A place you don’t want to leave!

Absolutely wonderful apartment! Newly renovated, spotlessly clean, has all the facilities one may need for a comfortable stay, you can feel how every detail is well thought out. Location is also great - in less than 10min walk you’re at the bridge in the main port, with shops and cafes. 10/10 recommend the place

Fantastic apartment 10min walk from the lovely old town of Zadar

Exceptionally clean apartment, very well maintained. Shower was great. Amenities and appliances were nice. Parking is easy in the street by the house. The apartment is also in a quiet neighborhood. Stefan was also very quick and helpful when we had some questions & extra requests!

The bed was long (very rare experience for us when going on holiday to the south), however (it could have been us) but we weren’t that comfortable whilst (trying) to sleep.

A perfect stay in Zadar

This beautiful apartment is situated opposite a gorgeous park leading to the harbor, minutes away from the old town. The apartment was clean, well equiped, comfortable; a pleasure to come back to after a day exploring the wonderful Zadar. Stefan was a friendly, helpful and informative host. If you are looking to stay in Zadar don't hesitate to book this apartment. We stayed in the one with a balcony overlooking a quiet road, with a sneeky view of the masts in the harbor.

Fantastic stay in Zadar

Great location. Next to a park and silent. Also maximum 10 minutes slow walk from the old town. Host was kind and answered our questions whenever we had any. The apartment is spacious and there is a lot of storage. There is an excellent walk-in shower and also neat mirrors around the appartment. The 2 air conditioner units helped a lot with the heat during the day.

The roof is tilted so watch your head. This is especially important in the bedroom where you need to remember not to stand up straight when getting out of bed. Having said this, this is clear from the pictures and is expected in this type of building (loft)

Great standard, quiet location but near to sites and cafes.

Great quiet location only ten minutes walk to bridge to old town. Marina area just minutes through park. Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment. Good quality bed linen too. Lovely private garden seating area at front.

Everything was just great! From communication with the host to the apartment itself 👍🏻

We stayed at the smaller apartment on ground floor for 2-3 people and it looked exactly as on photos. Everything was extremely clean and we appreciated all the small details and touches around the apartment, such as tea bags, salt and pepper (we didn’t have to buy whole pack for one meal), they had a small coffee machine there as well. Also the bathroom was spacious and very nice, there was also makeup removal water. The apartment has also a cute seating area in front of it. The last but not least the host was very nice and friendly which made as feel very comfortable and welcomed!

Really lovely, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Stefan has certainly thought about his guests' comfort and various requirements and has catered for them all. He ensures you have all the local information to hand for your arrival, stay and departure - excellent communications throughout. Stefan kindly put us in contact with a local taxi firm for transfers. The self check in/out was perfect for our late arrival and early departure. The apartment is spotless and has been laid out perfectly to a high spec. Set on the edge of a park (10 mins walk to the centre) where it's nice and peaceful. Definitely would recommend and would choose The Park Apartments again without hesitation.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay in Zadar. Very convinient apartament, spotlessly clean, very well equipped (including kitchen utensils, Coffee maker, bathroom essentials etc). Very friendly and helpful host, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back. Thank you Stefan!

Apartament with amazing design. Some very thoughtful extras from the host like: cold water and beers in the fridge, coffee tabs for espresso machine, olive oil, spices, cotton pads and micellar water in the bathroom etc. Nice manual for guests and some good books to read :) Location very good - nice 5 min walk to city centre but in quiet location. Will be happy to come back.

Lovely place close to town but far away enough to keep it quiet at night. Amazing. 10/10.

Everything was great. Lovely comfy bed, aircon in livingroom and bedroom, big tv with Netflix which had already been set up in different languages. Very thoughtful and considerate.

Only minor this is that there was no balcony but there was still an outdoor space for us to use with chairs etc so really not a minus.

Very good stay

Location very accessible to the walking bridge and Old Town. Stefan and his mother were very quick to respond to questions about the apartment and immediately replaced the coffee maker. Very nice amenities in the apartment. Other than for the sloped ceiling in the bedroom, a very comfortable apartment.
