Decent hotel if you are looking for something in this area

Good hotel. Easy walk from the Metro. Room was good, although the aircon was noisy. Restaurant in the hotel has an excellent buffet bar for evening meals. Staff were very friendly

Hotel bar was a bit soleless based in a corridor area with basic table and chairs. Hotel lifts are quirky. As an international traveller would have hoped for some English channels on the TV, other than CNN.

Foi excelente minha estadia.

Chuveiro, quarto espaçoso, limpeza, cama confortável, localização, funcionários.

Gostei de tudo. Apesar de alguns burgueses criticarem o fato de alguns moradores de rua próximo ao hotel, eles não incomodam ninguém. A burguesia brasileira gosta de reclamar de Wi-Fi, da presença de pobres, da demora do checkout, de alguém que não carregou suas malas (…)

Cumplió lo que esperaba, volvería.

Habitación grande para familia de 4 personas, buffet cena buen precio, desayuno pondría más opciones dulces, las masas eran muy parecidas.

WC tapado, se salió manilla llave ducha y nos permitieron ir a la habitación de al lado a ducharnos, Faltó mantenimiento en baño.

Cama confortável,boa disposição do quarto(grande),banheiro grande,chuveiro com boa dispensação de água.

Me colocaram em um quarto indicado para fumantes,sendo que odeio cigarro e ao entrar tinha um odor não muito bom.O banheiro tb aparentou um cheiro num primeiro momento que alguém havia acabado de usar.

The room was pretty clean and comfortable and everyone was well prepared to receive us.

Run down hotel with poor facilities, better go somewhere else.

Large room.

Poor breakfast, old and run down bathroom and room overall, faucet in the bathroom had very low pressure, difficult to properly wash your hands, windows could not open and no fan in the bathroom, all moisture after taking a shower was in the room. Overall very overrated, not worth the money at all. Room service was very low quality.

Worth the price

You can see that the hotel is not brand new, but still, our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the gym had everything we needed.

The area doesn't feel so safe, but still worth the price.

Very good

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The staff is kind and efficient. The location is central which can be very convenient depending on what you are doing in Sao Paulo.

The insonorisation of the rooms was very weak and we could clearly hear the people in the adjacent rooms.
