Location was good with access to the beach and good running tracks.
Bed was good.
The interior of the room was run down with flaking/water-damaged paint.
Shower curtains could be weighted to stop them flapping around during a shower.
Two table chairs were there but no lounge/comfortable chairs to read in.

The room was not serviced at all, including emptying rubbish. Outside rubbish receptacles were full from renovations and could not fir rubbish in

Great location. Comfortable big room. Ground floor. Coded entry was good. Had difficulties but called and they were able to help straight away.
2.5
Room was adequate. Check-in was okay and parking great. Kids lunchboxes for breakfasts were okay. It's simple and comfortable and pretty quiet.
Crazy prices for what you get. Yes it's Glenelg but it's a bit of a beat up motel. I got locked out of my room because the lock stopped working and I was freezing with no one around. It's took some time to get help. For the price you pay, the kids lunchboxes for breakfast are minimal. I'd prefer better value for moeny.

Had to call 000 as someone was knocking on my door at 4.30 am some men across the carpark were watching me walk to my room as I came home from I felt extremely unsafe . I had paid for two nights and checked out in time the next morning for them to rebook my room and I had told staff what happened and they refused to give me a refund said it was up to booking. Com but booking.com told me they had demanded an refund from hotel and hotel never got back to me they had no email to contact them o lu through booking messages which they chose to ignore

Location and parking facilities were brilliant
The shower filled up the whole bathroom, so I was standing in water blow drying my hair while husband showered. Beds and pillows were not at all comfortable. Place was very noisy with other guests at night

I liked the location, it was close to shops and restaurant.
When booking paid extra for marina view, unable to see Marina.

Bit out dated outside but not the end of the world. Everything else was really good

Good location just a short walk to Glenelg Beach, restaurants and shops. The room was adequate for our overnight stay. Happy with what we got.
Decor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.
