The location was perfect, right beside the port and beaches, and it's worth paying a bit extra to get the terrace sea view as it's incomparable to the other rooms. The food at the restaurant was quite good and cheap and the personnel was very helpful with anything you asked for.
Breakfast could be a bit more diverse and the rooms must be refurbished as they are pretty old, but nevertheless clean and you're not going on vacation to spend your days sitting in the room.

We loved the view from our room, great value for money. The restaurant is overlooking the ocean with amazing sunset views. The Staff were lovely and helped us with all our needs, we were able to store bags before and after checkout. The location was really good, in a quiet town only a 30 minute journey to Sorrento

The Hotel is located in Piano di Sorrento right across the road from the cliff edge looking across the ocean. You could not get a better view. It faces more west than the Sorrento hotels so you get a much better view of the sunset while sitting on your bedroom balcony (if this is what you have booked). Also the staff are exceptionally friendly, you get greeted personally by name each morning and night and anything you need is arranged quickly and without hassle. I needed a last minute booking by boat to Amalfi and Positano, the booking was made and confirmed in 15 mins and it was a great tour. The staff in the restaurant in the hotel and in the pizza cafe below were very friendly and I had one of the best pasta meals I have had in Italy. Specific mention to one of the young guys in the restaurant/cafe who was very attentive and friendly and looked after me throughout the 4 days with great service. Also thanks to the two managers who constantly looked after me.
The hotel is not a modern 2022 standard and the rooms are basic as is the restaurant decor, it is not that I didn't like it, it is just worthy of setting expectations and the very reasonable price reflects the hotel standard, but you will not get a better view for the price and I would not hesitate to stay here again. There is not really anything I didn't like.

The staff including Monica and everyone else were amazing. The hotel is located near station Piano, two stops from Sorrento. The restaurant in the hotel has one of the best pizzas ever. We were celebrating our anniversary so the hotel were nice to give us upgrade of sea view, which made our experience awesome even in the rainy weather. The staff really does go out of their way to help you. I would definately recommend this hotel and come back again!!!

this is a budget priced hotel for a very expensive area. it is a good 45 min walk into Sorrento along streets with no pavements. the view from the breakfast area is stunning as are rooms that face that way. bedding and towels were clean.
after viewing photos we were disappointed to have a balcony facing rubbish and car parking. there was no mention of this on booking. room was functional but dated. we were minus a curtain so we’re woken early on the first day but this was rectified.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! We had a perfect view of the ocean from our balcony with beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The beach is really close by and good restaurants in the beach area. Staff was wonderful and very helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend if you want to stay just outside of busy Sorrento central.

We just stayed one night for a short stopover. A very late night arrival and staff kindly waited up for us.
What can I say about the view from our room balcony, just breathe taking
Breakfast was pretty basic but as it was only a short stay we weren’t too concerned.
seems a little dated but has so much potential location wise.
