Everything was great, the location and price can't be beat!
The pool was closed which stunk cause our son really wanted to swim... we ended up going to meadow parks rec centre but it would have been nice to know the pool was under maintenance.

Great location for ski in ski out
I love the Aspens and have stayed there before, however this apartment had a broken Fawcett the fan/air conditioner looked disgustingly dirty and it didn’t have basics such as salt and pepper, just empty containers. Also didn’t get my code or check in details until after 4pm had to chase them. Disappointing…

The place had alot broken - needs attention especially when paying that sort of money.

great location, clean, good sized space for four people, great facilities (including hot tub), good staff availability

location was great. Building staff were lovely BUT this was a privately owned and managed unit so the staff were not able to assist for any concerns.
unit is not well equipped for a kitchen unit- no basic supplies (cooking oil, coffee …) few dishes ( glasses cups) so breakfast in wasn’t a reality, even though we bought groceries. Dishwashers had not been emptied, unit wasn’t very clean especially the shower ( black caulking ) fireplace wouldn’t turn on, sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Great Location. Friendly Staff. Plenty of parking. Allowed for us to park all day on the arrival day and departure day for the same day rate. Took the pressure off and made it much more enjoyable. Nice that there was a glove dryer in the closet. Nice that it had dishes. Amazing that there was a rental place in the residence where you could buy gloves and rent equipment and demo skis.
Bed sheets were not comfortable. Bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall and the living room table was wobbly/broken. Didn't know what dishes they had before arrival, so I brought my own.

Location of the Aspens is lovely. Easy access to walking trails. Lobby and pool area were nice.
The unit was in poor condition. This was not clear in the photos when we booked it. I had received approval that we could check in between 3:00 and 4:00. The property manager told us that this was actually not confirmed (I have email confirmation) but to go ahead and take a look, and that it should be ready. We went to the unit (he had sent the codes, etc.) and at 3:15 it was not cleaned. The new cleaners apparently went in at 3:30. I don't believe for a second that they cleaned it adequately in a half hour. Furthermore, several issues with the maintenance of this unit. The small entry closet was stuffed full of supplies and an ironing board so we had nowhere to store coats or shoes other than the bedroom closet. The closet was also poorly fitted and didn't close properly. Missing light in the bathroom, dirty showerhead, moldy shower tiles. Easy to lock yourself in the bathroom as the lock was sticky and hard to unlock. Kitchen fridge didn't keep food very cold. Only one kitchen knife for cutting food. Coffee table was very rickety. Vertical blinds broken, some were missing, and a little note was placed on the wall telling us not to pull the blinds open too much. Therefore, no actual privacy and in the morning the unit was full of light. Patio door does not lock, the lock is broken. Patio area full of dust and debris and not swept or cleaned. Outdoor chairs filthy. I had to remove and rinse the fitted sheet on the bed as my daughter spilled a few drops of juice on them, and the underlying mattress cover was FILTHY. The bedroom window can't be opened without removing a dirty bent screen. The entire suite was way to hot at night, the thermostat said it was set for 19.5 but it was 26 degrees and no way to cool it down. We have been coming up to Whistler for several years and have never encountered such a poorly maintained suite. We are not picky, we have young kids and aren't expecting anything exceptional, but this was an appalling experience.

Our room was not cleaned properly..but other than that everything was great!

Very nice and cozy place. Gorgeous location, easy access to the lifts. Convenient underground parking for resonable price.
The fireplace did not work, contacted the host and did not resolve the problem.

facility was good. booked room was decent - clean, good decor.
guests beware. the unit is not managed by Vacasa. it is a private individual. our experience with the property management was not great in terms of service. if you need additional beddings or anything else in the unit, you will be waiting since the service is not on premises. property management not accommodating for late check out. 10 is not standard. (11am is standard).

Just a few cafes offered a take out option
1) I prefer to use a sauna instead of a hot pool.
But in Canadian resorts it is so rare!
2) We didn't find a kettle or a teapot in our room.

It was clean, beautiful suite. The staff was amazing. And the pool was amazing as well. Over all amazing resort.
No in house room service.

The rooms were very presentable, it's well kitted out. Bed's great, as is the bedding.
Some neatness issues: loads of dust around the fireplace, things in the closet were jumbled up on the floor, bedroom TV isn't securely mounted on the wall. It's a bit of a hike into town. Parking costs $17 for the night, which is a bit steep.

The condo was lovely and had great AC unit in bedroom. Loved the location and the pool. Great for families
