excellent location with ski in/out access. Rooms are super new and clean. overall just very comfortable. Staffs are amazing, always helpful! They take care of everything! ski rentals can be arranged to be sent to the hotel and returns too. We had a ground floor room which imo is super convenient, only had to take the lift 1 floor down to the ski lockers. Hotel is situated nearby to restaurants and a pharmacy. you can grab coffee and this awesome sandwich from the little food trucks just outside of this hotel. Room comes with a washer/dryer which is great for drying wet clothings after skiing.
No onsen in house.

Ski in ski out was great.
Wish we knew more about the pick up drop off the staff were able to provide prior to the final night of our trip.
Nothing really

Had direct access to a slope right behind the hotel, great amenities, fully stocked utensils in the kitchen and of course ever so helpful staff!

Modern, luxurious design of the property and apartment. Facilities were more than adequate and staff was always on call to serve you even before arrival. Most importantly, it is a ski in ski out - the slope is just outside from the basement, and i can return my rental equipment right from the lobby to Rhythm. I love that service.
Some minor inconveniences experienced at the hotel, but overall it can be looked past. If I had to nitpick, it was the smoke from the pizza restaurant connected to the lobby at night. One of the room was also near the entrance/exit with the sign visible from the room's frosted glass panel wall. Some people have trouble sleeping in non-pitch black rooms. A proper blackout blind would have solved this issue.

Very convenient for it’s ski-in ski-out facility. Room was cosy and comfortable. The washing machine and kitchenette definitely helped for longer stays. Location was very strategic as it was only a few minutes walk away to great eats and the convenience stores. Staff were always so helpful and friendly.
nothing! loved everything about it and will definitely stay there again!

excellent location. very modern and comfortable
no ski rental facilities at the property
4.3
The ski in ski out is definitely a huge plus point. The ski slope was just behind the hotel and we had lots of fun there! The hotel room was also spacious with a washing machine cum dryer which made it very convenient. If you need to rent ski equipments, Rhythm the ski rental company will simply pick up returns from the hotel itself.
The pizzeria at the lobby was bad though. Not many eating places within the hotel
4.3
proximity to the ski slopes
communication was poor - they were too short staffed to answer any emails.
Rooms didn’t appear to be cleaned every two days as advised; the garbage was emptied x1 in a 6 night stay.

The property was excellent, beyond our expectations. A perfect combination of modern luxury and natural comfort, with great view of Niseko nature.
The staff members, particularly the manager, were very friendly and accommodating to our requests, such as late check-outs, amenities refills, etc.. Also responsive to our questions.
My family and I hard a great time
None. If a suggestion: would be nice to have some kids-friendly utensils for kitchen and dining

great location where you are supposed to be able to ski in and out; however the closest lift won’t open until late, so no “ski-out” which is pity
windows won’t open

ski in/out. nice staff. no onsen in hotel, but have 1 comp ticket for partner hotel
would have been nice to put us in a nicer room since the hotel was completely empty. Instead we got probably one of the worst rooms (still nice, but not compared to other rooms. ground floor w/ view of side driveway, anyone can walk up and peek inside, handicap shower). was nice to get comp ticket for 1 visit to partner onsen, but why not a ticket for each night, it’s not like it was busy…

everything, every single bit of this hotel. our friends cried hard when we told her that we can’t extend our stay.
service provided is too perfect to the extend that our normal daily lives look like hell.

We write several time to the hotel and seek advice to assess our booking situation. We don't agree this is the confirmation of the cancellation. Although we cannot do much about it if the hotel decided to cancel our booking.
Since our last communication back in mid February (when Hokkaido has had only 1 case), China, Hong Kong and Japan has increasing numbers of nCov cases. Not to mention that, unfortunately, Hokkaido has become the prefecture in Japan that has most cases (98 as of now, I think). This is exactly the situation when it is getting worst. More is being done to ensure virus cannot be further spread in Japan. Travel is considered to be safe is not the case anymore.
Please review the hotel cancellation policy, business as usual in Japan/Hokkaido/Niseko will not and should not be the case. As a matter of fact, we can carry on with our trip. But the travel restriction in Japan will resulted that we need to be isolated for 14 days in Japan before we are free to travel. I don't know whether it is in a camp or in the hotel. Either way, this is consider NOT reasonable practical for us to fulfill our commitment to the booking. And if we are to "transfer" our booking, the limitation is within current 2019/20 season, which ends in March 2020. Again, this is totally impractical at all. Let's face it, anyone can assure that the nCov will not end before the current season, globally, Japan, nor Niseko.
The nCov is an unpredictable global outbreak, most if not all travel insurance does cover such incalculable risk. If there is one, I am sure the hotel side would have bought an insurance to cover the potential lost of your customer and share the risk. As a matter of fact, everybody suffer lost from this outbreak. The hotel can take advantage of their customer should they have overbook the rooms, since we don't see a way to reach the hotel anyway.
