4nuits dans cet appartement pour visiter Perugia, Assise,spoletto.. je m’y suis se ti tres bien et les proprietaires so

Emplacement de Reve avec vue sur une des plus belles places d’italie, coeur de la ville magnifique de Perugia. Appartement vaste , elegant , sobre et chaleureux, bien équipé tout y est pensé pour le bien être du locataire.

Ho dormito in una mansarda, ma durante la prenotazione non dicono quale camera ti verrà assegnata.

Più centro di Perugia di così!

Posizione eccellente, pulizia ottima e i ragazzi gentilissimi e da subito hanno dato indicazioni precisissime su come aprire le porte e soprattutto da quale parcheggio più vicino arrivare in camera.

La camera baci é sostanzialmente una mansardina all'ultimo piano un po' claustrofobica seppur ben ristrutturata e ben isolata termicamente. Peccato non avere una finestrella sulla piazza, essendo in pieno centro. Ad ogni modo ci sta, considerando prezzo e servizio.

Fabulous room, very good value, excellent service.

Exceptional service from the concierge. Beautifully furnished room and en-suite, perfectly located in the heart of Perugia, spotlessly clean, with lift access. Very good value.

I am average height, the ceiling would be low for a taller person, this was no problem for me.

Central to historic area but dark and noisy.

Very secure and central location with a good size kitchen, loft bedroom, and lounge area.

The apartment was very dark, and scaffolding blocked the little view that there was. The bathroom needs updating, and there is no parking close by, which meant we needed to drag our suitcases a long way. There was a lot of noise coming up from bars downstairs, so we needed ear plugs to help sleep at night.

We would love to come back :)

It was the most amazing location, directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Many restaurants and bars within 5 min walking distance. The appartement was very spacious and beautifully furnished with a mixture of modern and antique elements. The communication regarding the appartment was very friendly, helpful and quick. A small problem with the drain in the shower was fixed within 15min. Awesome! Thank you so much for the wonderful time

The appartment is directly above the Piazza IV Novembre - the place where a lot of young people meet in the evening. So it can be noisy enough to hear it despite the very well noise-insulated windows. We didn't mind at all but if you're a very light sleeper you might have trouble sleeping.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Perugia.

The WhatsApp group established by the host worked really well. Questions I asked were answered promptly and courageously by the team.

Great apartment in fabulous location, with some small tweaks it would be perfect.

fantastic location, well equipped with good quality items & very clean. Spacious. Felt very safe. Umbrian Concierge were very fast & helpful in sorting out problems & questions.

some small details not thought out - no instructions for the kitchen equipment, heating, how to use recycling bins, etc. No dishwasher tablets or plug for kitchen sink. Noisy at night from piazza. No bath. Bit overpriced, even given the location.

Great memories!

The location of the apartment is excellent, situated right in the heart of the main square. The apartment was very cute, impeccably clean with everything that one needs. The owners were exceptionally helpful, great to communicate with and gave clear instructions from arriving to the apt, to handling the keys, to how to use transportation etc.

Apartment is situated right on top of a noisy bar. If you're a light sleeper it might get in the way. Music was on till past midnight.

Superb

Location right in the central piazza. Easy to get to by Minimetro, bus or escalator. Host was perfect with timetables for travel. Clean, stylish; good refit of space.

Excellent clean and spacious apartment

It was extremely noisy until 2am and since it had no air conditioning the windows had to be open. I had no sleep for two nights.

Lovely homely apartment slap bang in the centre of the old town.

Great location, clean and comfortable with all that was needed (we stayed in February so was quiet, but could imagine a fair bit of noise from outside in the warmer months). But would stay again especially when the lift is installed. Loved the decor and the facilities. Shops really close by to get supplies.

Only issue is the stairs but the staff did offer to meet us and transfer our luggage to the apartment.

Location right next to the central square, with windows facing towards the fontana Maggiore and the cathedral (hence the reason it can get a bit noisy at night, as it is a very lively place). The loft is wonderful, large space, nicely decorated, very clean. The communication with the host pre and during the trip was excellent. The idea to make all the info regarding access and check-in available via a video was pretty innovative and useful/ appreciated.

Bit noisy at night. It does not have an air con so it can get a bit hot.

Lovely apartment, but a little too close to the Piazza.

Staff were helpful answering all questions and requests. Very clean and nicely decorated.

I didn't realize that there would not be someone there to meet me. Access by key box only, and all interaction via WhatsApp. It is noisy until very late at night because of parties on the square.

The apartment was well equipment, very beautiful and super clean. Well located.

Very hard to sleep because of the noise. All street activities are loudly audible in the apartment even with closed windows.

Extremely good location

Not accessible for wheelchair users as there are three flights of stairs and no lift available. Fridays and Saturdays there is a lot of noise in the square till approx 3am
