Gute ruhige Lage zum Besuch der Stadt ohne Auto.

Den SPA Bereich konnten wir gegen Gebühr exclusiv nutzen und waren sehr angetan. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist pragmatisch, aber alles gut funktionstüchtig. Dank der naheliegenden Straßenbahnhaltestelle konnten das Rothko-Zentrum und die Innenstadt bequem erreicht werden.

Eigentlich entsprach das Hotel der Beschreibung und unserer Erwartung

If you need to stay just for one night and good for evaluation to classify other hotels.

Friendly personal in the reception. Relative good WiFi. If you are lucky, can get parking space behind hotel, but it just for 6 -7 cars in the darkness, otherwise you must leave car on the street in the front of the hotel. I do not know where is more safety. Location of the hotel is relative close to food shop and fast food restaurant.

This was very BIG surprise for everyone who came to take breakfast. There was little table with little bit of half slices of bread, pyramid of boiled eggs, some strange looking salads, little bit of cheese and ham. No tea, no juice, no milk for cereals, just yogurt. Coffee, which was black water with coffee flavour, was in the big thermos, no other types of coffee or f.ex. cacao (chocolate for kids). Full bowl with corn, peas, ketchup, mayonnaise, but for what ? The best came after, when lady from kitchen asked something to us, but this was not Latvian language, not English, so we could not understand anything. After that we were served with portion of one sausage, rectangular piece of scrambled eggs and cucumber salads with (sour cream ) dressing (?). The only one that was tasty was the sausage. Scrambled eggs was something chemical and uncooked, with no taste at all. Final conclusion is that breakfast is very weak, although this is included in the hotel price. The best over all is that after time the same lady from kitchen carried a big plate of warm and fragrant pancakes past us. We thought that finally there will be excellent breakfast for kids, but pancakes were just for juniors of camp. Ok, there is TV in the room, but no channels in Latvian, just some from Poland, maybe Russia. Maybe it is possible to connect laptop, but you need cable. In general, hotel rooms need renovation. If you want sauna or this relax area - extra cost and expensive. No discount for hotel guests!

An okay stay

The room was cheap, personnel was very polite, and rooms were clean. There was a parking space in the yard.

The bed was not very good, we both had some back aches in the morning. Vegan options for breakfast was mostly fruit, which is kind of disappointing because you can get vegan youghurts, cheeses etc. from the local grocery stores. Coffee was not good.

Nice hotel, nice comfortable room. Bonus for breakfast included in price :) SPA in the morning was great!

We were three people, but towels were only served for two, we got to ask for extra towel. Toilet paper ran out when we arrived. Poor lighting in the room. Breakfast could be better

I was staying in a small single room. The bed was small but comfortable. There was a table, a chair and TV in the room. Great breakfast with a good choice of dishes and drinks. Although it was a bit chilly outside the room temperature was comfortable. The reception ladies were polite and helpful

There is a very strong smell of mold in the room, shower and corridor. Not good sound insulation so I could hear neighbours. The location is a bit remote from the city center. Would not recommend this hotel for stay

friendly hotel stuff, parking place, quite and cozy. You have hotel restaurant, shops around. Tram station to city center pretty close. Breakfast will not blow your mind but you can eat it:)

moderate standard, but 25EUR to use Sauna and pool I find really far to expensive. Almost the cost of the night this is biggest drawback I noticed.

facilities had some smell, shower curtain was too short and bathroom floor was flooded because of that. breakfast looked good, but did not taste good. Hotel pictures does not mach the exact situation and look of the rooms.

Pleasant

Had to change rooms in middle of night due to bathtub leaking. Both rooms had silverfish infestations. Especially noticeable in late hours. Most of the staff was great except one who just refused to speak the countries language and got annoyed when asked to repeat themselves.

The hotel itself is more or less ok, but breakfast might disappoint you…

Location, free parking, friendly receptionist. The standard rooms were as basic as you can expect. Everyting seemed clean. It was ok for 1 night. We got two rooms close to each other.

The unpleasant stale air when you first enter the rooms. The lady who served the breakfast wasn’t welcoming at all. As for drinks we were offered only lemon water, but I got coffee after asking for it. We had no choice for what to have for breakfast. We got a plate with some bacon, eggs, toast, sausage and some salad. It tasted ok, but if that’s not your type of breakfast, too bad, no other options. At least they could ask, if there aren’t any vegetarians or vegans…

It was freezing in the room and bathroom doesnt have any heating at all

it was not far from the city center, still have to go by car, not walking distance. More or less comfortable bed.

Even though it was only -2 degrees outside, it was very cold in the room. not to mention bathroom, where there was no heating at all. Floor was just terrible, was impossible to take a bath due to the cold bathroom. it was even challange to dress up in the room😅 Also TV didnt work in any of the rooms our team booked, I guess it was not supposed to work even though it was there. Definitely stay to remember😅
