relatively okay

The living room chair were worn and looked unclean. i could't bring myself to sit onthem. when the bedding was changed, the linen was torn and stained.

Disappointing

The location is good

The place was not as clean as it was the first time we stayed there.. sheets didnt fit on the beds or even cover the mattress.. pillows were terrible and the apartment just had a smell that was not pleasant.. we were very disappointed with the place this time.. the standard has definitely dropped..

Awesome Apartment

It's an awesome place with great finishings facilities. Spacious and comfortable with awesome views of the harbour entrance.

There is no curtain at the lounge windows so it gets unbearably hot and uncomfortable when the sun shines through. It also gets in your eyes when you're trying to watch tv. There was no access disk from the parking to get in which wad really inconvenient. I had to keep asking the guards to let me in.

The view was great

The place has cokeroches very unpleasant. I did report it and nothing was done. On your add you said you have free wifi and when I asked the lady said they don't have wifi and they don't show it on the add. Which is lies Your over night security was not helpful

The place was infested with cockroaches. Could not sleep in peace. 2nd night we had heavy rain and the kitchen flooded.

this is not somewhere I’d go again.

it was a very modern apartment with beautiful tiles and a beautiful view

the cupboards had a lot of cockroaches. including the kitchen which was very disgusting because we put food there. the towels that were out there were not appealing at all, they were not looking clean. there were no complimentary shampoos and soaps or shower caps. the soap for dishes were not at all right for guests to use, had a very funny smell. the security guard who is working night shift was absolutely rude. he didn’t welcome us the way guests should be welcomed. he also kept referring to the guests as “lady” and not respectfully asking questions.

The house is great but it needs to be fumigated and the bedding is low quality.

It was self catering. The apartment was spacious which I loved.

There were cockroaches everywhere, so disgusting.

Nice apartment but not what I was expecting.

No breakfast was served, located far from shops, beach etc

The bedding wasn't clean, they wrote that there's wifi but there wasn't. There were roaches. Promised to change single beds to double but didn't.

It was a great stay, in thebvest location.

The location was great, it's right in front if the Harbour so we watched the ships sailing in and out. It was also very quiet, which we really liked.

The premises was infested with cocroaches. They were all over the place even in the bathroom. But we asked that the place be sprayed, and the cleaner did so. That made it a little but better.

The location is good. The bed and the bathroom were ok. Please address the cockroaches.

The couches are made of fabric and they require some washing. We decided not to cook due to high number of cockroaches in the house and this became expensive.

The location was just different from the usual city buzz. Watching boats and all set a different mood. The kids enjoyed the sea view so much.
