absolutely horrendous. Nisade management is incredibly commercial and inhumane. They didn’t care at all about our son’s injury which prevented us from traveling at this time. not even credit allowed. everything was forfeited. it is not as if we had a choice - they have a non-refundable policy which they stuck by with no mercy.

right on Hirafu Village
had to walk 10 mins in ski boots to Family Ace .. couldn’t take short cut as the snow was melting & slippery

Great location in Hirafu, staff at the MAPLES NISEKO RESORT we’re FANTASTIC. They called us a wonderful Taxi for check out as well.
We are normally not ones to complain, however for the price and what we received..where do we begin?
1. The check In isn’t at the property. No one at the desk they entire time, in fact we were the only ones in the building and placed on the 1st floor above the basement with the worst view (parking spots & main road)
We had to drag our luggage up the steep inclined hill just to check in/out, very tedious and made us thankful we’re young (30’s) & not elderly or have any issues! Super inconvenient AFTER already dragging it from a block away through snow from the bus stop.
2. We chose this property for our vacation due to the price and the pictures listed. However we arrived to the room and was extremely disappointed, no view or fireplace like the pictures listed. Extremely misleading, we’ve paid half this price for many hotels/properties/Airbnb’s, etc. throughout Japan with a better room, view, and services.
3. Day of arrival I reached out via booking.com about early arrival. No response for 2 days and then the response I was given is if anything came up contact Maples Niseko Resort.. which at that point we were already checked in and going about our trip. Why bother?
4. The single key only worked for our entry way and door, yet it stated it was supposed to work for that, ski storage outside of the room and entrance locker area. It didn’t, just our room.
5. Only outlets to plug in our devices was by the kitchen sink near the door.
6. Huge blank wallpapered wall big enough for a 65” TV (shoves 32” TV in corner on small table)
It looks like this property is for you if your willing to shell out some money for the “premium” rooms/upper floors. If not, save your money and go to a hotel/resort where at least if you pay that kind of money you will have a phenomenal experience. This place was a huge disappointment for our trip to Hokkaido in which we won’t be recommending.

Great location, close to chair lift and centre for food
The curtains need to be block out, as they barely stop any sun or light from coming in
