Ashtrays in the room next to the beds, disgusting. I did not even know you could filter on smoking rooms on Booking as the last time I've been in a hotel where you could smoke is at least 15 years ago. It is 2022 and this should not happen anymore.

Hotel is good. Close to the beach. Staff was friendly and always try to help us with ours tasks.
Breakfast was tasty especially croissants.
Also there were the warm sea and the clean beach
The problem wasn`t in the hotel but in Napoli at all.
First: public transport. If you haven`t car it is hard to get to the hotel. We took a train to the Licola station (4.5km from the hotel) and then caught the car on the road. And it was really the best way to get there, There were buses but nobody could explain us its schedule, where was stops or where we could buy tickets. Including staff))
Second: Near hotel isn`t any place to walk. Really: no footway! The only way you could walk: to the beach and back))) Besides a few cafes there weren't other places to go on foot. May be there were something further from the hotel, but as i said - there weren`t footways to walk there, and we hadn`t car to ride there))
Third: Only a few persons we communicated with knew english including staff of the hotel))) Italians are very kind and everytime wanted to help us. But they couldn`t because couldn`t speak english...
Fourth: Garbage. Napoli is really littered city. This fact upset us. Napoli has beautiful architecture. The beautiful architecture and garbage everywhere...
The good new: the beach near the hotel is clean.

For what we paid at peak season, it was good value. The staff were lovely especially the lady serving the breakfast, she was so busy but always had a smile. The hotel was near lovely private beaches and some fabulous restaurants. It was mainly Italian holidaymakers which we liked but we’ll have to polish up our Italian next time. The disco lights in the shower was hilarious. It wasn’t like a lot of new hotels, where everything is grey and white, it was cosy with wood decor, more like French chalets. It had all the basics that you require for 3 nights.
If I’m being critical, toiletries could have been better, only got sachets of shampoo. Would have liked a little soap. The mattress protector made you sweat a bit. Would have liked 2 chairs in the room, so we could both sit on the balcony.

Friendly staff, location 10 min walk to the beach, clean room with a balcony. A simple but very tasty Italian breakfast (croissants, juice and coffee, yoghurt, cereals and some other sweets available). Very good value for money.
No fridge in the room, and a very strong perfume in the room when we arrived... We booked a triple room and got a double room with an extra bed in it, that was a little tight for three people.

Somewhat little space to sit outside.

Nice location close to the beaches. Nice staff. Not the most luxurious of rooms, but it get's the job done if you need a bed to sleep in. AC works. Shower works. TV worked. There was safe parking. Room was cheap.
Unattractive room that looked a bit outdated. Lot's of mosquitos. Not enough pillows. Not much more to tell.

I liked everything in this hotel. The staff was exceptional and the hotel was very clean. The man at the reception was very gentle and gave us tips where to go and what to do.
The place where the hotel was established was not the best
