ロビーやダイニングルームの雰囲気が明るく快適。ニューカッスル北西郊外で、高速道路A1(M) の出入口近くにあり、車での旅行者にとって便利なロケーション。
特になし。
3.0
location, free car park, wi-fi, room size, comfy bed
old bathroom with a problematic drainage of shower.
4.5
the friendly staff particularly Malcom who ran the restaurant
we got the wrong room, but the receptionist said we should have mentioned it at check-in, so a lesson for the future
4.0
Good facilities and very comfortable quiet room, staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant surroundings and reasonably quite considering near airport and main road of A1.
Long dimly lit corridor's, seemed to take ages to get to the room. lack of hotel information of in house facilities or help guides (apart from food/drinks menu). High price of food and drinks compared with other establishments
3.5
Price of food gone ridiculous

Warm welcome, nice bar and restaurant area, plenty of staff on hand, the room windows opened
A noisy bird outside at 4am!

Really good location for what we needed. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our cases upstairs but other than that, all good.

Nothing.
4.5
The room was very comfortable. Good and quiet and comfortable bed.
Dinner was taken in the room.
The breakfast was well presented and the area was good and clean.
We were not told that the bathroom was a wet room. A conventional bathroom/ shower would have been better.

Lovely bed
You say it’s gosforth park it’s miles away it was 25 pound each way into Newcastle in a taxi gosforth park in 3 mile not 10
4.5
Convenient, Lesiure facilities,
Good size room, quiet.
External look with flat roof makes it look unattractive.
4.0
Great location to rest on the way up north. Has all the facilities you would want from a highway hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything you need. Staff is polite. Breakfast was decent.
No one helped with our bags. Food delivery options are really limited. There is a charge to deliver food from the restaurant to your room which is ridiculous.

Very nice
Apart from pillow everything was very nice

I took my Grand daughter for a little chill time away and she loved it. We will be back. Jacuzzi was lovely.
I have visited lots of times with my husband, daughter and friend and we've always had biscuits in our room so we didn't bring any this time and there wasn't any to have with our coffee.

The staff were amazing and very supportive of my run
The things out of their control such as the weather!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely and quiet in the evenings and mornings that we used it. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Good car parking with an exit code needed.
Food felt a little overpriced for the quality and location.
4.0
Staff were friendly, room clean and spacious, we were given a ground floor room opposite the health club, next to the conference facilities so it was close to the restaurant and quiet at night.
Jacuzzi was out of order while we were there which my son who is just too young to use the gym was looking forward using.
4.5
Staff were super helpful and friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was lovely.
I can’t say I didn’t like it but the swimming pool and jacuzzi could maybe do with a little bit of a tidy up. Just looks a bit old and tired compared to the hotel itself.
5.0
From start to Finnish we all had a lovely time
The only thing we didn't like was when it was time to leave
4.5
Breakfast was very good, wide choice and excellent food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was very good and an excellent jacuzzi. My son and his family came to visit and were able to eat with us which was lovely. Rington's coffee in the room and in the restaurant was also very good.
There was a long corridor to the bedroom which was a little difficult for an elderly member of the group.
