Large Villa with space to fit a big group. We stay here during Songkran and it was great to see the Water activities back in the main area. The pool was great with an amazing view. Big kitchen with everything you need.
TV in the lounge has seen better days. Location wise it is a bit further away from everything however we had a car so it wasn't a big deal.

The villa was awesome, beautiful views and really well appointed. Had everything we needed. Close enough to everything but far enough that you get very little noise
The walk up the hill to get home at the end of the night! But seriously, taxis are widely available and we did manage the walk a couple of times

Amazing concierge and cleaning / hospitality service, nice room layout, good amenities (even had mosquito coils etc)
Location is up a very tall hill (advertised as 20 min walk from the beach but it’s much longer), pools were also very cold for the Dec weather

The pool with a gorgeous sea view was the highlight of the villa.
A water filter in the villa would’ve been ideal as we ran out of water at night and had to wait for water bottle refills until morning

Out was all fine.

Location was really good because it was away from the crowd and up the hill. Therefore it was quiet and the security was good. We don’t have strangers walking about as it is way out of the public eye. Many things to see nearby like the shrines etc. I took a long run in the morning around the area and wasn’t disappointed.
The view was excellent as we wake up to beautiful sea view and the fun of jumping into the pool right out of the bedroom was great fun.
Service was impeccable as we were connected to the staff anytime we want. Food, transport, personal chef was just a message away and response is usually instant or just a few mins later.
Breakfast is always served on time and the villa is well equipped with everything you need (we even found an electronic air pump in the drawer).
The only thing I don’t like are the mosquitoes but there is nothing we can do being up up in the hill. Thankfully there are ample mosquito coils and I kept them burning 24/7 and it’s something beyond the control of the management. So if you are afraid of mosquitoes, bring your own mosquito patch or electronic repellant.
*whole villa is air conditioned so don’t worry about sleeping in the heat
Kudos to Kate, cathy and the team for running a tight ship in Baan Saitara.
I’ll be back for sure. See you all soon
