Beautiful location, lovely apartment. For the price, in need of a new TV, sofa and bed upgrades.
The location and sea view is unbeatable. The apartment was also spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathroom lovely and well equipped. Lots of room too for a family.
The only negatives and this is written within the context of the price, which is expensive, was that the double bed was two singles pushed together. Not great for a couple. Also, the sofa beds needs replacing. A small rip in one and mattress worn out. They also looked tired as sofas. The TV also is small and not a SMART, so basic.

Very nice apartment with very good views, with very nice bar/restaurant next door.
Apartment was very nice. Nice location.
Access to facilities wasn't ideal, as it was one of the reasons I booked it. Guy on reception didn't know how I could access it. Guy in the gym at certain times, said he has to let me in, only when he was there though. So the listed access times, are not the case. Parking was very frustrating. Having to park round the back with a young child is not ideal. When we did get on the front car park, we were blocked in on one side. So had to pull car out in to driveway to then be able to get my daughter in to the car.

No place like the osbourne. Pictures don’t do justice. A place worth experiencing.
The location, everything was brilliant.
On arrival the door to the apartment was locked. Went to reception twice for help, had to wait for someone to come fix the issue. Took an hour kids were exhausted from the travel from Birmingham. No other issue.

Okay stay, nice enough apartnement but overpriced.
Quite a grand place. Entrance and parking was great. Apartment was a good size, clean enough and nice little touches with a “cleaning” supply box. Small terrace area which was cute. Location was alright, at the top of a hill so lovely views from the apartment living room. Be prepared to get your walking legs on, perfectly fine if you don’t mind a good hike up a hill. Reception staff member on arrival was lovely.
Thought for the price paid it was over priced. Nearly £600 for 3 nights, wouldn’t pay it again. We were on the top floor apartment 74 with a 15 month old. There was a lift but then still a flight of stairs to go up once you stepped out of the lift, proved annoying at times when trying to carry a child and buggy as well as other stuff. Leisure centre area was terrible. Really run down pool and changing area. Looked grubby. Was not as luxurious as we were expecting. Rusty patches, worn down walls and paintwork, only one changing room in the changing area. Only went swimming once because of this. Asked at hotel reception for a nob of butter / one of the small packs you get at buffets so we could give our child some toast (to save us going back into town) receptionist at hotel said as we were apartment residents the answer was no and to go ask the apartment receptionist to see if they could help. We thought this was really quite tight and ridiculous considering it was just a little pack of butter and we’d paid a considerable amount and it was just sat there, probably destined to end up on someone else’s plate because they took too much to then be chucked away! Too many notes of “if you damage it you will be charged” “if you don’t check out on time you will be charged”. Written on welcome packs, told in emails, told in booking.com messages. Extremely excessive. We’re adults, we’ve paid a lot of money, we don’t need to be told repeatedly, I would imagine it’s common courtesy to not damage items. We could hear the DJ talking and music extremely clearly from our top floor apartment. It was on for a few hours. Absolutely great that entertainment is put on, but we felt if we could hear it as clearly as we could from where we were and where it was coming from it was a bit too loud. Overall, it was nice enough but I wouldn’t stay again for the above reasons.
