The house is in a great location a few blocks from the beach. It has a garage that is stocked with coolers, beach chairs, and wave boards. There were also boardgames to play with the family at night. The kitchen is fairly stocked and we were able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner everyday. It’s not overly fancy but perfect for a family vacation. I would recommend this vacation house to anyone wishing for a relaxing beach vacation.

They had everything we could have possibly needed from beach chairs to umbrellas. The rooms were very nice and you could tell the place had been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommend.

The location was good. The furniture is good. The kitchen pots and pans could be replaced.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay over Spring Break! We went to the beach everyday (a short 7 minute walk) and enjoyed using the boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and rafts provided. The garage was a great place to store all these sandy items until the next day. The location of this home was perfect. We were able to drive around the island for groceries, meals, surf shop finds, mini-golf, ice cream, and a visit to the very cool Dinosaur Museum. We even set our alarms to watch a rocket launch at 12:30 AM our last night. All appliances worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed (most appreciated was the blender for our frozen Happy Hour beverages). AC worked great! Our 6 year-old loved playing the arcade games and other games provided. The home was quiet, relaxing, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our three-week stay. We used every part of the house from the fenced patio to the screened balcony off the master bedroom. The home is a short walk to the beach (where we watched several night launches). It's also close to a traffic light to get easily on/off busy A1A. My wife used the loft as an office to work remotely while I rode my bike daily on Ridgewood/Ocean Beach Blvd. It was a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of Cocoa Beach. It was also pet-friendly and a short walk to the dog park which allowed us an extended vacation we otherwise couldn't enjoy. The property management was exceptional. I had an unintended package delivery after we left that they retrieved and forwarded to me. We wanted to reserve the place for next year, but unsurprisingly it was already booked.

we loved the location and the amenities of the house fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms. washer and dryer, dishwasher. Nice Neighborhood quite. Close to shopping and my favorites Merritt Island NWR, Orlando Wetlands Park, T M Goodwin and Blue Springs State Park for the Manatee's we watched 2 rocket launches and beach was beautiful. only complaint is TV was not great not much to watch but we were only there at night so not a big deal but brother wanted to watch football also water pressure could be better. I would definitely come back and stay again we had a Great week. and I do give it 5 stars

we loved being able to walk to the beach in under 5 minutes

We stayed at the Sea Star for week. It's not a new property, but it is really good in terms of upkeep and convenience, plus things like the washer and dryer appear very new. There's a variety of beach stuff in the garage if you have a kiddo or two, or even for the kids-at-heart. More than enough room for a couple alone or with one-two kids. We when were there, there wasn't a Keurig, so brush up on your drip coffee skills (10 cups of water, 5 lightly-rounded dinning table spoons is balanced between strong and weak). The property is in a quite neighborhood and the immediate neighbors are very nice--so, I would not advise planning a loud party if you want it to stay friendly. Plan to buy or bring any/all grocery items, including laundry detergent--we left a few things behind (like condiments in the fridge), but that doesn't seem the norm of previous guests.
To the owner: adding extra sets of towels and wash clothes for each bathroom would be a wonderful touch.

We had a lovely stay at this townhome. We appreciated all of the beach supplies they had available to us. We liked the board games. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, and such. The walk to the beach was not too far.

We as a whole family were Very happy to stay in this beautiful house. The neiboirhood looks great, it is located Very close to the beach. The beach utilities are provided as well - boards, beach seats, umbrellas. Recomend this house and would give even more Stars if it were possible!!!

I stayed at the Sea Star townhouse in Cape Canaveral, FL during our spring break. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was a great stay. The townhouse has more than enough room with 2 big bedrooms and a pull-out couch. There is an arcade game machine that the kids found very entertaining and the townhouse also has a very useful washer/dryer. We found everything to be clean and in order when we arrived. Location is key as it is only about 2 blocks (if that) from the beach which is very beautiful and not too busy or populated. Boogie boards and other toys are available to also take to the beach. Townhouse has parking space and the area is quiet and safe. We took the opportunity to visit the Kennedy Space Center which is about 20 minutes away. The townhouse is also only a few minutes from the main road where you can find restaurants and stores. Overall great stay, definitely recommend it!

Great townhouse needs updates
The townhouse is perfect. Location is amazing. The house is well kept up. Not new but not run down. The beds were so comfy. My only complaint is the amenities list given. The garage full of extras was so amazing. BUT.....that being said some updates need made. There is only ONE adult beach chair that isnt broken. The beach umbrella was also broken. There were however 4 boogie boards and 1 skim board to use. The wagon and cooler where amazing but that wagon is starting to show the wear and won't last another year IMO. The back patio was a disappointment because all but ONE chair was broken, plus yard waste not cleaned up.
We arrived right at check in time of 4pm and the cleaning crew was still working. She asked us to give her 15minutes. We go back in at 4:30 and she is still not done but said the upstairs was finished we could go up there. Well....everything was clean except the floor. The carpets were obviously dirty. We tried to run the vaccum that was in the closet ourselves but it was broken also. We asked the cleaning lady if she had another vaccum and she said no. She did however call her boss to bring one. All said and done the house was cleaned and swept but they didnt finish until 6pm. 2 hours after we should of had posession. We had dinner plans that night so our schedule was a little messed up due to the lateness of cleaning. There was no instructions on how to use the TV which would of been helpful also, we couldn't find any channels at all. The kids where excited to play the arcade machine to only find 2 games worked on it.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and really loved the townhouse. We would consider staying again if some updates were made to the things that are broken. It truly is a lovely home and perfect location. The extras in the garage were so awesome but listing what is actually there or not would be much more helpfully.

We came down for the GOES satellite launch. The location was perfect and it was nice to rent a home rather than a hotel room.
The neighborhood was love and neighbors were very friendly.
The house was well maintained and close by all the stores we wanted to visit, as well as restaurants.

We chose this property because it advertised “professional cleaning” yet if was far from that. Surface cleaning was good but after first night all 4 of us started coughing ( 2 of us still are 2 weeks later). Ceiling fans, and registers covered in thick dust and some mold. Pet urine in carpet ( we had no pets there), and carpets throughout needed a long overdue cleaning. They sent cleaners over which they cleaned surface of registers and one ceiling fan stating an ac agency needed to clean in ducts and someone will check out urine carpet. Then a gentleman came to “see” what had to be done I showed him carpet and where the urine smell was coming out into the couple that had spare room set their things, hall bath tub and kitchen ceiling . He came the next day while we were out yet didn’t do anything. Carpet still dirty too. We asked that nobody enter unit until after we leave the following Tuesday because they entered the Master bedroom after cleaners came which I didn’t see the need to. Yet someone still entered while we were gone and once again in the master bedroom. Kinda creepy! The house was nice otherwise, nice location, nice refrigerator and washer and dryer, we didn’t use the stove as we were site seeing most of the time there.

Communication with Vacasa was not ideal. Requested an early move in time due to a health issue and never heard back from anyone. Condo was not ready on our arrival. We had to wait for an additional 2 hours before we could move in. Place was not fully clean, sheets on bed in master bedroom were not changed and no toilet paper or paper towels were provided. Place is big and spacious, great size and good layout. Bed mattresses are fantastic. Carpets were not clean and are widely stained. Backyard patio is nice but needs improved maintenance and attention to detail. Gas grill is amazing!

The property was very nice, exactly like the pictures. Very clean, and well stocked. There are plenty of linens, towels (bath & beach), dishes, cookware, and beach toys provided. Dishwasher pods, small liquid dish detergent, one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags were also provided. The only edible things in the kitchen were salt & pepper. It was inconvenient to have to buy things like cooking spray, spices, aluminum foil, etc. for cooking. I've stayed at several houses that usually have the basics provided (usually left by the previous guests). We left individual condiments and case of water for the next guest. The dishwasher needs to be secured, as it falls out when the drawers are opened. The only trouble we had was sleeping late. The house is pretty bright in the morning with no blackout drapes/blinds. Our family of five used the futon and sofa bed (my three kids will NEVER sleep together). The upstairs is open to overlook the familyroom - which means if you sleep on the futon you will hear the tv and everything downstairs, including the back sliding door which could use some attention. It is very loud and hard to open. A TV in the second bedroom would be a welcome addition. One more thing about the house - I didn't care for the signs asking me to assist housekeeping by running the dishwasher and do laundry (though no laundry detergent is provided) before leaving. I was charged a substantial cleaning fee in the booking, which should cover this service. Don't forget bug spray. It is very humid and the mosquitoes can be bad on the patio. The location is great. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Three blocks over, near the Rec center/City Hall there is live music and food trucks on Fridays.
The beach is very nice and clean, FYI there are no lifeguards in this area. We were there days before the 4th of July and during a rocket launch and it was never crowded.
I would recommend this house to others.
p.s - there are five pieces missing from the puzzle and Colonel Mustard is missing from the Clue game, but we still had fun with them.

My boyfriend, myself, our 8 year old and 9 month old stayed here a whole week. My parents joined us for our last night. We had plenty of space. The home was mostly well-stocked with what we needed. We did need to buy some spices for cooking, laundry detergent, garbage bags and paper towels. But really, everything else we needed was there. There was enough bedding, towels, fun things in the garage to use, etc. A few things that could improve: the dishwasher isn’t secured properly so we almost dropped the drawer each time we used it; it rained a lot while we were there, water leaked in from the sliding door so info about storm door or something would be helpful, we used towels to clean up the water, thankfully there were plenty; more garbage bags and toilet paper/paper towels would’ve been nice, we stayed all week so we ran out. This place is very clean, pretty close to the beach and kid friendly. We used the booster seat for our baby and were so thankful that we didn’t need to bring ours. Our eight year old loved the video game hub. The beds were comfortable and the extra bedding was really nice to have. Such a comfortable place to stay, we talked about coming back because we liked it so much. We came here for Space Camp for my son so if he does it next year, we’ll definitely remember how much we liked our stay here. Thank you for providing a nice, clean, accessible, comfortable, homey place to stay for our vacation.
