A great stay

Great space and views. Very quiet, a supermarket 2 mins away and local bars /restaurants a short walk.

Superb

Perfect location, house is fabulous. Javier is a really great host, good communication and always ready for advice or help. The house, garden, swimming pool and patio had everything for a relaxing holiday!

Minor comment, but bathrooms are bit outdated.

A perfect villa.

The villa is perfect, it's even better in person than the photos. Location is great, right near 2 supermarkets. The pool is clean and modern, bedrooms are nice and great A/C. It's a dream of a villa you won't regret it.

The only criticism I had was there is a LOT of mosquitos... It's obviously difficult to control in the summer but I'd advise the hosts to look around the property for stagnant water (or in the properties next door). There must be some stagnant water somewhere as the mosquitos are pretty crazy at night (again not really the hosts fault but I think there's some things you can do to improve it).

Communication was excellent from the day of booking to the last day of the stay, I cannot recommend this villa and javier as a host enough. The pictures do not do the the villa justice it is outstanding, immaculately clean, the bbq and other out door seating areas are the best I have experienced. The bed in the main bedroom is extremely comfortable and free Wi-Fi was really good and even worked by the pool. There are two supermarkets with in easy walking distance mercado at the bottom of the hill and lidl at the other side, the bus stop is easy walking distance to go to the beach or to Puerto marina/carehuela/Torremolinos/Malaga etc. The cable car in benalmadena is about a mile walk which is down hill or get the bus is great fun and well worth the trip as the panoramic views are incredible and fun to look out for the villa, there’s also a bird of prey show at the top which was good and only €5 for adults and 3 for children. We walked to have a drink and browse the area annd ended up in Arroyo de la Miel which lit up beautiful on an evening with excellent shopping and restaurants, it’s down hill from the villa, so called at a lovely quiet Italian, then at a biker bar with live music and carried on into town and had lovely cocktails. We hired a car and now knowing what we know would not have bothered as parking is hard, we even got a parking fine and didn’t realise that if we had paid in the machine at the time we wouldn’t have had it. I didn’t understand Spanish enough (my ignorance)and contacted javier who was so so helpful and he paid it and sorted it out online and wouldn’t except the money as said it is a chain of kindness..keep it going 😍 How lovely..we will be back.

The only down side is if you are struggling with Mobility there is 2 lots of steps to the villa, once inside it is a bungalow. Plus it is on a steep hill. THIS DID BOT PUT US OFF, THE VILLA IS WORTH IT ENJOY

Amazing villa with a lot of space and awesome pool

amazing place. lots of different spaces to relax including around the pool. great veranda and indoor spaces. near to good shops and a bar. slight walk uphill to reach the property, car maybe recommended.

a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were fixed asap.

Amazing

Great place! We loved the private pool and the BBQ area. Everything was very clean and the supermarket is around the corner (1 minute walk). The house looks even better in real life then on the pictures. Also the service from the host is perfect. We stayed with 2 small children (1 and 3) and the host made sure that the balcony (of the BBQ area) was shutdown, so that the children couldn't fall down. Without us even asking! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back another time.

Good location, excellent views and supermarket around the corner. Bus station to Benalmadena Costa nearby.

Exceptional vacation with friends

The person is very professional and show you the house. Then he leave and you enjoy a lot the house which is very very cool ! The house is very cool to have Vacation with friends, pool is cool, outside also ! And there is a shop where we can buy food and more at 100meters !

There is no lights in the main room. It the night we can’t see. Lights are the only small « problem ». Lot of switchs are not working and lights are missing.

We loved the shaded area by the pool allowing sun worshipers and those who like to hide from the sun to still socialise together. We also loved the outdoor kitchen, never too far to walk for a beet or a drink

This is a great house for a family holiday. The family agreed that it was even better once we arrived than the pictures actually showed! The BBQ area and pool (and the views) are superb and where we spent many late evenings. We would highly recommend the accommodation which was well laid out and very comfortable. Our kids (8,10 and 13) were very happy not only with the pool but with a very good tv and accessibility to good films, you tube etc. Two supermarkets nearby, both walkable - one very close by. The beach is a short (10-15 minutes) comfortable bus ride. Our host Javier was excellent and always available via mobile.

Nothing to dislike about the property at all. Just a couple of notes. The direct approach to the property is uphill and quite steep, although there are other ways to access. We just mention in case anybody has mobility issues. The property is between Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmádena pueblo - quiet, residential but very accessible. We know the area well and used the local bus service which is good and reliable and on occasion taxi/Uber. A car would be a personal choice but not in our opinion really necessary unless doing much wider trips. We visited Malaga and Mijas, Fuengirola all on public transport with ease.
