Great Stay. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Transit Motel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I had a early morning flight and I particularly loved taxi service as a driver woke me up and made sure I reach airport on time. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything tidy throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also excellent. The pool was well-maintained and a perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and friendly place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit memorable!

Satisfied with the bed and billows were comfortable and soft. Bed and billows make a difference.

Did not have breakfast but location is perfect and it serves its name.

Tired from traveling, wanted to sleep in but woken by the blower before 7am. I understand trying to clean up before the sun comes out but some like me want to wake up on my own.

Stay here only if emergency!

This is a very low end property. The staff was pleasant but the facility was primitive. The only reason we were there was due to a major South Pacific conf. There was no Wifi, no phones, no tv, the sheets very thin. No blankets, no wash clothes. They charged for everything. Shuttle,coffee,breakfast. Nice people just really basic motel.

Close to the airport and ferry. Bed was comfortable, Sheets clean.

This is just a bed for the night. No tea or coffee making equipment, no fridge, no hot water. If you book don't expect any of the aforementioned.

Great transit stop - staff will get you to where you need to be in good time.

Great pickup service, bed super comfy. A'C worked well.

If you are in between the airport and the ferry and you need somewhere to stay… Transit Motel.

This is just what I needed… my flight was delayed. I missed the ferry to Savaii… the motel is not far from the wharf. If you need somewhere to stay, as the name states… in Transit Motel… definitely the place to be…

Wi-fi availability… but that didn’t change my mind on staying there in the future.

A very convenient location handy to Faleolo Airport and 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. Comfortable rooms.

Location near Faleolo Airport and Savaii ferry

We had two different stays for 1 night each. First time we had a room close to reception and there was noise of wheely bags on concrete and guests coming and going all night. Room 51 from memory. Coming back a week later we asked for a room at the back. Room 32 from memory and it was much better with no noticeable noise. The rooms themselves were comfortable and breakfast on our first day was good. We left early morning on our second stay to catch the ferry. We did not try the restaurant for dinner. There seemed to be no menu available and we were told “either chicken soup or vegetable soup” So we went down the road another restaurant for dinner 2 or 3 kilometres or so away around the corner past the wharf. The Sheraton across the road was closed for maintenance.

the location to the airport and the free shuttle- which they tried to charge me for

No breakfast and they tried to charge me for coffee in the lobby but didn’t charge others. They tried to charge for the room which was prepaid and tried charging for airport shuttle til I showed them on the website it says it is a free shuttle. I would NEVER stay here again

The worst accommodation we have ever experienced on our travels.

There was nor breakfast available or offered.

This booking was a complete rip off....Note: Transit Motel near the international airport . Firstly we were charged more than the advertised price by Booking .com. Available accommodation a so called "new area", ie a row of single unfinished tiny white rooms. a double bed, one chair and absolutely nothing else.bedding was a sheet only....no hot water and advised no intention of installing. We are a older couple, at the end of a 2 week holiday needing to be near airport for early morning flight...no other option..suck it up was the attitude. What a way to end your holiday!

not value for money, but very close to Airport.

close to Airport. had Aircon, Omlette & egg toast was good. staff was friendly. have a shuttle service to/from Airport (but at a cost)

rooms lack basic facilities like kettle (motel is selling tea instead), towels etc. Room accommodates for 3 but had blanket for two. Smell in the room but reception were out of Air Freshener. Booking sent a msg that Shuttle was complimentary but was charged 20 Tala. not recommended for families unless one needs to stay close to AirPort.

across from the Sheraton Hotel where i should’ve stayed.

staff was not welcoming, never smiled, not helpful when asked questions about locals, room was dirty, floor was not swept, no mirror, stuffy eventho the aircon was on. the sink was not working well

I was in transit so it served its purpose but the service was poor

For the money I paid there was no jug for tea, windows were dirty and the room was too tight for space. I would’ve preferred one bed and a mini fridge with tea or coffee in the room

It was close to the wharf also a van that could take us which cost $10 Tala

Never go there.

Left before breakfast. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. The reception tried to get more money by telling us we would be sharing a room and bathroom with others and no air conditioning. They did organise a good taxi for us though.

Would not stay there again, and would not recommend this hotel.

Good choice for transit

The place is super close to the airport and cheap as well. Enough parking space if you drop off your rental car in the next morning. Also unlike other reviews stated there was actually the promised air con in my room working perfectly fine. Actually slept better than expected.

Fulfills it’s promise but nothing more. The room is tiny and oldfashioned, but then if you just need a bed it’s fine.

Pratique. Confort minimum

Très routard. Suffisant pour 1 nuit. Transfert aéroport pratique et pas cher. Vienne vous chercher même très tard.

Confort mini, chambre petite et triste. Odeur de naphtaline. Clim ancienne et bruyante.

Solution de dépannage pour ne pas être trop loin de l'aéroport.

Le personnel est à l'écoute de sa clientèle, malgré des manques évidentes dans l'organisation de l'établissement. Ils sont particulièrement compréhensifs et essayent de faire un maximum pour que la clientèle soit contente.

Comme il s'agit d'un hôtel qui est recherché pour sa proximité de l'aéroport, l'établissement se trouve à 3,6 km de l'endroit et il y a deux options qui vous restent : soit vous êtes assez sportif pour rejoindre à pied l'hôtel ou l'aéroport (45') en plein milieu de la nuit lors d'une arrivée tardive d'avion ou tôt le matin lors d'un départ aux aurores), sinon le taxi à 70 dollars ou le shuttle de l'hôtel à 20 dollars par personne. J'estime que ce court trajet en voiture, devrait être offert par l'hôtel dans le cadre de ses services à la clientèle, surtout avec les prix onéreux qu'ils pratiquent.

Greetings brethren, Talofa lava The hotel was very satisfied my expectations due to the fact that it was close to the international Airport and close to wharf easy access that I can recommend. The pricing of per night meet my expectations and in the moderate level. The things that I like as follow: (1) The motel should have provided individuals electric kettle in each room. (2) The bathroom tap should have supplied hot and cold water for shower. (3) The motel should have what apps number. DON’T STAY HERE it’s terrible-I only stayed here because it was near the airport

Didn’t like anything about this place and I only stayed because it was near the airport(about 3 kms away)and I had an early morning flight.

It was overpriced, dirty shower and no hot water it was just lukewarm, the air conditioner was old and very noisy, the fridge in the room didn’t work properly, the tap in the sink was leaning to the left and not connected securely to the basin so you had to hold the tap with one hand while turning in on with the other hand.The room was drab and dingy.

Nice clean room with fan and aircon. Close to airport, with restaurant. Best fish we had in Samoa (mahimahi).

Did the job, basic room but close to airport

Shuttle to the airport at 2AM. 20 TAL for two Location, 3km from airport. Hot meals at reasonable price at the "restaurant" Fridge in the room Air con unit. Allowed to check in at 10AM.

Prison like room!, though adequate for 1 night stopover.
