Cheap at least and close to subway. I’d spend more money next time

Close to tube

Bathroom was boiling hot and in need of some revamp so was the room in general. Shower was ok for 10mins then dipped in pressure. Windows were missing locks and without closing windows very noisy. No air con. Sheets were clean but otherwise decor certainly wasn’t as good as photos. Could hear people through doorway.

An adequate place to stay.

It was clean. Shower was great. Walking distance to shops, river etc.

Looked tired. Staff were ok, not unfriendly but not friendly. Parking was awkward. We were asked to move our car to straighten it out and then asked to move it again to face the other way! It was a tight squeeze. The road was noisy and flight overhead were low and busy.

Fantastic location, no frills accommodation

The location is great. Short walk to the train station and the centre of Richmond. Everything you need in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was a little shabbier than the photos advertise but was clean and tidy nonetheless.

Budget hotel as expected. Helpful staff.

Very helpful staff Room as described. Adequate for our needs. Close to tube links into London

Tired decor. Very hot room with no air con so windows had to be opened. Aircraft noise very loud but as expected as near Heathrow

A great location for a short stay in Richmond and for travelling to London

Great location, really convenient for the station. Host very friendly and allowed us to leave car parked for the day.

great we hotel in perfect location. you have a choice of many places for breakfast in Richmond. simple but clean and war

great location next to train station, shops and restaurants. 5 min walk to town

for me I don’t mind simple or sharing bathroom which was never a problem.

Very nice room in a lovely bit of Richmond. Very good price, friendly staff, hot water, bath. I’d happily stay again

It’s a bit noisy so bring earplugs. The bath was a bit grimy and the bed a bit lumpy, but still comfortable and good for the price.

Good location, very clean and cosy stay

The bed was small and creaky with noisy bed springs. Room and hotel in need of a bit of maintenance and TLC.

Excellent for a 1 or 2 night stay where all you need is the bare minimum when it comes to amenities. Great location to travel into Central London. Decor is old and worn but extremely clean room.

Won't be back.

It was a convenient, quiet location, easy to find.

I tried to point out some points about our room that could do with improvement and was answered by the receptionist saying it was not the Hilton. I was trying to be helpful and did not get a good response, very disappointing.
