Amazing

I was lucky enough to choose this Riad and was surprised by the energy of the environment and the friendliness of the staff. Mainly from Lhabib, Mohammed, Rassif and another colleague whose name I don't remember. The Riad is welcoming, beautiful and comfortable, the place matches the music and the decor. The rooms are clean, good bed and good service! The terrace is pleasant and they serve a good breakfast.

Séjour de rêve passé en sein de ce Riad envoûtant

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce Riad où tout était parfait !!! Riad topissime de part sa situation géographique, son aménagement, sa décoration, sa propreté, l'atmosphère qui s'y dégage... Le contraste entre l'animation de la rue et le calme et la plénitude à l'intérieur du Riad est bluffante ! Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous, le transfert au Riad, l'accueil, le petit déjeuner, le ménage, le hamman, le massage tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous sentons de la part de la direction qu'une attention toute particulière est donnée à chaque détail pour rendre ce lieu mémorable !

Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, ambiente acolhedor e espaço cuidado. Boa vista do terraço, decoração e localização. Recomendo!

Um dos lavatórios e a banheira estavam parcialmente entupidos. No entanto, não afetou a estadia.

Amazing, great staff, fab food, gorgeous riad in an ideal location

The Riad was so beautiful and peaceful. It was in a great location, clean & comfortable rooms & amazing breakfast. The staff were fantastic & super friendly. They helped us with taxis, including walking us to taxis, advising us with what to do in the day and where to eat for dinner. They were just amazing and so kind!!! Mohamed and Jawad were two of the many amazing staff here!!

Genuinely, there was not anything we didn’t like about our stay here.

Riad très joli, l’architecture et la décoration. Petit déjeuner bon.

Attention à la façon de parler au client lorsqu’on annule une excursion. Cela arrive, inutile de mettre la pression en faisant croire qu’on va quand même payer 50% … dommage car personnel au top sinon

Great location, within the Medina, close to Kasbah mosque. I wasn’t able to use the spa facilities, nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Parfait.

Très propre et spacieux. Un peu à l’écart des souks, dans un quartier plus agréable, moins touristique. Le personnel est adorable. La vue de la terrasse est très belle, on voit les montagnes au loin. La vue des chambres aussi, si on en a une au dernier étage.

C’est cher, même pour des salaires européens, mais si on a les moyens alors tout le reste est excellent.

Een rustgevend verblijf in een prachtig paleis

Het is een prachtig hotel, het lijkt net alsof je in een paleis verblijft. Het is in Marokkaanse stijl met mozaiek en veel kaarsen en mooie plekken om te zitten. De zonsondergang bekijken vanaf het dakterras was geweldig en het leek net alsof je daar in een oase van rust terecht kwam. Het personeel is geweldig, enorm betrokken en gastvrij. De kamer was erg ruim met een fijn ligbad en fijne bedden. Ook erg mooi met de glas in lood ramen, mooie deur met decoratie en lichte uitstraling. Elke ochtend krijg je een geweldig ontbijt met onder andere pannenkoeken, verse jus en een lekkere pot Marokkaanse muntthee.

Au top !

Très bonne expérience au Ksar Kasbah & Spa ! Nous avons séjourné une nuit et avons eu le plaisir d'être surclassé dans une très belle suite. L'architecture du riad est très belle, de nombreux services sont proposés (piscine, rooftop, restauration, spa...) et nous avons pu profiter d'un massage exceptionnel avant de repartir. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et la localisation idéale pour pouvoir déambuler dans les rues de Marrakech. Je recommande !

La chambre donnait sur la rue ce qui laissait entrer un peu de bruit mais rien de contraignant pour une seule nuit

Sehr sauber Sehr Nette Mitarbeiter Wie ein Kleine Familie nur Zum Info Einheimische Leute werden euch wahrscheinlich Bis zum Riad verfolgen Und ganze zeit Sagen das es dort Keine weg gibt das es zu ist Glaub einfach nicht dean google Maps Zeigt eigentlich das richtige weg man geht durch eine kleine bazar und dann Kommt ne unterführung direkt gegenuber liegt das ksar kasbah Wünderschöne aussicht sehr sauber sehr schöne dekoration die bilder werden einfach Hammer

Her şeyiyle mükemmeldi, personel güler yüzlü, hoş bir karşılama. Temizlik güzel, odaya bırakılan kurabiyeler , düşünülmek güzel. Ütü imkanın olması çok kolaylaştırıcı oldu. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim. Herkese tavsiye ederim, tekrar gidersem tercih edebileceğim bir Riad diyebilirim

Relaxed and tranquil accommodation, tasty and generous breakfast with great coffee and wonderful staff

Beautiful property- quiet and tranquil retreat from chaos of the medina. Really well located and central. Lovely roof terrace - great for breakfast. Pool is more ornamental than usable but it looks gorgeous. Enjoyed a fantastic Hammam too. The staff were exceptional - could not have done any more for us. Really friendly and helpful they made our stay so relaxed and comfortable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ksar Kasbah

Fine overnight stay in a riad

The riad is located within the medina, our tour guide had no problems finding it. We were given a free upgrade to a larger room which was nice. The riad is beautiful and has a small pool. Our room was also beautiful, clean, and spacious. The rooftop views of the medina are nice.

As the riad is in the medina, you are likely to hear noise throughout the night - we heard a little bit but overall it was ok. The bathroom setup was odd - we only had the option of showering in the bathtub, which was ok, but the taps sprayed water all over the floor when we showered, which we did not like at all. We were in a bit of a rush in the morning and were told breakfast was served from 7:30 am. We waited for about 30 minutes before we were served breakfast, which made us run late. The breakfast itself was very basic and not particularly nice - juice, coffee, moroccan breads with condiments and a little granola/yoghurt bowl. We were not offered eggs but had to ask for them. The scrambled eggs were served soggy. Our experience of the service at the riad was not particularly good. We were very excited to stay in a riad but our experience just left us wanting more.

Just exceptional .

Loved the property, the service, the breakfast on the terrace and the decor ! Location is very good too. Beautiful sunset view from the terrace.

Nothing that I can think of ! Perhaps - they can add a complimentary 30 minute spa for the family guests knowing parents are always tired when traveling with the kids. It would be great to have pampering session and just a suggestion that will bring your customers back again and they will highly recommend it to all their friends as well.

Excellent staff that helped with everything and a wonderful Riad with a relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast with the possibility of getting a good vegan alternative.

It was ok if not for the last night

My room was clean, overall nice decor and design of the Riad

- my last night was THE WORST- in the evening electricity was out a few times but quickly fixed, at night though it was out at 1am and no one fixed it until my departure at 5am- which means intense heat in the rooms, NO WATER so I had to brush my teeth with bottled water and I had to pack my luggage in the complete darkness! Thanks god I managed to charge my phone an evening before -a/c in my room existed and was running but not working properly (when we had electricity) -breakfast not good - only sweet things offered -paper thin walls- I couldn’t sleep both nights because you can hear every little thing, doesn’t matter if your windows are closed or not. Kids running around on the streets until 1 am

10/10 comfort, hospitality, luxury and tranquility.

Sabir and the rest of the staff were incredibly accommodating as they helped me and my friend with all the questions we had about places/restaurants to visit, arranging airport pick up/drop off, and offering great breakfasts. The comfort and happiness of their guests are top priority and we witnessed this firsthand when they graciously upgraded our room that unexpectedly became available.

Nothing negative to say - we enjoyed every moment of our stay here!

Very good

The riad pool and waiting area / lobby are beautiful. It is however a bit complicated to access the riad, as one needs to pass a meat and fish market. There was construction before entering the riad, so it was a bit dirty. The staff was super attentive despite being just a few, food at the hotel is excellet but service was very slow. Nevertheless, they did all their best to accommodate our requests! There were bugs in my room's bathroom but overall the room was comfortable and the a/c worked well. Please bear in mind that the riad will charge a 3.5% fee when paying with credit card or PayPal - they will ask you to pay the PayPal fee so they do not pay it (that was a bit dissapointing!).

The entry to the riad is a bit complicated, as you have to cross a very busy market. There was construction before entering the riad.

Overall brilliant stay, excellent location and service from staff.

Location, service (particularly Sabir) was excellent. A quiet oasis in bustling Marrakech.

The bath had a very leaky tap. A shower would have been a bonus but the claw foot bath was lovely.

Very good

Ksar Kasbah is a very nice Riad just a 10 minute walk from the main square of Medina. The staff is super friendly and they made us feel like home from day 1. The rooms are very clean however not very luxurious. The water pressure of the shower had some issues too. The facilities are great - there's a pool, nice and comfortable furniture around it as well as a terrace where breakfast is served and a second higher terrace for amazing sunrise and sunset photos. Even though the location is great, it is right next to a ''dodgy'' and smelly locals' food market. Thank you to all the staff members for keeping us happy from dusk till dawn during our Hens trip.

Beautiful Riad in a great location to explore Marrakech

We stayed here for 5 nights for a birthday trip away. From the beginning they couldn’t do enough for us. You are welcomed with delicious mint tea and a tour of the riad. Abdel was absolutely amazing with looking after our every need whilst we were there - from booking lunch and dinner reservations, arranging transfers and day trips, showing us the best places to buy homeware and even where to buy medication when my partner got food poisoning (not from the food at the riad)! The hotel breakfast is delicious and homemade fresh every morning - freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes, breads, cake, fruit, yogurt and omelettes. You are only a short walk to the main square and souks and the riad provides the most relaxing and tranquil place to unwind after a busy day! Our room was beautiful with great air con and cleaned daily. The roof terrace is perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious but authentic taste of Marrakech!

One of the best place we ever stayed. The idea of riad is incredible. Definitely you feel like home in there. Also the staff is on a high level, very helpful and very kind. Sabir was the one who helped us with all what we need so make sure you ask for him for a better stay in there.
