Location is good, overlooking Gold Coast

They put us in a room meant for disable, in fact we are healthy. When asked why, the staff said because we booked online (I.e. Booking. com). It means for good room don’t book via an online agency(I.e. Booking.com). The room is old. Ceiling lights and toilet light went off at night. We called for help, the staff said they had no one to fix it, meaning we had to live with it. One staffer even said such thing just happened, as if we were told to just take it of leave it. They eventually brought a stand lamp for the toilet. We were also told no wifi in rooms. Unthinkable for a hotel 21st century. The room and the service is not worth the $255 we paid. Booking.com should address this issue, otherwise we have no confidence in using Booking.com service

booked a deluxe spa room, then when getting ready to use it there was a sign in bathroom advising not to use due to low water in the tanks.

Worst hotel stay in decades, and I've stayed in countless hotels.

Paper thin walls. Cold showers. No soap in shower. Given a disabled room with open shower without notification.

the food in the bistro especially the lamb shank was one of the best I ever tasted. great mountain view. lots of facilities for kids

hard to find place for dinner when the bistro is not opened due to lack of staff

Comfortable overnight stay on Mt Tamborine

Easy room access and parking. Easy to find. Room was comfortable and had basics we required. great to have the hotel restaurant there to eat at. Good food.

The room needs some items looked at - Standing lamp didnt turn off or on when you pushed the switch but then did so some time later by itself :0 The A/C did not warm the room at all No wifi in the rooms only in the hotel area Our room was right near the bins we assume as at 6.30ish am a great clatter occurred when the bottles form the bar were dumped
