Friendly helpful staff
Lovely environment
Facilities looking a little “tired “

We loved staying right inside the rainforest. The meals and staff were excellent
the rooms were comfortable and loved the windows looking out into the rainforest, but the windows required cleaning and the rooms are a bit outdated.
4.2
Location was amazing! Breakfast included was very convenient
4.2
The location and setting is wonderful, with a full rainforest immersion experience. Staff were friendly.
Staff were inexperienced in running the operation and some basics were poorly done. The meal options were highly limited, presentation and cooking need improvement. Internet access was extremely poor to non-existent.
4.2
the bathroom has been newly renovated
all the wood was rotting due to being in the rainforest, flyscreens didn’t fit windows, holes in the door so bugs in our room, holes filled with toilet paper in the flyscreens, not good value for money for this hotel.

situated in a nice rainforest amongst a lots of palm trees. it feels very serene and tranquil.
it feels very damp inside the cabin including the bed linens. spotted a few cobwebs inside the room. couch and coffee table are getting old. the paths to the cabins are a bit run down. B.Y.O was $25 per bottle where as to purchase a bottle at the restaurant only cost $32 which I found it was a bit unreasonable. the spa onsite was closed and the water was dirty.
4.2
Beautiful location with each cabin set alone in the rainforest. Friendly management and staff can't do enough to help and make your stay a pleasure.

loved the location. you are literally in the rainforest. even when it rains it’s nice.
the only negative I would mention is the food. it’s way overpriced and the Massaman curry that I had was actually inedible. just don’t order that!
4.2
If you are looking for a deep forest experience this is it. Dinner and breakfast were good, even though the dinner is a bit overpriced.
Due to the location you only have 2 hours of AC so it is very humid, with the linen and our clothes feeling damp after 1 night
4.2
The scenery amongst the cabins was extraordinary. The cabins themselves were comfortable and surprisingly luxurious. On top of the the staff were wonderful and very accommodating for our dietary requirements for dinner and breakfast.
Nothing.

Amazing location, right in the wildlife and lots to explore around. Food was delicious as well which was a bonus.
Everything was great.

we liked that it was out in nature and a true getaway.
we were relaxed in our lodge and the bed was comfortable.
dinner was very expensive for what it was, the wifi didn’t work and there was no reception, the shower was straight cold, the nature walk was very difficult for people that don’t do that sort of thing often and didn’t feel safe while doing it. we weren’t aware it was byo alcohol at the bar as well.

unreal experience
4.2
location in the rainforest. design of cabins meant they were quite private but still part of the lodge.
menu didn’t change over four nights of our stay though what was there was good. gabled roof had glass which allowed you to see the forest but the glass had not been cleaned for sometime and so the effect was diminished.
4.2
Lovely and quiet
There was a smell from the septic and the pipes should be painted black to hide them. It detracts to see waste pipes in the wilderness

Connection with nature.tranquility . Dinner was good staff very friendly.

Stylish, clean, bright, fresh and warm. Environmentally interactiive

Stunning location, and nice cabins. The best part was definitely the food- both breakfast and dinner were delicious!
While clean and well presented the facilities could all use some maintenance and upkeep. But the mosquitoes were the biggest problem- no big spray is strong enough! The dining area being open air meant the insects seriously distracted from what was otherwise a lovely few evenings.
4.2
beautiful tree house style cabins in the middle of the rainforest. the host was lovely and booked us in for dinner at a local restaurant as the on-site restaurant was closed. breakfast was big and delicious.

Amazing and private rainforest surrounds, daily breakfast was of a high quality and we had dinner at the restaurant and this was also very good. Rooms are well presented and for the price we felt the property was excellent value.

lovely surroundings being the rainforest

Rainforest
Staff was not friendly.
Inside of cottage not looking as good as photos.
Breakfast was not yummy.
Facilities was no good, bathroom door broken cannot fully shut, shower hard to adjust, body wash was like water cannot pump out
The feature was glass roof but unfortunately you cannot see anything though it because looks like 10 years didn't clean up, disgusting looking
$390 was overpriced and compare with other cheaper accommodations nothing worthy.
