Comfortable room, nice pool, shame about the TV not working.

Comfortable clean room, good pool.

The TV was not working in the room and reportedly throughout as the hotel (No subscription). I believe I was one of only two people staying at the hotel and I suspect that due to it being low season, the hotel did not have the channel subscription in an effort to save money. Four days in a hotel without a television was a bit tedious.

Very good

Staff here really tried to make our stay comfortable, even getting up at 5 am to prepare our breakfast. Overall a nice place in a very good location, internet was not too fast though.

OK stay if you’re on a tight budget.

Our first hotel in Cambodia so nothing to compare it to but you get what you pay for - aircon was poor and died in the middle of the night - get an upstairs room so you can open the window! Shower pressure was very poor, location wasn’t pleasant but the staff were lovely and pool was great - cold, shady and refreshing!

Basic accommodation with a lot of fixing up to do.

overall it’s a nice place to stay. every is in walking distance. nice places to eat around and the pool is a great place to rest from sightseeing

the beds could use new mattresses and this shower + toilet in one thing is something I can’t get use to. to bad the price doesn’t include a breakfast. that would be nice.

Very good

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful :) They exchanged some money for us and provided room services everyday. There's a nice pool right in front of the hotel, and it's in the shade too, so it doesn't get super hot. The value is exceptional and the best part is, it's close by to all the street food markets and tourist areas :)

The hotel has a lovely setting: much greenery all around the main building and a pool on the ground floor, which helps isolate nicely the hotel from the rather busy main road.

Many facilities were in poor condition or in need of an upgrade. Only two of the sockets were actually working. The smell of the fridge suggested it hadn't been cleaned in ages, bedsheets had tiny blood stains. The staff spoke limited English, which was surprising for such a touristic destination. Overall, a pity, because the hotel has otherwise great potential.

Good value for the money

Comfortable bed and very friendly staff. We asked if we could have soft pillows and they changed it for us. Location is also central and yet we could relax well without noticing too much of the outside world.

The further the room is from the reception, the worse the wifi signal. we were on the second floor in the middle and the internet was unfortunately unusable in most of the cases.

Relaxing hotel in a good location with helpful staff.

Set back from the main road with a shaded pool creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff helpful and cheerful. Good location. Standard size hotel room within a historical villa.

No safe deposit box to store valuables.

Lack of customer service skills and English

the room was clean and the location is ok. Pool was also well maintained.

We had a situation with the staff and the owner of the place and we barely could fix it as the english level was maybe not enough. Also the misunderstanding came from that lack of language. If you want to pay by card make sure you tell them in advance and maybe in their language.

Exceptional

it was on one of the main roads but very quite once inside. the staff are all friendly and happy to help with anything you need. the pool at the front is very refreshing after a day in the hot sun.

lovely stay here

it’s a lovely looking property in a good location. About 10 mins walk to the centre of town so you can escape the noise of Pub Street! The pool at the front of the hotel was lovely - great for cooling off before or after a trip. The room was clean and air conditioned. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day. there’s a little cafe at the front which was handy and you can eat by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower head is extremely high up so by the time the water gets to you, it’s not that powerful. but it was warm. keep the toilet seat closed whilst you shower so the seat doesn’t get soaked!!

I enjoyed my downtime relaxing at the pool here

Great location off the center on a quiet street. Enjoyed the (clean) pool. The staff were genuinely nice people who were very helpful in every way. It’s a good value

Brilliant hotel!

Loved this hotel. Its in a brilliant location, with lots of restaurants down the road. The room was really clean and comfortable and a good size. Regular cleaning of the room was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful with booking a tuk tuk driver for angkor wat and doing our laundry. Pool was a great addition with pool towels and the sun loungers were really comfy!

We didn't realise that the front gate closed overnight. And we almost got locked in when heading out at 4am for our angkor wat sunrise tour! Luckily someone saw us on the security camera and came to unlock the door!

Great hotel, would recommend

Great location, facilities are good with spacious room, comfy bed and hot shower. Staff are very friendly. Pool is a bonus to cool off after exploring Siem Reap

Fab spot in the centre of Siem Reap with amazing staff and pool!

Very good location with a lovely pool and brilliant staff. Small restaurant and café at the front of the hotel which was lovely for lunches. Very comfortable and good value for money.

The plugs are a nightmare - we had a universal adapter and it didn’t stay in unless we shoved a bag up against the wall.

Overall, it's a pleasant stay but there are a few things that could be improved.

The plant in the room, but the manager should make sure there is no mosquito larva in the water.

The organization of the space in the room, it makes the room less cozy. Also the lighting is not cozy.

Good stay

Very good stay The room is nice and confortable. Also it was very clean. We recommend. We had a little fridge in the room with complimentary tea and coffee, which was nice

No bicycle renting but we could find some in the city
