Kamer was klein, prima qua inrichting. Bar altijd open.
Badkamer was wel erg klein

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. Basically good value for money.
Breakfast. Not terrible, but not great. You can eat only English breakfast or cereal, no other options.

We came down at breakfast 30 minutes before if finished. A few things were unavailable and we were told would not be replenished because the service was closing. I was not aware that the breakfast degraded the closer it got to end of service?!

The hotel is in a great location within a 5 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Staff are very friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean ( maybe we got a bigger room than whst we paid for, as there was a sofa bed and a queen sized bed in the room, so it was spacious) enough. The bed is so comfy. The shower was great. Bottled water, tea, and coffee facilities in the room. Also, more bottled water left at reception, needed during the heatwave! Had a couple of drinks in the garden one of the evenings, so beautiful and chilled. Will definitely stay here again when I visit London.
Bathroom is a bit on the small side and I absolutely hate hopping into baths for a shower,, I have a fear I'd fall. Also can hear people walking on floor above your room. We were at the end of the corridor and didn't hear any noise from our neighbours!

The room was spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast each morning was beyond expectation! Great food (loved the honeycomb), varied offerings, very fast service. Location was very convenient, near restaurants and the tube.
More time to enjoy the gardens!

2 mini super that open till late as well few great restaurants.
The breakfast is good and satisfying.
This could get at list top 20 great breakfast in London that I've checked so far.
The 1st room that I've get was disappointed.
I specifically booked room with garden view as well big enough for family and I've get room without any window....
Only the next day I've got better room any yet it was not clean!
I've get an old room. My brother that was with me on the same hotel get better room as we paid the same I should have get at list room that will look and fill as much as this one.
Part of the staff was helping and smiling as well did what they could.
But there were 2 that definitely should not worked at customer service!
I will not going to get back to that hotel!!
Not on my top 50 in London and I've been on at list 76 Hotels so far.

Good location, near Earl’s Court tube station
The hotel room was very cold. I reported this to reception, so they provided me with a heater. The room was certainly not 18 square metres, as advertised on Booking.com, and the layout of the room did not make sense. A chair against the bed, so I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. Or had to keep moving the chair. This hotel seems to advertise going green. That makes sense. They ask you to think about whether you need housekeeping every day. That is all very well, but…..when going green, good insulation is key! They should really do something about the window frames, as there is a constant draught in the room, which makes it cold! I had four pillows on the bed, so I put three of them on the window sills to prevent the wind from blowing right into the room. Good window frames are really great energy savers! This hotel should think about that! One more point, housekeeping was very noisy in the mornings. (Why do they slam doors?) Anyway, I have another stay in London coming up. I had booked this hotel as well, but have just cancelled it. I am sure I can find better hotels in the area at the same rates. In fact, I have already checked.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. For several reasons:
(1) We enjoyed the breakfast a lot
(2) There is a gym. It's small but it does the job
(3) The location being slightly off central is not critical due to the nearby Earl's Court underground that can get you anywhere in London fast. Moreover, Earl's court is on the border between zone's 1 and 2 which would minimize underground travel cost regardless of destination
(4) The staff is extremely nice and receptive to feedback. A handwritten welcome note waited in our room upon arrival and our ask for additional large blankets was executed without delay.
(5) The cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in general is commendable. We were extremely happy with the initial level and with the daily cleaning of the room. Thank you Ionela, Gina, Mariana, and Rodica!
(6) The rooms are quite small (at least the ones we booked which were the cheapest). However, this is exactly what we wanted - cost effective accommodations during our trip to London. There is also a fridge (empty for guest use rather than mini-bar) and safe in each room. The TV is not smart but we bought a Chromecast which swiftly enabled Netflix and the like.
(7) At the desk at the entrance to the hotel there is free bottles of water, apples and umbrellas - exactly what is needed before embarking on a day in London.
(8) There is a nice garden outside but we didn't get to use it much due to the cold weather.
(9) Sleep quality is good due to excellent blind curtains that block morning sunlight

Nice room size. Nice with a bathtub. Very very good breakfast.
The wifi in the room was really poor. Very slow and often useless.
Could not open a window to get some fresh air.
Also notised that an empty coffee package was laying on the floor. We had the coffee in the morning and obviously accidentally dropped the paper on the floor. I saw the paper in the evening, so that was after the room had been cleaned. I decided to leave it just to see and it was still there when we left. So it had been there through 2 days of cleaning.

The location is great, the neighborhood is one of the best in London and super well connected. Arriving to the hotel is super easy and super convenient if you are arriving from Heathrow Airport, Earl’s Court (Piccadilly Line) is located 200m from the hotel.
Overall the hotel is clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel deco is very nice and clean.
The breakfast is good..
The rooms are small but is something normal for many hotels in London …
The mini bar in the rooms was inexistent , something that should be added for sure..
