The Lerryn is a fantastic hotel and we will absolutely be staying again in the future.
Hotel was clean and well presented. Our room was brilliant, sea view, huge bed - very comfortable, big TV. All the details were wonderful like a coffee maker plus kettle. Table and chairs on the balcony with a sea view. Bathroom was clean and fresh, shower very hot and good pressure. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were very well looked after. One morning my husband needed to shoot off so they packed up a bacon sandwich for him so that he didn’t miss out on breakfast, so kind and shows how attentive the staff were.
Genuinely there isn’t anything I would change about this hotel. All the staff were kind and hard working. Everything was clean. This hotel only offers breakfast, not lunch or dinner, but there are so many dining options in Falmouth you don’t need to be eating all meals at the hotel!

Food was good, location good bed comfortable and modern bathroom.
No complaints

Location is good, lovely sea views and room over looked the garden. I was there as we were getting married locally, we had the lovely surprise of a bottle of fizz on return to the room (we had not told the hotel but the photographer was a big clue). Staff were really friendly and helpful trying to get the bridesmaid dresses steamed.
Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choice and if you wanted to swap something out it was no issue.
We were in room 4 which was on the first floor, great as my husband is waiting for knee surgery and could cope with one flight of stairs, my parents and bridesmaids were up a lot further so if you have mobility issues contact the hotel for room advice.
Breakfast service was a bit slow, I think the staff are young and it's early season so plenty of time to improve.
Attention to detail on the cleaning is needed, there were cobwebs on the bedroom wall, dust on the door frames and top of headboard. Not the end of the world but a little disappointing.

The hotel is perfectly situated with a view to the sea. It was easy to find and in a quiet area. I had a single room which was fine for my 1 night stay, with all I needed. There is character in the property that you don’t get in modern built hotels which I prefer. Very close to the Princess Pavilion for entertainment. I would come again.
Things are a little dated but areas are being renovated.

Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and efficient
Room 3. Our rooms view was the bins - literally, all we could see was the bins.
Car park was too small (4 cars), and needed some TLC to make all parking spaces useable without being 'attacked' by the hedge

Very polite and friendly staff ,comfortable room
Nothing to dislike

The welcome was lovely and the hotel location great. The room we had booked was small but had everything we needed.
Lots of space to park on the quiet road by the side of the hotel.
Great location, right by the beach and only a short walk to a good choice of restaurants and bars.
Breakfast was a bit of a farce.
The staff were working hard but they just needed extra help.
We were told breakfast started at 8.30 but when we arrived (at 8.30) most of the self serve items had already run out and not been replaced.
Orders were taken quickly but the food came out in a random order - we had ours first despite our order being taken last.
Also, the waiting staff had to stop what they were doing to check people out.
It just seemed like they were understaffed and just managing to cope.
Took the shine off of a lovely stay.

The room was very clean. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
The fact that I could hear noise from other rooms/corridors and I was not able to regulate the shower's temperature.

Superb location, wonderful friendly staff, delicious breakfast and large, beautifully furnished room. Would definitely return! Oh and Teddy was the cherry on top ❤️

staff were great, room was clean and functional, adequate tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the rooms. The breakfast was very nice, the only caveat being, I ordered scrambled egg and salmon on toast, as a healthier alternative to the full Cornish breakfast, which by the way looked superb, I felt that the portion of egg and especially the salmon could’ve been a little more generous, as the option I took looked to be a lot smaller and cheaper to produce than the full Cornish.
The only issue with the property, which applies to most of the smaller hotels in the vicinity is the limited off-street parking. In high season you may expect to park a little farther from the property, when the demand for parking is high.

A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
4.5
Staff friendly and very helpful, particularly the young man who served breakfast for us in the lounge as we had our dog with us.
Room comfortable and had everything we needed.
Sea view from the lounge.
Snacks and drinks available in the comfortable lounge area.
Room was a bit chilly when we arrived and we could not turn radiator up. Towel rail was not heating up.

quite a lot of stairs !

The view was very nice, over looking the sea. The breakfast was well presented and tasty
A comfy mattress, all be it with an old base.
Plenty of cupboard space, and carpet reasonable, for the price
Continuity of staff a different waiter each day, and breakfast items not replenish, when nearly out.
TV was miniscule by today's standards, and hard any channels to watch. The remote was a bit grubby, but worked OK
Bedding was very heavy and dated, the white duvet etc, jaded and off white. Tea and coffee not topped up, ie no sugar. Horrible tasteless shortcake biscuits, from Dublin of all places
The location was way out of town centre, at £5.80 per taxi ride. If you wanted Trago Mills, it was cheaper at £3.50.
No real bus service, at 1 per hour
No lift and I was on top floor so not good for disabled I would say.

Lovely friendly hotel. Best single room I've had with great ensuite shower room and nice complimentary toiletries. Staff all really helpful and nothing too much trouble. Nice bright airy lounge to relax in and excellent breakfast! Easy parking right outside on the road. Beach is at the end of the road too!
Room 8 needs a new mattress please its a bit squeaky and lumpy. Didn't spoil my stay though

There was mould in the shower and room was small for a family

It was a good location to walk to the town in around 15 minutes and 5 minutes to the station. They had an honesty bar and a nice outside area with some chairs
We didn't really see the staff and we left before breakfast. The rooms were very warm and the main stairs and hall way are in need to a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. The hotel does not match up to the photos online and it wasn't that cheap.

Clean and comfortable room. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Loved the honesty bar and having a drink in the garden
I would have liked breakfast to be available from 7.30 as I had a early start
