Spacious home in great location!

Renovated 4 Bedroom Retreat! This home is located in the quiet community of Tahquitz River Estates in South Palm Springs and is convenient to everything!

Great mountain views from this 2,400 Square foot single level home. The house features a contemporary look inside with great, comfortable furniture and artwork. The fully appointed kitchen includes a bar with four bar stools. The kitchen also opens to a casual eating area and a family room with a flat screen TV. The dining room, just off the kitchen, includes a full wet bar and a wine refrigerator. Just off of the dining room is the living room, which includes a large leather sectional couch for plenty of seating and a flat screen TV with Cable and Showtime, and a Bluetooth Soundbar. Between the living room and dining room sits a gas fireplace for those cooler cozy desert evenings. This is a perfect home for family gatherings, entertaining, or just some quiet time away from home!

There are two master suites, each having a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV, and a bathroom. Both master suites open out to a large covered private patio in the back of the property. There are two other bedrooms, each containing a Queen Size Bed. One of these bedrooms opens directly out to the pool area via a sliding glass door.

The pool and raised hot tub are located in the front of this property and contain amazing mountain views! The Salt Water Pool includes a pebble tech finish and glass tiles.

Located around the pool are six chaise lounges, three umbrellas, and a patio table which seats four. Additionally, next to the pool, and not far from the kitchen, is the large natural gas grill.

There is a large covered patio in the back of the property in a very private setting. Included in this area is a small wicker couch, matching chairs, and two lounge chairs for your peaceful enjoyment. Also, there is a large patio table, which seats six, just off of the dining room for your outdoor dining pleasure!

Our home sleeps 8 in the 4 beds. Additionally, we do have a queen size Aero Bed air mattress.

Available for guests are pool rafts, noodles, and bikes!

Please note that the City of Palm Springs has real strict noise rules for Vacation Rental Homes. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC can be played at any time. If one chooses to listen to music while outdoors, they must use either headphones or earbuds. Also, no more than 8 people can stay at the house, and no more than 2 cars can be parked off property at the curb. We do have 3 on property parking spaces (one in the garage and two in the driveway). Any violations can result in a written citation by the City and a fine of up to $1,000.

Amazing weekend getaway. From the moment I booked till the end, I had a pleasant experience. Everyone enjoyed the home and its amenities, from my 3 y/o to the grandparents (and in between). Communication with host Chris and manager was seamless. Clean and well maintained home. Location is perfect. Pool was a 2 thumbs up.

We had an amazing time at Chris’s place in Palm Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Close enough to everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for us to take turns cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time hanging by the beautiful pool and spa area. We would definitely book again!

All that’s missing are the people. The house is clean and well laid out and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large seating areas inside and out to socialize and plenty of privacy spots as well. The beautiful pool and spa are the biggest draw. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Amazing property and stay! We loved everything about this home, from the many seating areas inside and out, to the well equipped kitchen. We ate several meals outdoors and were thankful to have the extra plates and cups marked for outside use. This home has a perfect layout to hang out as a family or take a quiet afternoon nap away from the noise. The property is also in a great location, we went on a few walks to the local coffee place and many other things were a short drive away (too hot to walk lol). Nice quiet neighborhood. So many well thought out details and touches that were much appreciated!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The 6 of us range in age from 92 to 8 and we were all accommodated. The layout is great and the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. Everyone had enough space and yet there are multiple places to gather and eat. It was a very hot week, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked, but in the better weather the outdoor areas are perfect for family dining, swimming, lounging. We had a small problem which the host handled promptly. My only concern was that requested chores to get ready to check out were a little overwhelming with 3 children and a 92 year old. We didn’t want to spend our last morning doing chores. However, overall, a nice home and a great stay. Thank you

Highly recommend this property. Cleanliness was faultless, location is great, the property is spacious (we were very comfortable with 7 adults) with thoughtful decor and a high-end finish. What was also impressive were the well equipped kitchen, plus many small touches that show a real attention to detail from the host. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to town with a handy coffee shop a 6 minute walk away to start the day just right. Thank you Chris for allowing others to share this gem.

We had a girls trip at this house and it was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The house is laid out very well and is beautiful, in a great location as well. Would highly recommend this rental!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 7 adults and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. This house is the most well appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has all of the necessities, plus a whole lot more. There is even a crock pot and an electric skillet. We cooked several meals at home and there were plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, placemats and cloth napkins. The common areas were very nice with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temp. I highly recommend this property.

Communication through the booking process was timely and accurate. The property itself is amazing. Great, central location close to downtown, groceries, and pretty much anything you want to do. Kitchen is well appointed with indoor and outdoor beverage and dining ware, bar is similarly outfitted. Pool and hot tub are great, love that whole front area with multiple tables, umbrellas, and loungers. Would not hesitate to recommend and we will be booking again.

I stayed here with 5 girlfriends and it was perfect. The pool and house were a great set-up for our group and the 105 degree heat. The view of the mountain from the pool was lovely. Nice location - close to hiking and good food.

We just returned from a family wedding in Palm Springs and stayed at this lovely property. It was beautifully decorated, clean and had every amenity you can imagine. The bedrooms are very spacious and they had bikes and pool floaties in the garage for use. It was also close by to coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

This property has location, privacy, space, amenities and its clean! Bedrooms were big and there was plenty of living space for everyone to be comfortable. Perfect place for a larger family to all be together. Will definitely plan to stay here again!
