convenient location.
facilities are quite old. The carpet in the hallways is dirty with water damage and other discrepencies. The rooms feel quite dated.

The room is comfortable, has a nice bed a Japanese style toilet and a bath too. The staff are friendly, speak perfect English and helped me with any question I had.
The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area of the city with not much traffic or pedestrians. It is very convenient for the famous street food market Kwangjang Market which is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Also nearby is the Jongmyo Shrine which is a 5 minute walk away too. It is also not far away from the Gyeongbokgung Palace, but I'd recommend a taxi or subway train as it's quite far to walk.
There is a Starbucks right next to the hotel too, in fact Seoul has hundreds of coffee shops, so you'll never be looking for a coffee shop! There is also a GS25 convenience store about 2 minutes walk from the hotelans a 7/11 a little further up if you need any supplies too.
It also has the Jongno 5-ga subway station very close to it too so you can easily reach any part of the city. I'd recommend you use a T-Money transport card to save you buying a single journey ticket every time.
You can get a taxi to or from Seoul Station which is about 10 minutes away if you want to travel outside of Seoul or to/from both Incheon and Gimpo Airport.
The room only has two plug sockets in the entire room. I was lucky to stay by myself but even then if I wanted to charge my powerbank, phone, headphones and camera battery I wasn't able to do so at the same time.
Even the kettle doesn't have a plug so you have to put the kettle on the dresser to make a hot drink.
If I had someone else staying with me, I could only charge one device. Definitely needs updating I think.
The hotel restaurant is only open at breakfast. There are very few Western restaurants in Seoul, so you'll have to try Korean food as food delivery has limited options.

Breakfast very good, room nice, and great location.
Lunch no longer served. Bed was big enough but I (220#) could feel steel mattress supports.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is ok with western and Korean cuisine.
Some rooms are facing a construction site which is right next to the hotel. Also the lobby is not on the ground floor and you need to take a life to go there; the building looks more like a business building than hotel.

good selection of breakfast food and reasonable price
bed is sinking in the middle

Clean and comfortable hotel, within walking distance of some of the main attractions. Would recommend.
All fine.

Location is super convenient. It's near so many different train lines (like 1 and 2). All the lines are walkable distances. Gwangjang market is also a walkable distance, like a 7-8 minute walk. There's also a Starbucks (selling Korean Starbucks cups too) next door to the hotel. If you need to go to a convenient store, G25 is behind the hotel across from the police station. There's also a 7-11 around the corner. If you're worried about logistics or travel time during your trip, this hotel would be a great choice.
The facility is a bit old. The guest rooms don't have the modern heated toilets, just the regular ones. Also keep in mind, even if you don't have a guest key, anyone can operate the elevators (there is the option of key activation only but it's not working). Also, the dining area is only open during a specific time frame so definitely check first if you want eat at the hotel.

The room is big enough for 4. Location is superb. Few minutes walk to jongno 5 ga subway station and Gwangjang market. Toilet bowl clogged and need to go lobby to inform, the staff does not seem surprised, so we assume it happened quite often? Good point is they sent people to fix really fast. Room make up is perfect.
We book a 2 double bed family room. Very soft mattress. The sensor light at the door keep turning on&off and no switch to off it. Room telephone not working or maybe the lobby doesn't want to pick up phone when we call to inform the toilet problem.

We stayed for 6 nights with two children under 5 in a family room.
The room was massive,so good for the children to play.
All was clean.
The staff were nice.
Location great and quite at night.
Breakfast was okay.
The view from the room was great, we could see Seoul tower and the park outside the other window.
The hotel is a little tired. The bathroom shower could be updated as you have to hold it the entire time as the fixture on the wall doesn’t allow it to point down, little strange.
