About this house rental
When searching for a seasonal home in New Hampshire, we agreed "make sure it has a spectacular view." Well, we found it and now you have too.
Our comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has views of the Mount Moosilauke area of New Hampshire's White Mountains from the all of the bedrooms, the living room and dining room, the deck and the master bedroom. At night, you can see the brilliant stars from the master bedroom, especially when there is no moon. The main floor of the house is an open floor plan featuring leather furniture in the living room, a rustic-style dining room, and a full kitchen underneath an open ceiling.
The house is in the Waterville Estates community in Campton. We include one (1) pass to the Community Center with indoor and outdoor pool, bar / restaurant, a pond for swimming and fishing as well as basketball and tennis courts. With the one (1) pass, you can have other guests access the facility for a daily rate of between $10 and $20 per person per day. The surrounding area is full of recreational opportunities with mountain hikes, adventure parks, glacial cave tours and New Hamphire's famous lakes. The small town of Campton is conveniently located right off exit 28 on I-93 and features restaurants and a small grocery store. It is very short driving distance to the larger communities of Waterville Valley, Lincoln and Plymouth.
Whether you've never experienced the awesome beauty of the White Mountains or you're a veteran of many Leaf Peeping seasons, you will love the view from our home and have a great time vacationing in the area!

We had a wonderful long 4th of July weekend with our family of 4. The property was in good shape and the owner was super responsive. The views really are amazing - the deck is a great place for a morning cup of coffee!
We also visited the community center and it was totally worth it. Kids had a great time in the pool and they have really nice facilities and a nice bar with reasonable prices.
If going in the winter, I imagine 4 wheel drive or studded snows are highly recommended - it's quite the elevation gain!

We had an absolutely wonderful long-term stay at this beautiful property overlooking the mountains!

This home was perfect for our family. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level was perfect for our daughter, her husband and their 2 kids. The master bedroom on the top floor was perfect for my husband and me. The view in the morning when the sun was rising was gorgeous and the view at night was like being in a planetarium. We just loved how it changed throughout the day. We would love to visit in the fall and winter season but I'm not sure about that drive up the hill in bad weather. The communication with the owner was great. Drew was easy to reach by text. Our only issue was there were only 4 chairs around the dining room table. The house could use a few more chairs for dining or a few stools at the counter for the kids. That was a problem for dinners and family games. We would love to stay again in this beautiful home!

We have been staying here for 5 years now and have loved it each time. The views are magnificent!

A magnificent view, generous windows everywhere and a cozy feeling (without cutesy fussiness) made this house a perfect rental for our three weeks in New Hampshire. The master bedroom and living room felt expansive because of the high ceilings and attractive wood floors. We have rented many properties and always look for these qualities, which are hard to find. Last, but not least, Drew was everything we hope for in our dealings with rental owners and managers. Thank you for our happy time!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It’s quiet and conveniently located in central NH. Lots of hiking trails and local activities. The sunsets are spectacular over the mountains, and the last night we watched a thunderstorm roll in which was just amazing! Thanks Drew & Beth for providing a great getaway spot!

I loved this house with its beautiful views. It is a 2-story with a lower level. We stayed in the lower level with a queen bed, next door had twin beds which our 8 yr old grandson slept in.
We stayed in July and the lower level was the coolest. There is no air conditioning in the house. If we forgot to open all the big windows it would get hot in the main level and upstairs bedroom. The property is in a lovely home addition with a great off-site club with 3 pools. The house itself is private, the other houses are 1 million and up.
The furniture was high quality, usually lacking in most properties. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The house was super clean. We cook so we loved all the pots and pans and dishes.
The owner/manager made sure we had good directions to get to the house and gave us the combination to the lock. We texted about other things and he asked us how our stay was. I get the impression that they really care about the house and tenants.
We will definitely stay there again when we visit our grandson.

The views are amazing. Place was easy to find and had everything needed. Communication with owner was great. Great directions. Warm and cozy. 15-20 minutes from main grocery store and plenty to choose to eat. Benton’s Sugar Shack breakfast is a must! They make their own maple syrup on site. Covered Bridge Farm to Table another place for great food. Plus the view of the river is awesome. Plenty of close hiking. Flume Gorge is a must! Thx!

We stay here every year. Drew is a wonderful and responsive host. The home is comfortable and well laid out. View is amazing. Beds are nice. This year the house was even updated with a new oven/stove/dishwasher/hardwood floors.
The passes to the community center are a key for us, and the location is great.
Highly recommend! We are already booked again for next year.

We had the most wonderful vacation staying at this property. Drew was always available if we had any questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we could have wanted. The view was unlike any other. The house was clean. comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. My son left two shirts behind and Drew mailed them to us and didn’t even want us to reimburse him for the shipping. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Privacy with a beautiful view
The property lost a star for a couple of reasons. First, there were some issues with the cleanliness of the property(cobwebs, dusty fans, dead bugs) as well as some dishes were not cleaned. My second issue was no AC. Looking back at the listing, heat was listed as an amenity, and I assumed there was AC. When renting in July and August, it gets pretty warm in the house. They do provide 2 working fans, but we were constantly moving them from room to room. Windows were open which left us with hundreds of gnats flying around. Kitchen was well stocked though. View and privacy were definitely 5 stars

Lovely stay
We vacation in this area every summer. The property is really nice and open which is perfect for a whole family. Drew was great and helpful and didn’t get frustrated even when I asked questions that he had already answered LOL. We will book again for sure.

Beautiful Panorama and Updated Interiors
This is our 2nd year to spend quality time at Drew's VRBO. The panorama of mountains is still breathtaking of course. We were pleasantly surprised to find new wood floors on the upper level plus a new dishwasher and range in the kitchen. Drew is as responsive as ever, responding to questions quickly. It's a lovely house. Highly recommended.

No regrets!
My family and i absolutely enjoyed the home. Absolutely stunning views throughout the house. Wake up to the view of the mountains..have dinner with the view of the mountains! Basic necessities were available which made cooking at home possible. Close and convenient location to shopping plazas, restaurants, and attractions! (Definitely recommend the polar caves located approx. 15mins away)! Loved this place so much we will be booking again soon! Definitely family friendly!

Great views and nice house
The views did not disappoint and the house was quiet and very comfortable. Drew was quick to respond and helpful. The road to the house is very steep as stated. We hadn't brought wood for the wood stove but the space heater kept us toasty.

Wonderful Stay in Campton!
Our group had a wonderful stay in Drew and Beths home. The views were gorgeous from every single room. We really liked having the separation of the bedrooms downstairs and up and the living space in between. The house had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area!

Loved our stay!!
View was phenomenal, communication with Drew was top notch, and we found the location centrally located to the areas that interested us: Kancamangus highway hikes, Franconia Notch, Cog Railway up Mt Washington and even a quick trip to the shore at Hampton Beach. The fall colors were beautiful both in the sun and rain. We hope to return again someday!

Campton stay
Was hoping for more fall colors, but the wetness of the fall had delayed that a bit. Farther north in the White Mountains was nearing prime, color was showing locally, but still a week or a bit more from prime. (First weekend in October) Property had a great deck and with a wonderful view of the countryside. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

A great place to decompress
We took this trip purposefully to decompress, so that's the reason for the title. The views from this property are beautiful! It was meditative to sit and relax and watch the mountains and weather patterns. The location was central to two popular areas, Lake Winnipesaukee where we went an a boat tour, and Lincoln, where we went ziplining. Even though in a small town, there was a great local coffee shop and restaurant super close. Drew communicated with me throughout the stay to inquire how things were going. After the stay, I provided feedback to him about one particular thing, and he was very responsive. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic location and view
Stayed here on our first vacation with our infant daughter. The property was easy to get to and in a perfect location to enjoy the area. The kitchen was well stocked and we opted to cook most of our meals there.
The view was absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings with the mist reflecting the sun.
The house is well set up and clean with comfy furniture. We especially appreciated all of the shades etc which made it possible to keep the downstairs rooms dark for nap time.

week getaway
my husband and 2 young children stayed during 4th of July week. We had a great time and we were able to make wonderful memories. Drew was fantastic and he checked in on us, ensuring we were all set and if we needed anything. Also, the views from the condo is something you have to see for yourself!

Stunning views!
Absolutely wonderful in all ways! Amazing morning views of fog rolling across the mountains and warm evening sunsets. House is nestled in the mountains and has everything needed plus more. It was a hot few days for us and Andrew left the windows open and several fans throughout the house. When we arrived, the house had a nice breeze already. We enjoyed hiking and zip lining during the day and hanging out on the deck in the evenings. Thank you!
