3 drops of water in the shower

It's a nice room and the bed is soft

The shower! There is pretty much no water pressure. I wanted to take a nice warm shower after a long trip and there came 3 drops of water out of the shower. The staff tried to clean the showerhead but the problem was that there is no pressure at all so that did not help. Fix the pressure because quest want to shower.

A pure joy. Would love to have stayed another night.

Friendly, comfortable, beautiful little haven. Set up feels like you are staying with friends rather than at a hotel. Highly recommend booking the bungalow room with its own terrace it is so beautiful. The staff are so welcoming and kind. The drinks are cheep and everyone else staying there was also interesting and social. The pool is the perfect temperature and a great way to start the day.

Owner not doing maintenance just take money

Location is ok, close to beach restaurants if you have transport, pool was nice and clean, honour system for drinks in kitchen fridge, TV supports usb movies although very small Vital brand. Off road parking for motorbike. Authentic Balinese architecture, outside ensuite with hot water

Air-conditioning not working, a fan would be more effective, water leak from sink in bathroom, sliding door to outside ensuite heavy to open and close, the curtain was torn almost in two parts.

Relaxing hideaway

Lovely quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and great massages!

No where to hang towels.

Nice guesthouse with cozy interior. Good staff that could also do pretty good massage. Maybe better to be on bikes, because hotel is located pretty far away from center.

We had a room with mirror door, which was quite difficult to use, would be nice to have a knob. No towel racks in bathroom.

There is a huge puddle at the entrance to the hotel. It takes 10 minutes of work to dig a tunnel for her, but no one has done it in a month.

Great value for money.

The staff are absolutely lovely here. It is a beautiful little guest house and very quiet. The pool is almost always empty. Fantastic kitchen - I have viewed alternative accommodation and no kitchen compares to the equipment here. It was my favourite part of staying here! Perfect end of Sanur. I actually picked this place, never having been to Sanur, but due to the description that it was close to Power of Now Oasis Yoga. It is so close to the beach. I stayed for 6 weeks and would've stayed longer if they had availabilities. Owner is quite responsive in fixing any issues (some leaks in the roof.)

Some patchy wifi when having online appointments. The gang leading down to the accommodation is almost entirely paved EXCEPT for out the front of this place. It can flood during rainy season (my entire 6 weeks here, it has rained almost every day.) Challenging as I commute to work and need to leap inside & out of the car due to the high levels of water.

A little paradise in a beautiful part of Bali.

Beautiful garden and rooms set around the pool. Also very quiet space away from the busy streets of Bali. 5 minute walk to beach and shops. Get a bike and it’s even quicker. Will be back.

Only a small number of staff on site, but there is someone around 24/7 so it feels safe.

Staff was nice and the place was clean, it’s a nice place to stay for the night and price is really correct

Stairs a bit steep for luggages. No soap/shampoo. difficult to find the place during the night.

Superb

Beautiful peaceful haven set back from the main drag and busy road. Great place to unwind with jetlag before a Sanur ferry (which Komang booked - transfer all went smoothly). Decent breakfast. Love the semi-outdoor private shower / toilet area. Great value.

No complaints, although you should be aware the property is along a muddy unmade side road. Not ideal in flip flops after rain. You walk up past the Mercure to access Retro beach. Foam bed a little squishy if that bothers you.

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast (not included) was really good, the room was clean and comfy, the air con worked well. The only annoying thing was that the pool was green (late Aug 2022), but apart from that our stay was lovely! They even let us store our scooters in the car park for a few days after we left. Very helpful and nice!

The pool wasn't clean.
