Central location, amazing facilities, cleaners every 2nd day, warm and cozy
ski storage room was cold and smelly - needs ventilation - boots & gloves did not dry overnight - had to take them up to our room

The room was clean and comfortable and warm. Perhaps the best, thing was that it was right across the road from the Green Farm Cafe which has the best breakie in Grand Hirafu. It was close to pretty much everything.
I actually thought I was checking into a hotel and it was how it was advertised on Booking.com so was quite surprised when it turned out, for the money involved, to be a simple, very small economy apartment.
The rooms were ridiculously dry at night so desperately needed a humidifier installed.
The rooms were quite small but had quite a bit of stuff packed into it.
It was also quite unclear from check-in how to just sort basic ski stuff which felt strange consdiering I was obviously there to go snowboarding.
Value for money was astounding low in my opinion.

great wifi connection, all facilities(kitchen, laundry, shower/bath) we needed were available. highly recommend for families and groups.
4.3
Location, space and cleanliness.
Wish the tv had more channel options.
4.3
Excellent location
Studio was attached to an apartment with a shared hallway were the family made no effort to keep noise down, but it was more the lack of soundproofing of the entrance.
Had to have maintenance come in and use drain cleaner to unclog drain and remove the sewerage smell in the room. Once this was done the smell had gone.
The shower has no lip to stop the water from wetting the floor each time you use it.
And finally the view is directly into a clothing store were customers are looking directly at you.
Have to have curtains drawn day and night.

Very accommodating and friendly staff and also very comfortable room

The property manager on duty was very friendly and informative and explained things well, making check-in and out very quick and easy.
Location is ideal for people who want to try all slopes around the Niseko area as there are shuttle buses nearby and also a walk up to Grand Hirafu slopes can be done. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants are nearby although you are recommended to book as during peak season, wait time for restaurants can get crazy.
The Apartment booked actually had a Studio flat attached which also acts as the secondary bedroom.
Apartment and studio flat are both well sized. The bedroom and bathroom in the apartment were large.
All furnishings are modern although some appliances like tv and stereo are showing their age and also the sofa was showing signs of wear and tear. Washing machine and dryer are super handy and useful to have for those snowboarding/skiing as everything can get washed in a single night if needed. Instructions are all provided.
The kitchen had a majority of utensils provided so stocking up on food and cooking for the stay is great especially if you can drive to the supermarkets in Kutchan.
Wifi had good reception but can get a bit slow sometimes.
There is a large storage room for leaving your snowboard/skiing gear overnight to dry or to put on. As per Japanese tradition, you are not allowed to keep your snowboard/ski gear and boots in the apartment/rooms at all but this is minor as the provided lockers were spacious and kept clean.
Parking was adequate as they have about 6 spaces but can get crowded if all tenants rent cars.
Shower design was not ideal as it had a single fixed piece of glass which meant a lot of water can get on the bathroom floor.
