Managers Mustafa and Gamal went above and beyond to make my stay an enjoyable one.

Everything was great. Beautiful view of the Nile and the valley of the kings.

I liked everything about the property.

Great location, view and quietness, but needs deepest renovation.

Nice location, great view from the balcony, quietness.

The rooms are quite tired. Although they nominate 5 stars, they don't even submit bathrobes and the slippers in the room. The hotel needs deepest renovation. Breakfast and the main restaurant are pretty poor.

STEVE! I have never met a nicer, more helpful hotelier - what an absolute hero! My flights were messed up, he helped. My partner was sick, he helped. Genuinely very grateful, I tried to find him to thank him personally, but I could not, Steve is an asset to your hotel! Treasure him! Hotel is great, stayed in a bungalow. Breakfast is good. Huge security gate, all cars checked in, has a dock for boats, two pools, large and quiet.

The granite stairs by the pool are very very slippery when wet, they look great, but be careful!

Raczej nie wrocimy do tego hotelu i nie zarekomendujemy naszym znajomym.

Obiek jest pieknie polozony. Mielismy wygodny pokoj z duzym tarasem z przepieknym widokiem na zachody slonca oraz porannym widokiem na latajace balony nad Dolina Krolow. Oddalony od halasliwego centrum. Przyjemny basen przy Nilu. Pokoj codziennie sprzatany i zawsze mila niespodzianka od sprzatajacego.

Hotel nastawiony na klienta, ktory przyjezdza na jedna noc lub obsluguje wycieczki. Spalismy w hotelu przez 6 nocy. Nikt z obslugi ani razu nie skontaktowal sie z nami czy wszystko w porzadku. Nie przedstawiono nam zadnej korzystnej oferty na uslugi dodatkowe w zwiazku z naszym dlugim pobytem. Sniadania przyzwoite, ale monotonne. Kawa fatalna, jeden ekspres na duza restauracje. Ceny w restauracji i barach wysokie.

Beautiful room with extended balcony, good staff and nicely executed breakfast.

Breakfast was better than any hotels we had stayed in previously with Cappuccino, espresso and more. Fresh Juices, omelets to order, Spectacular view and large comfortable rooms. Beautiful sitting area close to the patio so you could stay inside and view the Nile. We loved it. Internet was fast with a VPN. Staff did our laundry and was perfect. Staff really helped out and made the stay comfortable.

Blocked our taxi from coming in once. No bid deal. Shower was inside a bath tub. Found it a little bit old design. The bar's sandwich menu needs an update. Didn't like their Club, had to order Mayo as it was too dry.

Great if there is a good price deal.

Most of the workers were really nice, polite and kind. Had a great swimming pool which was spacious and 1.5m deep(best part). Breakfast options were great too. Room was spacious and neat. And felt very safe from all the scammer as from what I have seen they keep the ID of every Egytian outsider when they enter the hotel.

At breakfast, even though less than the quarter of tables were occupied, yet the manager was consistently asking me to sit at the one of two table that were at the serving area, not at the eating area with Nile river's view. But later I have found them letting other single customer occupy the 6 seater table next to the window. I am not sure if it was because I have booked the cheapest option or a something else. Definitely not the good way to start the morning in Luxor. And I don't understand what's the necessity of keeping the empty amenity box everywhere, and for face towels they only took it and never kept it back.

Amazing View and good staff!

Unglaubliche Lage direkt am Nil! Das absolute Highlight dieses Hotels für uns. Gutes Personal, vor allem die Frau an der Reception. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und ein Willkommens-Snack am ersten Tag. Das erste Mal, dass wir in Ägypten direkt das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben, ohne Komplikationen.

Die Auskunft konnte unsere Fragen bezüglich Taxi-Preisen uswY nicht beantworten. Etwas mehr Engagement (man könnte ja nachschauen) wäre gewünscht.

Un paradis au bord du Nil

Excellent rapport qualité prix, personnel aux petits soins (mention spéciale à Mohammed, life gard de la piscine, qui a été d'une gentillesse absolue). Chambre très propre, très confortable. Installations incroyables et buffet impressionnant de petit déjeuner. L'emplacement au bord du Nil est magique. Notre meilleure expérience en Egypte. Merci !

Le personnel de la réception n'était pas au top. Cela contrastait avec la superbe attention des autres services (piscine, restaurant, conciergerie). Dommage.

Bon complexe hôtelier à Louxor

Hôtel bien placé avec de belles prestations et un accueil très agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Séjour de deux nuits dans les maisonnettes proches de la première piscine et en dehors du complexe.

Locatie, uitzicht over Nijl, schoon en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Personeel maakte onderling hardop ruzie in de bar in ons bijzijn. Rooklucht op de kamer. Ontbijt basis en weinig lokale producten.

I will definitely recommend the Steingenberger Resort Atchi to our friends!

Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. Bed was very comfortable after long, hot days exploring Luxor. We ordered room service and ate at Nico’s. Both were more than we could eat and tasty! I highly recommend the Steigenberger Resort in Luxor.

部屋が綺麗で朝食が豪華 Wi-Fiもいい

ツアー代理店が高い。ホテルの前にタクシーが止まっていて、そのうち何人か怪しい人がいる。またホテルスタッフ(男性)がタクシーなどを一切手配せず、西側に行くと、東側の方がいいと少し差別的だった。他のスタッフは非常に親切で良かった。

Hôtel et restaurant de qualité,vue exceptionnelle

La situation au bord du Nil est exceptionnelle et vaut le séjour. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le buffet est délicieux, varié et grâce à Abdelhibrahim et son équipe le service est de qualité et aux petits soins pour nous. Dommage que la piscine proche des bungalows soit fermée, cela concentre les clients dans une seule piscine. Dommage que des travaux proches bungalows occasionnent du bruit jusqu'à plus de 23 h , suite à nos plaintes, le manager a su nous proposer une autre chambre plus calme.. Des bateaux proposent des excursions au départ de l'hôtel

En février nous pensions pouvoir bénéficier de toutes les prestations, cependant des travaux un peu partout..au bar, près du restaurant,de la piscine ne devraient pas perturber autant les clients, du matin au soir. La salle de sport était fermée. Un autre bassin était aussi vidé. Le bruit de la disqueuse et la poussière sont désagréables. Il manque une piscine adulte only.. Un client est venu à la piscine avec une petite enceinte, diffusant sa musique dans cet espace public ce n'est pas acceptable, malgré ma remarque le personnel n'a rien pu faire le client a continué. La politesse et le civisme ne sont pas toujours au rdv. Prévoir de manger à l'hôtel, rien aux alentours.

Stunning view!

The location is stunning, right in front of Nile river. You can watch a beautiful sunset/sunrise. It’s very central and safe! We didn’t have dinner at the resort but went outside to try other restaurants and there are many walking distance. The staff was super nice, spoke very good English and helped us during our stay. I would go there again and it’s highly recommended!

The pool right next to our room was under renovation and flip flops weren’t provided, considering this is a 5 star resort

Proper, mooi, comfortabel hotel met fijn personeel waarbij je je echt even thuis voelt!

Prachtig uitzicht, comfortabele propere kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt en avondeten. Eenmaal vlees gevonden in de spinazie die "vegan" aangeduid stond, maar meteen excuses gekregen en een vers bordje spinazie en broccoli zonder vlees. Zeer vriendelijk persoonlijk personeel die eens eindelijk niet voor alles fooi vroegen!

Weinig eigenlijk, het enige grote gemis is transport van en naar de luchthaven , dit voorzien zij niet en een taxi zelf nemen is nooit heel fijn in Egypte ...

Good spot to explore and relax . The pools are not very big but the staff is cool

The rooms in th garden are wide and look like suites for good prices The staff is super nice. I had booked twice the same room and they canceled one for free Gym was under msnteinance but they offered a nearby solution

Breakfast is not as rich as I expected , having stayed 2 years ago at the nearby Steigenberger Nile palace There I had one the best buffets of my life
