We were amazed with our room, sadly we were only there one night. It was quiet, so comfortable, clean and the staff were so friendly.
We had no WiFi during our stay.

The hotel is partly in the woods, just below the village so secluded, but only a short walk to the village. We had a ground floor 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and clean. There was a nifty patio outside the living room where we could have our coffee and drinks. The kitchen was very well equipped with a dishwasher and a very large dining room table. While small, the outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and sauna were a delight, especially after a long day in the village and mountains. And the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating!
There was nothing significant that we did not like. The furniture is a bit dated and worn, but I guess that works well given the nature of the resort area, what with all the skis and such. We did spend a lot of time and energy trying to find a good cup of coffee - the old-fashioned drip coffee machine with the complimentary coffee in the kitchen wasn't quite up to the task, and it is too far to the village to bring coffee back. A coffee machine with lots of coffee choices located in the front lobby would be a fantastic addition for this resort - even if it is one of those pay-as-you-go models. Finally, and a bit petty, and what I complain about almost every time I travel these days, is that there should be written instructions for dishwashers, garburators, and televisions left inside each unit. Other than that, we had a very pleasant 3 nights at the Tantalus.

Excellent location and accommodation.
Nothing.

Very spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. We stayed in one of the appartment at the back of the hotel which didn't have a lot of daylight. But you are out and about the whole day so that was not a big problem.

Lage etwas abseits, aber doch genug nah (Ruhe/Erreichbarkeit gut)
etwsd in die Jahre gekommen, Preis-Leistung eher schwächer

Friendly and helpful staff
Swimming pool was closed for maintenance during opening hours, which was a pity.
There were some problems with our room, but we were helped out very quickly by the friendly staff and they gave us a compensation for it.
Still, if you make a booking for a hotel with a swimming pool during summer, it’s disappointing to not be able to use it.

They charge for parking, which I think is no sense. You're already paying for a hotel how does it does not provide parking?? It is like a joke. On the other hand, they didn't refund the damage deposit yet, so I suggest paying it in cash and requesting cash back on your leave.

Location was great, short stroll from city centre.
Very run down, poor lighting. Dirty blanket. No heating. Staff on first day wasn't very welcoming and friendly. Staff on departure was helpful and friendlier.
My room required to go down several (4) corridors to get there, lifts are so far away from some rooms.
