距離海有一段距離，可以不用訂到海景房！房間外面的機器運轉聲真的太吵了！距離夜市要搭grab約190k，如果一直搭也是一筆費用。除此之外，服務人員服務超好！！

푸꾸옥 간다면 꼭 가야할곳..!!

여러개의 수영장과 호텔 내 액티비티도 다양해서 좋았다 특히 세탁기가 있어 이전 숙소에서 못한 빨래들과 여행 마무리즈음 모든 빨래를 다하고 왔다 옷걸이도 많다 냉장고도 크다 저녁은 뷔페가 아닌 단품메뉴지만 퀄리티와 맛과 가성비가 좋다

인원 수 만큼 실내화가 없다 시내로 가는 셔틀버스 하루 세번인데 더 많은 시간대로 늘려줬으면 좋겠다

Lovely but advance warning of events would have been useful!

Exec lounge was fab, really quiet and peaceful Location on the beach was stunning Good evening entertainment (live music by the beach) Ink bar was great

Having booked the hotel a few months in advance and exchanged emails on various things, we were informed on arrival that the hotel was hosting the islands Iron Man competition! Chaos around the hotel, and woken up at 4am then 6am with loud speakers. Not what we wanted for a relaxing break - so communication with the hotel was terrible!!

Der permanente Lärm durch Kindergeschrei und sehr laute Musik. Der völlig überfüllte Frühstücksbereich jeden Morgen. Der Müll am Strand außerhalb des Hotelbereiches.

A beautiful location to relax and unwind

Facilities were excellent. Huge range of food for breakfast. Staff were great. We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at Lava restaurant. It was amazing and Men(our waiter) was fantastic.

Very good

The restaurant was so good. There were many kinds of food and taste was so good. Especially, there was a very small kids club inside the restaurant. While we had a breakfast, my kid could play there. It was so convenient. Also, there were lots of sweeties such as chocolate cookie and various kinds of fruits, so she liked it. If we have another chance, we will stay there again.

Sometimes, they did't make up our bed until 4 pm. We stayed 5 nights, and I think they didn't vacuum on the floor.. We could see a very small piece of glass. It was so sorry about that.

Wonderful stay at intercontinental

Fantastic breakfast, wonderful staff and very luxurious. Rooftop Bar was very impressive. Couldn't find a fault with the place.

Food and drink options are expensive so we are out every night.

Absolutely fantastic stay at InterContinental. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean, and staff were super friendly and helpful!

Housekeeping placed some of our valuables into the safe without informing us of it. Did not know the pin either so had to contact the staff to open the safe.

Perfect stay in an amazing hotel

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The service was excelent, pools where gorious and room was specious. We would for sure come back (when in Vietnam) and recommend the hotel to friends.

Beautiful spot and amazing stay!

Breakfast was amazing. The variety and delicious food was well above expectations. The staff was attentive, helpful, and wonderful! This is a top notch resort and we look forward to returning.

Great beach hotel, 20 min drive to centre

Everything is right at this hotel . Nice rooms, very helpful staff, clean, nice gym, good breakfast, great restaurants. The last days were very busy because of public holidays, but the hotel handled everything well. We had problems with visa and they were very helpfull. Staff at restaurant is very nice. We were happy they opened Sea shack for breakfast as well as the other restaurant was very busy. Beach area is very nice, pool great. There is a Spanish manager who is very attentive. Bar on top of tje building is fantastic. What a great design! Music is great, staff here as well. Well done Intercontinental, would say 10/10, especially for your staff

Always Excellence in Phu Quoc

There seems to be a lot of maintenance around and inside the resort. It is much better to walk than before. All the staffs are friendly and well educated.

Need to clean the floor of the room a little more.

Great family days in phu quoc

+Amazing facilities. +Very nice staff. +Great restaurants

-House cleaning not at the level I would expect from an Intercontinental (some of the days we would only notice that our room was serviced trough some details). -Not much around the hotel (however great if you like the stay at the hotel kind of holidays).

The temp of water in the swimming pool could be lower as it's not refreshing when you have such a hot weather.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities

fantastic new property by the beach, beautiful landscaping, spacious rooms with great design, the best kids club and staff I have experienced, fantastic breakfast and delicious pizzas. staff very friendly (not all could speak good English though)

check in was lengthy which isn’t great when you arrive late with 2 young children. requested baby Cots in advance but were not ready. no advice given on being able to use the sofa as a bed for 4 year old but told us we need to pay for an extra bed which actually was not required and they should know this and give better advice to families, had to pay a large sum in advance to be able to charge things to the room which is odd for such a big chain. overall great hotel but terrible check in experience unfortunately. also the live band at the beach bar played really bad music that would fit a 80+ audience but not a young modern classy vibe like beach clubs etc. the singer also was off tune which reminded me of a cheap restaurant by the beach somewhere. Things that are easy to fix luckily to truly be 5 star.

good hotel but if you want to rest, avoid it

beautiful hotel, with great gym and with access to pools and beach. good breakfast.

nothing around. the room was very dirty, they had to re clean it three times. breakfast very « Asian customer » oriented (which makes sense, but overall great breakfast). noise everyday from the rooftop bar till 00:00 (great when you come here to rest). terrible noise from a private event which was announce after the event started….
