3 stars. GREAT location BUT a ROACH and LIZARD!!

The location was a perfect 2-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach and about a 15-minute walk to the strip on Ocean Blvd with tons of shops and restaurants.

The bed was not the most comfortable. We found a semi-dead cockroach in the kitchen in addition to a lizard in the bathroom that was very much alive which made us uneasy to stay another night. We contacted property management about it requesting a refund and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. In additional, there was 1 roll of toilet paper provided for the entire house, 1 trash bag, and 1 roll of paper towel. The ice machine hardly produced any ice so that was an added cost we had to go out and buy. In addition, on day 2, someone came into the unit after knocking to replace the air filter, which should’ve been done before we arrived.

Perfect set up for vacation relaxation!

The location is prime! Easy to walk over to the beach and close to village shops and restaurants. Very easy to get on and off the key from this location too. The inside layout was perfect, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and other rooms.

We did find a medium sized cockroach and some smaller ones in the unit when we first got there, but after that we did not see any more. I know it's Florida and buggy!

the place was clean and comfortable. good communication with the rental company. overall very enjoyable.

plenty of room. comfortable beds. close to the beach.

no porch or covered patio to sit out and relax on. the bbq grill was questionable.

Leak in bedroom directly onto bed! No response, no correction!

The location was good.

There was a major leak in the master bedroom. I had to put pots and pans out from the kitchen to collect water on the bed. I reported this in three seperate emails to management via [email protected] and wasn't even given the courtesy of a response. I ended up having to sleep on the sofa as a result. In addition to this leak nightmare on a stay I had been very much looking forward to, they will not be rolling the red carpet out for you here, although they're charging as much. They leave no supplies to self-serve, so there were no extra garbage bags- I had to recycle the same bag, one roll of toilet paper for the entire party's stay, gritty floors, and damaged and dings on the walls throughout. I would NOT recommend!

Close to the beach. Very well put together. The beds were very comfortable.

The parking lot was hard to get out of. Check out time was early. Used to 11am check out times.

Unexpected in unit laundry! Beach access and short walk to the village.

It was much larger than expected. It had in unit laundry and a large walk in closet.

The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was caved in on the sides. The bed squeaked very loudly every time I would turn or move in the night. Could have been more hand soap in the bathroom and not just a bar of soap the size of a piece of Hersheys chocolate.

Well be back,,

Location, location,location, bed was compfy, Murphy bed was better, showers were great ,,good water pressure

Was not ready when we got there, had to wait 2 extra hours for room and checkout time was hour earlier than website, ,,had to fix TV to get to work,,,toilet paper leave more toilet paper,,, oh FYI,,chairs bikes umbrellas that you tent for house should be free with security deposit(100)..there were no wash cloths,,

The bed was very comfy and the distance from the beach was perfect.

The parking. There should of been marked assigned parking spots.

Did not like the outdoor accommodations. No space to have a cup of coffee or wine outdoors.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach.

Did not like location. No space to be outdoors except a small gravel parking lot with trash cans and cars. Uncomfortable opening blinds with view into parking lot. Beach umbrella was broken. Only 1 washcloth was in the apartment, no hand towels.
