Beautiful property in the heart of wine country.

Amazing property. Pascale and Alex make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. They are fantastic and made our stay incredible. We had an early morning departure and they were kind enough to pack us a breakfast picnic to take with us. We look forward to coming back and staying again.

Everything. From the moment we arrived we were spoilt. This amazing couple made us feel so welcome into there beautiful home. Nothing was a problem this is the best place I have ever stayed and I hope to return

Beautiful house, garden and pool in the middle of the Medoc vineyards.

The owner, Pascale was very friendly and helpful. Lovely large rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of choice for a delicious breakfast. The garden and pool area were great. Pascale arranged a visit to the small vineyard next door, domaine des sadons, which was very informative and good to hear the history of the place.

Dinner was not available on the nights we stayed but we were recommended a nearby restaurant.

Really au cœur des vignes !

Everything described was authentic. We loved the room, the bed was super comfy. The breakfast was really good.The owners very nice. Don’t miss the visit and wine tasting with the owners neighbor « domaine des Sadons »

We couldn’t use the pool because there was a problem that day, but I guess it was unusual.

Best hotel in all of the left bank

Wow! Absolutely incredible stay. Pascale and Alex are the most incredible, welcoming hosts. Their place is a total oasis with stunning property and beautiful rooms. We relaxed by the pool and walked through the vines. Winery tours are accessible by foot, the best by far was Domaine les Sadons which is directly beside the property. Couldn't give this place a higher rating. Pascale makes an incredible 3 course dinner and the breakfast was divine. Fantastic wine list at unbelievably affordable prices. We will definitely come back!!

Best place to stay in the Medoc

The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive. Stayed in with our 2 little girls and everything was perfect. Had dinner one night and it was absolutely gorgeous. Every detail was taken care of. The location was simply perfect.

Beautiful house in lovely location. Easy parking and fantastic host.

Found the property easily and parking was available next to the property. Pascale was so friendly and very obliging when we arrived 45 mins early. Our room was ready and we were welcome to check in early. Our room was beautiful and super comfortable. The property is stunning and has double glazing and electric shutters for a really good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious and very well organised with a form to fill out giving many options so something for everyone. Great one night stay for us - thank you.

The room view can see the castle. The view is beautiful as liked as the picture.

Very large room and comfortable. Host is a nice person and took care of our needs.

Check in time should be longer, not limited to 5-8pm. Please give more instructions on how to contact the host for the gate open if the guests are arrived the home.

Highly recommended! Lovely hosts, no ask too big. They're wonderful

Pascale and Alex are warm, friendly hosts. The room was sparkling clean. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, cooked by Pascale herself! There are a variety of chairs in the garden, where you can relax in private.

The bed is on a split level above the bathroom, accessible by a steep ladder. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, flag this when booking. I don't know the layout of the other rooms, there may be alternatives available.

We had a beautiful visit and would recommend the property. The dinner and breakfasts were wonderful.

Our host immediately upgraded us to an apartment which was lovely since we were staying 4 nights on the property. We arrived after the lunch hour but they prepared a nice lunch for us.

Best possible base for your journey in wine country.

The place is cosy, well kept and well run. In addition to the very nice lodging, delicious food is being served 5 out of 7 evenings. Pascale is an excellent cook. Alex and Pascale, together with their staff, are making their guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Everything was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

perfect!

our hosts were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. it was such a relaxing place and in the heart of the Medoc region too. Pascalés cooking was exceptional and the breakfast’s perfect.

Thé only thing we would say is that our room he’d a very steep staircase to the bedroom. Not a problem for us but might be for anyone less firm.

Wonderful, quality food and service from superwoman Pascale! Also, comfy big bed!

Pascale is a WONDERFUL superwoman host and chef. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals she prepared for breakfast and dinner. The dinner was better than the restaurant in town. Also, we ordered from her incredible wine menu. You must try the local sparkling wine at $25 a bottle! The room we stayed in was large with a comfortable bed. Truly a marvelous stay at Le Cœur de Vignes!

Pascale and her small but mighty team always covered the pool at night, but it still attracted a lot of bugs. Because the big wineries don't pay much taxes, the local economy isn't supported sufficiently, and the town of Pauillac is a bit in despair. That said, we booked our tastings ahead of time and had a full day.

Large and very comfortable, well decorated room. Host were very friendly and accommodate every need of us. Breakfast was the best we had had on our trip including the best yogurt ever.

An great choice.

The communication from the team at the hotel was fabulous with great local knowledge of the vineyards. They had some great wines to choose from with dinner, which I can highly recommend. Was expecting a slightly more imposing property but once you walked into the property, it was simply gorgeous with fabulous large rooms. Definitely one to return too. Pascale and the team could not have been more helpful or quite frankly, nice.
