It was clean, the staff were helpfull
It was noisy, we could hear our neighbours tv and movements, the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the room quickly became damp, we couldn't get any heat.
Overall it was expensive for what we got.
We moved out after 1 night to stay elsewhere.

The bedroom was fairly modern and the bed was very comfortable.
The property was in need of renovation. It looked like it was probably a decent property a few years ago but it now looks tired and there are a number of property maintenance jobs that need urgent attention.
There was also a lot of very loud and bad language in the bar that went unchallenged. Definitely would not bring my children here.
Will not be staying here again.

We love the rooms here not on top of each other like a hotel. Lovely views and comfortable! This is our second time staying after a long flight from Australia and we arrive just in time for last orders and then get our heads down! It’s the perfect distance from the airport and you feel ready to start your holiday!

Staff at reception and the restaurant were lovely.
The location was quiet.
Housekeeping needs to work on cleaning better. Visible dust, floors were dirty and the wifi was non existent and the TV was old and so slow it was practically useless having it there
2.5 / 5.0
It was spacious for us as a family if 4 and close to legoland after a long day
The courtyard view is a bench and some fencing you still look at the other hut, the workmen started grinding metal at 8.30 right outside so very noisy. The breakfast was mouldy so not great morning with 2 children

Location was okay as it was only 5 miles from Heathrow airport. Staff was nice. Room was accommodating.
I generally never give bad reviews but I was upset this whole time. The room smelled like damped and it was located in an isolated area where no other room was, instead there was the trash room in front of our cottage. Staff kept that area so busy dealing with that stuff every time 🙄.
In addition. Very good breakfast was mentioned while I booked the hotel But it was just pre-packed cold criossant, 2 small milk bottles and literally smaller than kids' pack cereal. And they would not even give me more than two small water bottles a day when we paid for 4 people stay there. It was disappointing this way.
The lake side, and the fountain were so dirty. Literally i could see the clothes thrown in that lake where boats were parked. The fountain at the entrance was literally the algea fountain.
One of the major concerms I would want to highlight here is that you guys must know your audience. Almost all sort of people would come and stay. Being a Muslim family, it was also disappointing to see that foot side of the beds and even the toilet seat were directed to Kaaba (the direction Muslims pray). It did hurt our religious sentiments.

Location convenient and nice spot by the water. Good restaurant and pub going by the fact it was very busy on an early week night.
Room tired and smelled (I'd guess of dog?).

Staff were wonderful
The room was not what was in the pictures, it was more like a shed with a bed in. It was dirty and had very little privacy
4.0 / 5.0
Almost everything around the premises
Nothing
1.5 / 5.0
Food is good
We rented honeymoon room
I was promised a receipt via email which has never arrived despite requesting twice
No wine of champagne in room as advertised
Corner bathtub was unusable due to the waste being inoperable (rusty so hasn’t worked for a while)
Just given lip service by the person i take it to be the manager

The breakfast was provided in the room. It was a basic continental breakfast. The location next to the watersedge was very picturesque. The staff were very helpful and with it being a Tuesday evening it was quiet. The room was clean and modern, nicely furnished.
The area around the cottage was partly under construction. The sliding door to the bathroom was not private enough, when the bathroom tap was used it generated a considerable noise. The TV was not useable.

Low water pressure in shower and breakfast was ok

The accommodation suited our needs of having one night to stay near lego land and Heathrow. The dinner was yum.
It is a basic accommodation which had a ramshackle feel about it.
3.0 / 5.0
Room had everything including a fridge. The outside space/pub garden was nice and overlooked the canal.
Room was very small and I’d hoped for a cooked breakfast as it was part of the pub but sadly just cereal, yoghurt and croissant.

In the room the mattress was good but the pillows were awful as they were too hard
