Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. Khalid made sure we had everything we needed. It was my birthday so my partner requested a surprise which the owner prepared with roses, very thoughtful of him. The location was good we literally did everything walking inside the Medina, felt very safe place too. Breakfast was great every day something different, all very tasty and fresh.
Amenities were good, however, there was not enough hot water for evening showers. Probably fine for summertime, but not for February when the weather is chilly at night and a warm shower is needed.

Classic Moroccan style and vibes, everything we were looking for! Close to everything and also perfect to escape the crowd! The staff was so kind and helpful - don’t forget to try their mint tea!!
Nothing not to like! I would perhaps suggest to arrive during day time if possible to avoid the stress of walking in small streets on the first night (taxi won’t drop you at the location)

Exceptional service- Khaled checked us in and from the start made us feel v at home. My daughter was bitten by a stray cat. The staff helped us call a doctor and Khaled even accompanied us to the hospital for vaccination. He was there every moment from arranging transportation to translating with the doctor.
Venue- it is a quiet oasis away and yet walking distance away from the buzzy souks
We were greeted with the daily Moroccan tea ceremony every breakfast.

This Riad (a riad is the equivalent of a guest house in the UK) is beautiful, traditional with a very authentic Moroccan vibe which we loved.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and were there for us when we needed help with booking taxis, tourist info etc. They are very welcoming with children and gave special attention to our 2 year old daughter, providing a cot for the room for free. The location is great as it is in the old town near many historical sites (about 30mins walk to most tourist attractions such as Bahia Palace, Secret Gardens, Majorelle botanic gardens or Carre Eden mall). The manager kindly upgraded our room to a nicer ground floor room without charging extra. The place is listed as wheelchair accessible on booking.com but the only rooms that are step free are on the ground floor because there is no lift and there are a few steps through the ground floor. We liked having the option of eating dinner there (at an extra cost) and the food choices were good. Their kitchen is not open all day like a hotel, there are some ladies who come to cook breakfast at 8am and stay to prepare dinner if any guests have ordered - you have to order your dinner before noon so they have time to buy the ingredients and prepare the meall. We appreciated the attention to detail they offered to our stay i.e. they decorated the bed very nicely for our honeymoon when we first got there. There is A/C in every bedroom which is great, especially during summer months when it can be unbearably hot outside. The roof terrace is lovely, it has a small plunge pool (not a swimming pool) which is good for cooling down and a nice seating area.
There were a few things that could have been better in our view. We noticed and showed to staff 4 cockroaches in our bedroom (2 dead and 2 alive), however we stayed there in July and the weather was incredibly hot (43 degrees), so maybe that was the cause, rather than a permanent situation.

The hosts, especially the youngest of them - Khalid (hope I got his name right) was exceptional. He was very warm, welcoming, was even enthusiastic from his end to share details about local traditions of Marrakesh. I'm floored by his hospitality. The riad itself is pretty quiet and peaceful. My wife and I also enjoyed the company of the friendly cats in the alley (they are not allowed into the property which is a good step from the riad managers not to expose someone who might be allergic).
Mostly minor points and not dealbreakers. The breakfast, though really good, sometimes took a long wait. WiFi is slightly weak in the rooms and can be improved with a simple repeater. The pool is a small one, more for relaxing than swimming. I thought the price was a little high for the amenities but it might be because of Marrakesh in May.

Location within medina but also a quiet area. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Also we stayed twice a few weeks apart as we travelled around morocco. As I was climbing toubkal after we returned to marrakech. I asked if I could leave my bag with climbing clothes there. And this was accommodated no problem for 3 weeks this was very good of the staff and manager.
Shower temperature was hit and miss. Swimming pool is a plunge pool.

Khalid, what to say about this man! He is an exceptional worker always looking for something to do. Attentive and giving really good recommendations for us, one day we were sick and he went to buy medicine for me because i did not find a pharmacy open. The rooms where amazing and the hotel was a peaceful place in the middle of a really busy city. Always smelling refreshing!
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Marrakech!
Thanks you so much!
Khalid, great Man, amazing worker!

The Riad was beautiful. The courtyard with the fountain were calm and relaxing and a lovely place to sit. All the rooms look onto the fountain area and we were pleased to be able to step straight from the room to this area. The room was authentically decorated and charming. There was a roof terrace and lounge area to sit with a small but cooling plunge pool. Khalid and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, happy to discuss places to visit and history. The breakfast was delicious; the best we have had in Morocco. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the Souks and close to good places to eat in the evening. Overall an excellent hotel.

The building is a beauty.
The swimming pool looks great on the pictures, but it is basically a bathtub for a couple (2m x 4m, 0.7m deep). You can call it pool, not a swimming pool as swimming is not an option. Wi-fi did not work in the room. Breakfast was pretty basic, in a 2-star hotel you get a better one. There is no restaurant, no bar, even though the Booking.com pages say otherwise.
Booking.com should state clearly that it is not accessible by car and that parking is not organized by the Riad. I filtered the search with the filter "parking". However, we ended up parking quite far in a paid lot.

The property is roomy and spacious which is great. it’s located near DAR El Bacha which is close to lots of restaurants and attractions. One of the staff members (new worker) young guy he was very helpful and made us feel welcome.
(1) The bed was uncomfortable, (2) We once waited 20+ mins for breakfast eggs and ended up leaving as they never arrived, (3) The rest of the staff seemed nice enough, but not as welcoming and friendly as other riads. (4) The shower didn’t feel that clean and was hard to use.

KHabib and Khaled were extremely helpful. My husband was feeling a little sick while we stayed at the riad, and these two were available and very helpful to his requests, and tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Great location - you feel like you are centrally located, but in a quiet part of the central location which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning.
The shower was cold! We told 3 different staff, and supposedly the electrician came to fix the problem - but the water was shower was cold all week. The room smelled like it had mold in it too. We would have appreciated receiving a bit more information when we checked in like what time breakfast is served, we have to inform the staff in advance if we want dinner, how to book the hammam, what the wifi is…etc.
