Great room but staff need to updated on procedures for late Check Ins.

The room and view were very good.

We checked in late and had to go to the Pier, the check in did not go smooth, we had booked parking and were not informed of where we had to park, it took us 15 mins to eventually find our park. When we eventually got to our room we were not given the key cards to get in so we had to go back to the Pier to obtain the cards so we could enter our room, this was late at night and was after midnight before we got into our room.

Frustrated and will not stay there again

Location

Bathtub shower not shown in photos, I wouldn’t have booked it otherwise as I have an ongoing injury with my ankle. Also the bath has rust in it around the drain. Also no milk in fridge for tea or coffee. Also two single beds pushed together and didn’t have a mattress thing on it so kept slipping in the gap. Parking expensive.

Great place. Shame about housekeeping.

Great location and spacious unit.

Housekeeping changed towels but didn't replenish tea bags, milk, toilet paper when needed. Bed never made. They left my unit unlocked 2 days in a row, after I had advised after the first day. I was told it would be escalated and apologies given but also told someone would call me to discuss but this did not happen. Not keen to risk another stay due to lack of security protocols

Great stay!

Bed was comfy, great view and facilities. The perfect apartment for city views morning and night.

Not enough toiletries and dish liquid etc for a 7 night stay. Had to keep going to get more through the week. But staff were very accommodating with that. Apartments are in need if a bit of an upgrade but still comfortably. 1 key tag to access apartment lifts wasn't ideal but for this occasion it was fine. Access with door card would have been better.

For a business trip in the city this is the best area to stay with great transport links

Exceptional location, minutes walk from so many bars and restaurants, very quiet at night, comfortable studio with full kitchen and great secure parking too.

Location is outstanding, close to the Glenelg CBD, the marina, the pier and the tram. There are plenty of places to ead drink and be merry in Glenelg. The room is clean & tidy with almost everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

the room needs a dryer for those staying longer. There is a washing machine but no dryer

Still a very nice stay .

Great location. Everything I need is at fingertips. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around . The waterfront near the accommodation is beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. Bedding is very comfortable.

Difficult to find a free onsite car park. So I need to pay for the car park inside the building . A bit squashy for five people to stay in the two bedroom apartment. The cooking utensils not adequate like frying pan.

Our stay was enjoyable. Glenelg shops and restaurants were great.

Bed matress excellent. Location great. Room 9 out of 10. Parking in underground area awkward.

Curtains need repairing. Glass wear was not clean on arrival. Smell of airport/plane fuel during some parts of the day. Batteries in one of the controllers were severely corroded.

nice big comfy bed , great location , staff helpful, nice and roomy with good views from balcony

we with 2 other families so going between different “towers “ to get to and visit their rooms problematic , as can’t use key to access other than own tower and floor . Rooms a bit tired , our curtain was “stuck “ to sliding door , other family members rooms had many missing blind flaps etc , just need some “TLC”

Great locations and facilities in apartment.

The facilities in property were as presented in the description. The furnishings were great and beds comfortable. Great outlook and close to amenities.

The inclusions in the kitchen need to be updated, limited crockery and cutlery. We supplemented these and left them since we were flying.

A great location, close to the beach and shops.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was much smaller than our friends with the dining area closed off as a bedroom. This contained a noisy air conditioner return vent which made for a restless night’s sleep. Take care you are charged the correct amount when checking in!

Fabulous place to stay!!

We loved that you could see the ocean behind the trees, the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole apartment was very spacious. The location is great!! Especially close to Jetty Road, eateries, the ocean and public transport.

The room needed some repair but nothing that hindered our stay. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, still hair left on the floors. The windows had smears from when they were cleaned and this was very visible when the sun was shining in.

Passable

Location is great, loved it. Parking was a pain. I was coughing all night, every night, because of the dust accumulated in the corners, especially behind bedside table and alike. I am not allergic to dust. We had to buy toilet paper and dishwashing liquid to wash cups. Have stayed in cleaner places equally well located for less. The reasonable price for two bedroom suit would be $100 less per a night.
