenings when the weather cools down. This location was great!

Lovely home close to the beach
We spent 3 nights, the home has everything you need for a confortable stay plus it is close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. You can walk and exercise around the neighborhood in its bike path. Tybee is worth visiting!

Small, but lovely and convenient beach stay!
We had a great trip to Tybee. We loved the location of this house because Tybee is small, so we were close to everything (the whole island is only about 6 miles perimeter), but we enjoyed being some distance from both of the main beaches, so it was a bit quieter. This house is on a street designated as the local bike route, so it is quiet and low on traffic, and so it was perfect for those necessary dog walks). My favorite location aspect was that the island’s only grocery is a very easy 2.5 block walk away (it is small, but very well-stocked). The house itself was small, but very clean and all the furniture was comfortable. There is only one bathroom inside, but there is a full bath outside that people in either apartment can use. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had pots and pans and other necessities but it would be hard to cook a big meal there as the oven is small. Also, no dishwasher. We didn’t cook much, just basically microwaved breakfast and lunch and went out for dinner (mom doesn’t cook at the beach!). There is another apartment above, and you can hear people walking all the time, but our neighbors were nice and friendly. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and hope to return!

Spring break 2022
We had a great time! The house and yard were very clean. The fire pit was awesome and used almost every night we were there. Restaurants and the beach within walking distance and we were even able to take our little dog with us! Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back someday!

Relaxing few days.
Quiet area for relaxing vacation. Within walking distance to beach. Kitchen small but adequate. Spacious bedrooms and seating outside with fire pit and bbq.

Pros and cons
Not perfect in that some maintenance and updates are needed. But the location is great, as is a fenced backyard.

Great stay!
The owners were at the property and they are exceptional folks. They interacted with us and shared the back yard with the dogs. We really hope to see them again at our next booking! A definite stay.

Missing the mark on some things, but would stay again.
This is a nice property, however the pictures make the property look nicer than it is. Some of the repairs were not done in the best quality. The plank flooring has gaps, paint is chipping off of furniture, the oven cooks too hot. There are no cookie sheets available, SUPER dull knives, only 1 trash bag was provided (we had 6 people for 3 days, not enough bags), no hand soap in the bathroom. Also, be aware there is only one grocery store in the area and prices are high (which is to be expected) but it was $4 for a bottle of hand soap. All in all this was a nice property, it just was missing the mark on a few things. I would stay again, just come more prepared.

Quaint retreat
This place looks exactly as listed. It is so clean and comfortable. It is very cute and will meet all your needs for a small group. We had a little mixup with the listing as it looks like the fee covers two pets from VRBO, but it only covers one. The extra one is extra. I hope they update the listing for accuracy. However, they were helpful and we got it all worked out. The fenced in yard was excellent for our pups. The location is stellar, right near the beach, but you may want bikes for restaurants. They didn't supply enough toilet paper for the outside bathroom or our group inside, so I bought extra. I didn't contact them either because it wasn't a big deal, but you may need to bring more or ask about it. Otherwise, I would stay again in a minute! We loved the place, Tybee, and Savannah!
