I wouldn't book again in hot weather.

Rooms and bathrooms were nice size and the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and it was tasty. We enjoyed our visit to the pool next door too.

We would like to have a night light in the room, option to have a kettle. It was too hot with no airconditioning and no fan. When we kept the windows open, we got bitten by mosquitoes. Our room was on second floor and the bathroom had no curtain on the window.

Mile spędzony czas, dobrze wybrane miejsce na pobyt, polecam!

Śniadania wliczone w cenę sprawdzały się przed dalszą wycieczką w miasto, smaczne i pożywne. Dobry kontakt z obsługą personelu, zawsze potrafili dobrze doradzić w wielu problemach. Bardzo korzystna cenowo oferta jak na takie miasto i uważam że można mile spędzić czas, tym bardziej że w ofercie obiektu jest dodatkowo basen dla gości hotelowych.

Do poprawy komunikacja mailowa, ale bez wpływu na całokształt opinii obiektu moim zdaniem. Również odległość od większych atrakcji Pragi nie jest większą przeszkodą dla podróżujących - dobry dojazd z przystanku spod hotelu, więc dla chcącego nic trudnego, ostatecznie można wybrać opcje podróżowania Boltem - najtańszą taxi w mieście, polecam!

Ok for one night, but nothing great

it was ok, nothing great. We could see the sunset from the window.

Value for money: the bed was uncomfortable, the room is very small while the bathroom is immense (weird allocation of space). We could hear clearly the people in the room next door and I am sure they heard us. not worth the price, considering the building and the location.

Room was clean and the hotel is close to transport.

The internet went down, and whilst the hotel provided me with an alternative 36 hours later, it took some persuading for them to realize that internet is important. I wouldn't book a hotel that didn't have internet available. The room was large with 3 single beds, but only one had an end against a wall to stop pillows falling off. And that need was directly under the tv! I had to rearrange the room furniture to make the room suitable and also get several more pillows to act as a headboard.

I liked that we arrived at the hotel after 10:00 p.m. and they accepted us, but for the corresponding amount of 20 euros, there were other people who checked in so late and they were charged 20 euros for check-ins. convenient but for not a small amount

the rooms for 4 nights were not cleaned, one day I had paid for 2 breakfasts, but my daughter did not eat and I asked her to eat the next day, I was refused

There are better hotels for this price in Prague

There is a really good gym in the hotel. Entrance fee is not included in hotel price, but they accept Multisport.

Room was really basic. Bed wasn’t much comfy and they don’t provide medical pillows even upon request.

We were happy to spend only one night here.

The room for 3 people is more suitable for 1. It's very small, pretty cluttered, though the bathroom is too big. The window overlooked another room and a wall, so we had to close the curtains all the time. The restaurant on the premises is more of a bar with beer and snacks, no normal food. Besides, we left the car on a small free parking in front of the hotel and discovered a rat under the hood afterwards.

bathroom had the shower glass broken so water would come all over the place. no ar con and room was extremely hot since there was no ventilation on the room. we’ve paid a stay with breakfast included, to when we arrived be told that we had to pay separately for breakfast. it was the worst customer service experience with the manager from the property, he was saying that the issue was with booking.com and we showed him the price that we paid with breakfast included was on the app, but he didn’t want to listen to us and said that he was complimentary giving us the breakfast even though that we PAID for it.

The overall impression about the hotel was completely spoiled by the receptionist’s behavior! And, from our experience,

We stayed one night in this hotel (checked in on 18 July 2022) and we experienced a terrible attitude. When a 4-year old child jumped onto the sofa in the lobby of the hotel, the receptionist shouted at him so loudly, that even an adult woman next to him got scared! I hope that this message WILL BE NOTICED by the hotel management and that someone will explain to the receptionist that: 1. there’s always an adult with a child to whom you can address instead of shouting at a child; 2. that it is completely UNACCEPTABLE to behave like this with anyone, ESPECIALLY if it’s a child; 3. that even when the guests of the hotel cannot reply to you (because they do not speak English or Czech language), but they can always write a feedback afterwards!
