地理位置离哪里都近，环境也不错，十分安全。

有些设施可以更新一下，比如小冰箱不是每一个房间都有。但服务员很棒，因为需要帮我搬了一个过来。

Personal sehr unmotiviert und unpersönlich, Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Zimmer war groß und sauber

NO air-condition NO Breakfast very poor and not delicious.

Pleasant stay

I like the staff, especially the cleaning staff kudos...However, the room walls are very thin which means you can hear everything if you know what I mean LOL.

Gym is very very disappointing; no effort was made to make it a workout room as everything is broken are too cheap to use for a workout. Please do better

Friendly staff but old rooms

The staff was friendly and available to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared.

The room was old, and the bed was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was slippery, and water in the shower was often cold.

You could do better.. like way better

Initially, we though the place was a find. Well, we were wrong. Other than being in a median proximity to the airport from the city, it’s not really a worth it place to stay if you want to have comfort and good breakfast, you could do better. to give it credit, the room is clean.

1. The rooms are not the best. It was small and no air conditioner. That is difficult because to cool down the room, you need to open the window with the screen. now it’s a small window with a screen and the wind does not pass well. And there is the noise from the main bushy street. So you need to choose between having a sauna or a semi-aired loud room. 2. Breakfast is something you could buy in the streets of Nairobi. Could hav been better with more choices. 3. Staff- oh the reception is a piece of work. We needed to leave early, so we asked for breakfast box. Well, she told us to go up to the restaurant and ask it ourself…ok. for the sake of not arguing, we did. the the people in the restaurant said we need to go down the reception to request the breakfast box. We gave up! oh I saw a huge rat crossing the kitchen floor while we were there too.

Superb

I like the serenity and ambience of the hotel. It is very accommodative, nice room and good facilities. Their breakfast is one of the best.

Just that there are no closer malls or supermarket to walk in to around. There is no dstv to watch football for football lovers like me. There is also Netflix to watch movies. The channels available on the TV are not satisfactory.

Hospitality, comfort and etiquette

First and foremost the staff were utterly wonderful; such warm and hospitable people that made me feel so welcome in their beautiful country. The hotel room was very spacious and cosy and it was very easy to fall asleep. The chefs were fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty and interesting, and the restaurant setting is also very lovely (there were big birds flying overhead which I was mesmerised by).

The light switch in my room could only be turned on if I put the room card/key in the slot. To turn off the light I had to take the card out which meant no electricity, so no fridge and I couldn’t charge my devices overnight so had to resort to using my portable charger. I did not raise this with the hotel though as it was a minor issue I could live with.

Affordable stay in Nairobi

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very affordable stay in Nairobi close to city center

The hotel must get ironing boards for its customers. I was given an iron and told to iron on the tables which is impractical. I ended up just wearing creasy clothes.

Aside from unclean carpets in the corridors, i enjoy my stay at the Swiss Lenana Hotel

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed! It was super soothing. The room was very clean and I liked the plate of fruits in the room upon arrival. It's a very nice touch and makes the guest feel special. The receptionists, luggage assistants, and security staff were very welcoming and professional. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is in a quiet neighborhood.

The carpets of the corridors leading to the rooms were dirty and stained (at least on the floor where I was). I think this doesn't hold up to the standard of the hotel.
