Phone broken

Staff were very welcoming.

The mattress on the bed was overly soft, as if the springs were worn out. The phone was not working, so I. had to go down to reception to order room service or get maintenance. Staff were unable to remedy the phone.

The gym is brilliant! Location is ultimate for work stays. Check in is super easy

Every stay seems the bed is always saggy on one side (most used side); too soft for my liking - however you cant suit all clients - goldilocks effect!

Not being advised there was no hot water! Only to be told when I rang reception it would take 2 hours to heat up.

Avoid if you can

Location and front of house staff only good thing left about this hotel

To start with the price went from $700 for 3 nights to $1900 so you know price gouging at its best due to a weekend event was happening. We have stayed a few times previously a couple of years ago, but were very disappointed, the room was old looking, our toilet seat come off in my hand, previously broken and left sitting on the toilet, the carpet was all stained, water stains o. The tiles, no shower cap or vanity kits in the room. The desk, bench was old looking with bits of laminate missing from it everywhere. On one of the mornings the staff came to clean when were still there just about to leave asked her to come back in 20mins, we left our towels on the floor so they would be changed, got back to the hotel late the same night and room hadn’t been touched, had trying use the dirty wet towel on the floor. It was a nightmare to try and reach in room dining when after seeing the restaurant staff standing around talking including the chefs so we know they weren’t that busy. When we did reach them our meal came fairly quickly. Sad to see this hotel so rundown

Good location, great service - very comfy bed!

Location was great in the city and the room was really nice. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and made for a great stay.

Was a little expensive but we were there for a big event which would've bumped up the prices. Hopefully next time we can stay again.

The aircon is too hard to navigate. I had to call the reception to help me operate as the room was cold.

Central - walk to Botanical Gardens

Good location. Walk to Botanical Gardens, walk to Queen St Mall, plenty of cafes and bars in the general area. Pool (indoor) & gym - well above normal hotel std. Nice quality fittings throughout

No sitting/reading/chill out area - anywhere in hotel except two seats in cramped (but very funky & interesting) foyer Room description says "Studio Apartment".so you'd expect a smallish space. But its not in any way "an apartment" it's hotel room with a single desk chair/desk but nowhere for a couple to eat except on the bed. Microwave & sink doesnt make it an "apartment"

Excellent location spoiled by lack of amenities.

Location excellent! Breakfast very uninspiring. Poor choice of cereals, cereal bowls tiny and fresh fruit very tired. Overall very expensive for what it was!

Despite having a kitchen in the apartment we had no utensils with which to prepare food. Two dinner plates, two cereal bowls and two mugs were totally inadequate as were the two tea bags provided. Staff did however provide a few more teabags when asked.

Not happy. Just satisfied barely

Very clean

My side of the bed was much too soft compared to the other side of the bed. No water in fridge. Not enough double up of tea bags. We wanted the same flavour but only 1. Only 3 raw sugers. I've never experienced a hotel room that didn't have plenty of raw sugar. No had towel in bathroom. TV didn't work.

Great place to stay 😀

The location was great, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Another great feature was, it is close to the Botanical Gardens. Great bed!! The staff we're very accommodating and polite.

The room was a little small and the window's outlook was into an office building, quiet disappointing. However, the rooms are very clean and sufficient for short stays.

Perfect location & extremely comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, rooms were a good size & well appointed. The indoor heated pool was beautiful as well. There was also the option for a later check out ($20/hr past the 12pm) which was great so we didn’t have to rush on our last day with an afternoon flight.

I stayed in room 609: The overall room space was a great size. Bed was comfortable minus the cheap linen. The bathroom was large and spacious. Great water pressure and the shampoo/conditioner was the best I have ever used.

The linen was cheap and not soft. The pillows were lumpy. I was right next to the lift well and could hear them mostly thought the day. It wasn't too bad overnight. I checked under my bed before I left to make sure nothing had gone under and it was a blanket of dust, this was revolting. It needs a good vacuum asap. The pool area looks ok but I chose not to use it. Gym looked great.

Great location, friendly helpful staff & comfortable generously sized room. Flexible with our check in & happy to store luggage for us which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
