I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it.

OMX hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Kigali - one of Africa most beautiful, secured and greenest cities. Restaurants, shopping and barbershop are also nearby. And the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful too.

I am not a fan of TV but I like to watch my football matches on TV. Unfortunately, there was no TV in the room or around the facility.

Excellent location, and very friendly staff

I had a great stay at OMX hotel. The staff was professional, kind and ready to go the extra mile to help. The rooms are simple but very clean, with confortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. The location too, in a very quiet area but at walking distance of tons of restaurants. I would happily come back. Thanks to Felix, Regis, Jane, Joy, Stanislas and all the others for their warm welcome !

Very good hotel at raisonable price .

Very good location in Kimihurura with all restaurants at walking distance . Very quite street, I even sleep with the window open.

Bon hôtel à Kigali, au calme, avec emplacement pratique pour visiter la ville.

Le calme de l'emplacement qui est pourtant très épicentral. La vue depuis les balcons des chambres au 1er er dernier étage et le coucher de soleil que cela offre

Le buffet du petit déjeuner, qui était pas si mal, mais qui est moins copieux qu'annoncé sur la carte.

I got the room for 30$, and the area is great!! Price for quality\location was very good.

The price was nice, and the location was very nice. Helpful staff.

The room was not that small, but the bed was so big there was no space left in the room. I would have a smaller bed, it wouldnt feel so small. There wasnt any chanse of doing anything on the rest of the space.

Great experience

Check-in process was super quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. Wifi was some of the fastest I've had in East Africa. Breakfast was delicious.

The budget rooms get very warm as there is no A/C and they only have one window. However, with the provided fan it really was not that bad. And there are more expensive rooms with additional windows and access to a balcony if you believe this will be a potential issue for you.

Great value in quiet location

Really enjoyed my stay - great value. Location was quiet, and decent coffee and food places around. Iron and hair dryer were also available - just needed to ask at reception. When I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready, they let me have an extra breakfast while I waited.

If I had to pick something - the room was a little worn in places. But still clean and overall good value- would happily stay there again.

Probably wouldn’t book this property again.

The breakfast had a good variety and friendly kitchen staff.

Booked a deluxe with balcony room and was checked into a budget room, when questioned was told they would see if available but didn’t come back to notify me until I asked again. Would be nice to have a fan in the room to help circulate the air. No shower curtain and only one towel for two people. No room for baggage storage except reception however signs displayed no responsibility taken for stolen property.

We chose this place because it was a short walk to Sundowner where we were meeting friends. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We appreciated the electric fan in the room.

Clean but unpleasant

Quiet neighborhood. Close to a few well known restaurants. Clean room.

1. Inaccurate listing. Don’t expect half the things on the listing - no fan, kettle, microwave, etc. or for the room to look much like the photos. 2. The toilet is practically in the shower. So expect a big wet mess after showering. 3. The staff isn’t very helpful. Asked for a fan repeatedly and kept being told they were figuring it out. Fan never arrived.

I paid way too much to kill cockroaches and take cold showers.

The location

Killed 4 cockroaches inside of my room. The towel was yellow but you could see that one day it used to be white, used my t-shirts to dry myself. No warm water. Bedsheets not very clean. The room needs some serious renovations

Perfect from start to finish

Great environment created by more then helpful staff, each member of The Nest team made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location is perfect with great access to the city however in a quieter part of town making it easy to relax when needed. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Great staff, friendly helpful service, nothing was too much trouble. Very easy to book, airport pickup at midnight. Efficient, kind and professional.

Room needs a little maintenance, one towel between two. Bathroom.was a let down but made up for in other areas.

Pleasant

Breakfast was excellent, and extensive. Very friendly staff. Location near some really nice cafes and easy to get into town. Security guards were available and made me feel safe.

The mosquito nets do not close all the way, and they have holes in them! Both nights I could not sleep as I had mosquitoes buzzing around INSIDE the net, and I had several bites. I talked to the staff after the first night and although they were kind, nothing was done to mitigate the issue. The shower was also awful, spraying everywhere with no shower curtain.

Cute spot in a great location

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The hotel taxi driver would not give us a fair rate for trips within Kigali (twice he tried to charge more than double the going rate), so we used the Yego app instead.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout. I thought the place was an excellent option for anyone spending time in Kigali.

It would have been nice if they'd offer food at other times of the day, or at least somewhere to buy water/drinks.

Peaceful stay

I really love how neat and well maintained the rooms are. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms, check in is fast and the staff very helpful and welcoming. I liked the fact that you have a list of nearby activities and restaurant as well as their distance from the Nest, like that you don't feel overwhelmed/lost of you are a first time comer in the city. Useful numbers are also available and for massage lovers like i am 😊, they do provide massage i was told to be very nice. Great location: gym lovers, foodies etc ...name it you got it at less than 20 min from the Nest, safe area perfect for long walk...I could go on and on....let me stop here😅

I couldn't find the Wifi password in my room. It is actually and the reception, means if you forget to ask for it at the check in 🤷‍♀️...also i would ve good if the direction to the restaurant could be indicated. If your block is not directly near it you easily get lost but thanks for the staff, they are really helpful.

Great vallue for the money.

The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. Also our plane arrived at 01:00 and they very very pleasant at that hour.

Towels need to match people in the room. We received extra towels but had to ask.
