Great Value, awesome stay!

Liked that was close to the beach and had refillable water station and right outside the hotel there’s a market to shop for snacks drinks etc.

Did not like that the pool is only open from 2-6pm even though we didn’t use it 😂

The location was good.

I have booked service apartment because it came with a washing machine. But when I arrived at the hotel there wasn't a washing machine in my room The hotel incharge said he will only wash our clothes and give. This was very uncomfortable for.us

원래 3베드룸에 트리플룸을 예약했는데... 호텔에서 2베드룸에 트리플룸 더블룸으로 준비 해주어서 9층 전부를 사용했는데 넘 편했어요. 방도 넓은 편이었고... 가성비 좋아요. 바다도 3분정도 걸으면 갈 수 있고요. 위치도 이곳 저곳 다니기 괜찮습니다. 근처에 껌땀웃반이나 포틴 미케비치점도 있고요. 사진은 트리플룸입니다.

투베드룸 주방에 실리콘 곰팡이가 좀 있어요. 뷰는 건물뷰에 거리뷰이긴 합니다.

Convenient geographical setting with comfortable facilities.

The property is situated in a very convenient spot with the beach, convenience stores and heaps of restaurants around. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful.

Our room was a lot smaller than we expected and awkwardly shaped. I’m being picky but the bathroom could be a little cleaner, as one can see dark shadows sometimes which look like mould. These were a major turn-off for me.

Es gibt bessere Alternativen

Die Lage in Da Nang ist gut, in wenigen 100m ist man am Sandstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und Geldautomaten gibt es im direkten Umfeld. Die Betten waren angenehm straff, die Klimatisierung funktionierte gut. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher waren die nutzbaren Küchenhelfer.

Es wurden statt dsr gebuchten Appartement ein komplett anderes Appartement angeboten zum selben Preis, jedoch kleiner und ohne Balkon Es gab kein einziges Glas, Teller,Topf/Pfanne oder Besteck als Ausstattung der Küche. Das Frühstück war nur spartanisch und sehr früh (endet 9:00). Das Personal hat Schwierigkeiten mit Englisch. Eine lautstarke Rekonstruktion des Gebäudes war tagsüber ständiger Begleiter.

Nice Stay at a happening location, Hotel can add little more to make it amazing.

Breakfast: Overall Breakfast is good & on request they have provided us much appreciative Vegetarian Options. Kitchen staff was very cooperative. Beach: The description that the Hotel is on the Beach/Beach facing is wrong, "It is very close (approx 200-300M walking) to the beach. Easily you can take a walk upto beach. Swimming Pool: Small Pool on the Top.

Room: Room was just OK, furniture was just average. The water heating kettle was provided but NO tea/coffee/milk/etc sachets were provided. Room size was also small. Sleepers were very old and not fit for use. Swimming pool timings are so bad that you hardly can use it. It's available between 1 PM to 6PM when most of us are on conducted tours or visiting outside. Why it can't be made available in the forenoon and atleast upto 7:30PM in the evening.

Very close to My Ke beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The sea view was only a very narrow section from the verandah. Could not make use of verandah as it was quite dusty. Electrical sockets were not in convenient places. The towels were worn thin and had permanent stains. Did not provide shampoo or body wash either

fine place 100 meters away from the beach

The room was fine: spacious enough, clean enough, and comfortable enough. There were a desk to use my laptop and a large closet. They provide basic toiletries. The aircon works well enough. The shower works well. The swimming pool is nice and there's a nice reading area on the rooftop. The staff is efficient. The location is good, just a hundred meters away from the beach. There are several shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Breakfast is okay: some Vietnamese food, eggs, some fruit, vegetables, and jam, and coffee and tea of course. The cost is extremely reasonable.

The bar on the rooftop is closed. The wifi could be faster and more stable.

Breakfast had not many options and its not buffet style. They only had instant coffee Almost no one speaks english. The hotel has seen better days the pool looked nothing like the picture. Next to the pool there is an abandon bar full of garbage

Excellent location, walking distance to beach, seafood restaurants and dining places. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We're group of 5, booked 3 bedroom penthouse apartment aiming to live together of having fun. Ended up we found an ensuite master is separated from other 2 BR apartment by a elevator lobby. As people and staff can easily gain access to each floor, we therefore have to close our front door which was a let down to us. Apartments itself are a bit rundown but overall is comfortable and money worthy.

Very close to the beach and many good restaurants.

This is my second times I stayed this place because it very close to My Khe Beach, main street and many food places at front door. I select apartment style with 2 rooms for my family. It is roomy, clean and comfy. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is poor with only 1 soup option but I guess because of there is no traveler at this time of the year.

Funny thing is both times I stay here and I had same problems with the bathroom lock-knob, but it is a minor issue.

* Broken door lock - was missing a screw. Every time we tried to close our door the lock's alarm went off. It had to be handled with special care.. We informed the reception the first day but nothing was fixed. We were staying for one night anyway. * Moldy curtains

Tet Holiday

Great location right by the beach, surrounded by good shops, restaurants etc. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English and could give you great tips for where to go, what to do etc. The room was small but comfortable with a good sized bathroom. I went during Tet so the restaurant was closed but there are plenty of food options nearby and on Grab, and they even partly refunded my stay to make up for it, even though I didn't ask them to.

They couldn't find the key for the rooftop pool :(

Simple accommodations with a few issues

Good location near beach and shops in the middle of town. The breakfast had 4 simple choices but they were good. cleaning was done regularly when we were at breakfast.

Two main issues: The three bedroom deluxe that we reserved was actually two bedrooms with one extra bed in the living room. When I commented on this, I was shown other ‘three’ bedroom units which were separate hotel rooms or apartments that required walking through common areas to get to the other unit (for us with kids, this was not an option). This didn’t ruin the trip but would appreciate clear advertising. The property did not offer any compensation for this. Secondly, there was no washing machine as advertised, and when I complained they offered to wash much not dry my clothes. Finally after lots of discussion they agreed to dry them also. Other mentionables: limited pool hours (the pool was very small), hard beds, limited English tv channels, must pay for dishes for the kitchen, no microwave.
