Nos dieron una habitación con patio privado muy linda. El personal fue muy amable, reservamos dos tours que resultaron muy bien. El ambiente del hostal es lindo.
El desayuno se demoró un poco, empezó más tarde de lo estipulado.

I liked that my room had its own terrace. The location was great for exploring Cusco.
No view from the rooms at all, had to keep the curtains closed because it allowed a lot of light in. The breakfast was mediocre.

Property is beautiful!
You should like to walk to stay here as the surrounding streets are quite hilly.
Room was nice and clean.
I felt safe and welcomed at all times.
And the price was excellent!
“Didn’t like” isn’t really how I’d describe it, but there are just some things travelers should expect when they stay here. It’s about a half block off a street so be prepared to carry luggage.
Staff didn’t have much chance to break larger bills so you’ll need to go somewhere else.
I had said I didn’t need cleaning a few times and that message was not carried over. I recommend writing a note to leave at the desk.
Coffee isn’t set out. You’ll need to knock at the kitchen for a cup.

The staff was really helpful and kind. Location ok.
I stayed in 2 different ocasion. During the first night I was given a room with bathroom. The bathroom seemed to be a converted closed just to fill in the description. It should only be sold as a room without a bathroom. I only stayed during my second period only because I was promised a real room. On the second stay I did have a better room.

Super clean. Couple minutes of walk distance from Sun Blus plaza.
Fully equipped shared kitchen.
The staff was always available for any issues include arrangement of Machu Picchu trip.
Breakfast

Overall, the stay was pleasant. We stayed at this hostel multiple times during our trip to Cusco in between each of the overnight tours we took, so we saw a few different room set ups. All of the rooms were large and the showers had hot water. The breakfast was good (eggs on request, granola, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea) and they helped with our luggage storage while we were on the treks.
Unfortunately, you can hear everything in this hostel: every time someone opened or closed their room. The rooms are quite cold and drafty, and some of the personnel helping with the breakfast were unfriendly (one turned and walked away while I was talking to her).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was so traditional. The breakfast was nice and healthy. Lots of chances to have a hot drink. The garden/sitting area was beautiful, I even seen a hummingbird fly down next to me to eat from the bush.
It was a little cold in my room, though there was a heater and they filled up my hot water bottle. Would of been good if I could of had kettle in my room so I could of filled myself more often.

Great location, comfy bed, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast
There's no heat (though I think this is fairly standard in Cusco). They do provide extra blankets, but I was still pretty cold at night. Wear lots of layers!
The water wasn't always warm/hot, it was hit or miss.
3.0 / 5.0
Reasonably clean and plenty of blankets to keep warm
Be warned, it is at the top of some steps and at the time of staying, not accessible by car due to a road closure.

The room we actually booked wasn’t yet ready when we arrived super early after a night bus from Puno. But they showed us 2 other rooms that were available to check in right away, that was really nice of them.
We had a heater in the room, it was amazing! Our first warm room in South America (in high altitude).
Great location(we loved San Blas neighbourhood), hot shower, room and breakfast was fine.
Noisy due to thin walls and loud front door bell (plus, you have to ring every time you want to come in).

Breakfast was never finished before 1/2 hour of liste time. Tried to cheat me on the price for a tour.
Gave me another room than I booked.

The room was spacious and there was a lot of natural light. Nice inner courtyard. Strong wifi.
No heating. No rug/towel to place on the floor after shower.

It is a nice hotel with a small garden in San Blas neighborhood (a cool one). Breakfast was good and staff as well. Free coffee and tea all day all night!
I took a private room, bathroom was outside the room (although private to the room only).

Nice room with a beautiful view of Cusco. Lovely little garden where you can sit and soak up some sun.
A bit overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was bland and not as the picture shown here on Booking.com
Shared kitchen could be better equipped and more clean.

I can recommend to book room 501. It is the highest room and has a terrace with a perfekt view over the city.
Around that the furnishing is adequate, there a several open spaces and a kitchen.
Due to the architecture of the building some areas, for example the bathroom of room 501 is really small. Additionally the insulation is pretty basic so the room gets very cold at night.

We really loved this hostel, especially the area with couches, it's good for working and relaxing!

Affordable and decent. Nothing special as a guesthouse. Sound proofing is pretty bad and the bathrooms are a kinda clumsy. The owner can help as a travel agent too. All went well.
Improvements on the windows, bathroom plumbing.

The hostal is located in the artistic district of San Blas just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. There are dozens of gift shops, restaurants and gift shops everywhere you turn. The staff is very nice. The room itself as a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for luggage and bags. The wi-fi works good and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. You certainly get a good deal for what you pay to stay here.
Although the bathroom was private, it was located outside of the room.
