Fabulous stay in beautiful Eglina Villas

Vicinity to the beach; the pool which you could stand up in; the kindness of the owners and staff; the barbecue; parking right outside; comfy beds; plenty of places to sit in sun or shade; beautifully maintained gardens; welcome gifts; air conditioning.

A couple of dishwasher tablets and some washing powder would have been helpful.

Wonderful.

Amazing villa in a great location. Proximity to the airport (you can see the runway from the villa) was not a problem as there are only a few flights each day. The villa (Perla) was comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy. Georgia the manager was extremely helpful and they went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. We hope to come back soon! Highly recommended. I would suggest hiring a car (very cheaply as we did) will make getting around a lot easier as shops and sights are some distance away. However there is a lovely local beach 5 minutes walk up the lane.

Very pleasant stay

Nice and clean villa. Well equipped kitchen. Georgina was well accessible via text message and helped us find a ferry to Zakynthos. The pool and the garden are very comfortable for relaxing. Fair price.

Exceptional in all respects

An exceptional villa and host. We booked for 3 weeks and loved every moment of our stay here. Very near to the airport but this did not impact at all. In easy walking reach of several beaches, Eglina villas are a wonderful venue and I would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Kefalonia.

Lovely villa in a quiet but accessible location. Close to the airport but the planes were not intrusive. Family run business who were super helpful to any requirements. Had a fantastic week. 😃

Beautiful villa, clean, spacious 10/10

Everything was perfect. We really could not fault the villa! 10* Perfect for families, villa looked even better then the photos. They could not do enough to help if anything was needed. Everything looked new!

We would have like a toaster. But this is not a complaint. The grill worked great.

Great location with fantastic facilities and stunning views

There were plenty of rooms so as a group, there was always somewhere to have peace and quiet if we needed it. The beds were comfortable and the facilities great. It was the perfect location for us all. Everyone loved it!

Good place to stay especially for the price

easy to get to the property . . The hosts are very nice and tried their best. The beds are comfy and the rooms are a great size. The pool is nice and the caretaker and house cleaner were also very professional.

the photos don't quite match as it's a blend of the other villas. Some things didn't work and the wifi was spotty so if you need to work -- I would make sure you have access to reboot the router as we did not

A great vacation, in a very nice place, with good greek food and wine, bike rides, sun, clear waters

Location is great and very well mentained. We had everything we needed. The place is located in a nice area, near very good beaches and with view to arriving/departing airplanes (the traffic is only during the day so no worries for your night sleep). The host was very nice and adapted to our arrival time to the location. The upper terace, the pool, the grill compleated the good experience of our vacation. I recomand.

It is not something we didn't liked or something in the power of the host, but stores are not in walking distance so make sure you take this in consideration. No issues to highlight regarding the property.

Exceptional

We really appreciated the spacious rooms and privacy of the villa. The swimming pool was always clean and warm, and the closest beach was about 5 minutes by walk. However, the general location of the villa was perfect. Close to the city Agrostolion (15 min by car to the center), but the area was very calm.

A great Villa for a perfect holiday

We stayed at Eglina Villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The property is spotless and equipped with everything you need: we were a party of 8 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Georgia and Harry, the owners, are extremely nice and were ready to accommodate any requests we had. The house itself is big and nicely decorated. One of the highlights is definitely the big pool, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. It was our fourth time in Kefalonia and Eglina Villa is by far the best accommodation we had. Don’t miss the small Eglina Beach at walking distance from the house, where you’ll find crystal clear waters and hundreds of fish for your snorkeling excursions. Finally, don’t be discouraged by the proximity to the airport: you can see the planes taking off but in no way this will disturb your stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa

Our stay here was extremely nice. When we got here we were amazed by the fact that the house and garden look better in reality than in the pictures. The host was very welcoming and every issue we encountered, it was solved immediately. The villa is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well maintained, both inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Because our ferry appoint was in the late-afternoon, the host agreed to make the check-out at 2 pm, which we really appreciate. We had a great experience here and we will definitely come back next year.

A jewel of a place to stay!

A group of 6 of us arrived at the villa where Georgia was waiting to let us in and show us around, and to our surprise and delight we were given the brand new villa to stay in which exceeded all expectations. The villa was spacious, very well stocked with all kitchen amenities, gorgeous interior, and of course a beautiful pool with new pool chairs and plenty of outside seating areas. The pictures do not do the properties justice. Georgia was incredibly responsive to any questions or issues we had, and sent technicians round immediately to sort out a blocked sink. We couldn’t have asked for anything more - Perla Villa was so close to the gorgeous Eglina beach, very convenient to access the airport (though the planes didn’t bother us one bit), and a great location for exploring the rest of the island on our day trip. An all round amazing experience and I really hope we get to go again soon!

Perfect destination and beautiful villa

The place was perfect! It fit all 6 off us with plenty of space left over. The pool was absolutely brilliant and the bbq was great :) the facilities are fantastic here and I'm sure we'll return again. Such good value for money. The location is great if you like to keep your self to your self in a nice quiet environment. The beach that is just a short walk down the road is absolutely beautiful and even though we traveled to beaches all over the island, this was by far our favourite. The owner stayed in contact with us the whole time and was so helpful.

Nice villa to rent

Big, clean pool. Big kitchen equipped with all that is needed. The host was nice. Air conditioning in all rooms. We were 8 people but the villa had 4 toilets and we did not had to wait for each other.

The sofa from the entrance was not vacuum and it was sand under the pilows. One of the beads was a little uncomfortable. One of the outside chair was unstable.
