The facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and nice.
The price was abit dear, but staff made a great effort. Isabelle was excellent

Gorgeous hotel & spa right beside train station. Bed was so comfy and the room was lovely too. Pillows on bed amazing! Spa also very relaxing.
Hard to get the lifts working. Our key cards kept failing. Also coffee machine in the lounge wasn’t working but not a major issue.

Reserved Club Level room which turned out to be immediately adjacent to train track. Requested different room but none available at Club Level so we accepted a regular room. We wer not however provided a lower nightly room rate for the downgrade (not much to ask). Reached out to hotel directly as well as to Booking.com and neither followed through with any resolution at all. Very disappointed in both Booking.com and The Address.

My Aunt stayed with her sister as a gift from me for her 90th birthday. The room was too small and the bed was uncomfortable to share.
I trusted my aunts would have a lovely comfortable room but they were disappointed and uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel. Got a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Pleasant staff. Good location.
Fewer emails would be nice.

A beautiful, stylish hotel, especially the lobby and adjoining restuarants and bars. The staff were excellent - helpful, friendly and professional. The price and location of the hotel were excellent.
The rooms were clean and well appointed, but compared to the communal areas of the hotel, a little dated.

The food was ok
The fact our room had no heating
Damp in the room…which also made bedding feel damp
No window to open to try get some fresh air because of the damp
No lamps in room worked
No access to gym that is suggested

Good location. bed was comfy.
paid for a club room, staff was giving us horrible looks, closed doors on us! very rude, said on the booking they would show us features in the room but literally just pointed to where our room was. Air con wasnt working and none of the windows opened. bath was full of water and wouldnt go down! dirt under the bed, staff kept knocking on the door at 7/8 in the morning!
6.0
The staff and the proximity with the train station
We received a complimentary coffee voucher on an alternative floor and when we got there everything was filthy with dirty dishes in the sink, there was almost nothing to eat and the coffee and tea machine was broken. a disappointment. We went downstairs and went to buy a coffee on the corner and ate in the room

Property was odd with a train running above the lobby and next to many rooms and this is not a 4 star hotel. At best 2 or 3 star. The staff was actually mean and not friendly. We had sewer gas smells on our floor and in our room. Breakfast was in the basement of the building and uninspired. Do not stay here for any reason.
Location, train, sewer smells, everything

Room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Had a fridge (very handy) and good proximity to supermarket and dining. Enjoyed views whilst having breakfast on rooftop.
The nearby streets seemed a little grubby with garbage etc.

The staff were very accommodating
Breakfast was pricey and not great tea and coffee services

Modern decor and looks pretty if you can’t hear the train above.
No breakfast included and paid over €200 a night! Noisy train right next to our room which woke us up throughout the night and internet didn’t work in our room. The area around the hotel is not nice and felt unsafe. Was made to order a pudding when ordered main meal and was a very expensive burger!

Room was very nice and also didn't realise there was a sauna/spa when i booked. This was a lovely surprise.

Everything was lovely

Close to the city centre, lots of food options and facilities
Room left us feeling very stuffy and although close to the centre, in a rough area

The renovated part of the hotel is great
The old part of the hotel

They sent me about 20 emails, with no real content and offering services they couldn't do (like an extra nights stay).

Exceptionally friendly staff and very clean hotel, location is pretty good. The bar and restaurant looked nice as well but we didn’t have time to go!

Personal was great. The atmosphere and inner design are great. Our room for three persons was large and had a nice large bathroom. Paying two breakfast for three (our 14 Yrs old daughter was for free) made it overall a good price for the offer. The Connolly station and the beginning of the pedestrian area of the Talbot street are just around the corner.
One has to think to find weak points. We happened to be woken up by other clients speaking in the corridor. The noise isolation could be better between corridor and room (no problem between rooms).

The Club room was fantastic.
The view from our window left much to be desired.

Posizione, struttura, gentilezza e disponibilità,
Being close to aircon generetor. But the noise was isolated enough

The location is great. The room was comfortable and we liked the fact that the tea was restocked daily. We liked the toiletries offered by the hotel, as well as the other amenities in the room.
The bathroom didn't have a dehumidifier installed, so the vapours weren't absorbed and it got very stuffy and damp very quickly. The curtains could also be improved, as they don't block out the light very well and so we woke up very early in the morning, although this is of course not an issue for some people.

Lovely decor and comfortable beds
